Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in improving the economy of a region, therefore MSMEs must know the application of financial management principles to develop their business. The problem that will be raised in this service activity is the important role of financial management in developing the traditional weaving craft business in Sade Hamlet. The output target of this community service activity is to change the mindset of weaving craft sellers who are donated by women that it is important to apply financial management to develop the business being carried out. The results of this activity are that the average business actor still does not keep financial records and also separates personal money from business capital and limited ability to count and is too lazy to record sales transactions so that the profits earned are not known with certainty.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the productivity of the "Ayang" cowhide cracker business in Mataram through packaging and product innovation. The program is motivated by the challenges faced by the partner, who struggles with limited packaging capabilities, hindering the growth of product sales. The activities carried out include counseling and mentoring sessions to guide the partner in selecting and packaging products effectively, as well as conducting market research to gather consumer feedback on the new packaging. As a result of these efforts, the partner experienced a shift in mindset regarding the importance of packaging innovation and gained insight into effective packaging options, prompting a willingness to improve packaging to boost sales productivity. It is hoped that this initiative will motivate the partner to continue innovating, learning, and exploring new knowledge related to other marketing strategies, such as product promotion and distribution.

Abstract

A cooperative is a business entity composed of individuals or legal entities based on cooperative principles and serves as a people's economic movement grounded in cooperation. The Employees' Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Patut Patuh Patju in West Lombok Regency does not have a Microsoft Excel template application for preparing its financial reports. The conclusion drawn from this community service activity is that through socialization and assistance, it is expected that the cooperative administrators at KPRI Patut Patuh Patju in West Lombok Regency will be able to prepare profit-sharing (SHU) reports and balance sheets using the Microsoft Excel cooperative application. This will enable them to provide accountability to cooperative members during the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) and to obtain funding from external parties, especially banks, which will ultimately increase the cooperative’s capital. The recommendation provided by the community service team to the administrators managing the cooperative at KPRI Patut Patuh Patju is that, considering the limited number of participants who had the opportunity to take part in the socialization, assistance activities, and acknowledging that it is not an easy task that there is a need for ongoing mentoring efforts and continuous guidance to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Pada dunia investasi dikenal adanya hubungan kuat antara risk dan return, yaitu jika risiko tinggi maka return (keuntungan) juga akan tinggi begitu pula sebaliknya jika return rendah maka risiko juga rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh beta terhadap return saham pada industri perdagangan, jasa, dan investasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sample survey. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa beta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham dan hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori single index model yang menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi risiko maka semakin tinggi keuntungan.

Abstract

Community service is carried out in Ombre Baru Village with the aim of providing an understanding of the use of the digitalization economy in increasing sales of Ombre Baru community products and an understanding of the use of digital marketing in marketing. The method used is the lecture method and question and answer activities. The result of this community service activity is that youth and the community will be able to increase sales through the use of digital marketing, for example through marketplaces and other social media.

Abstract

Businesses run by cooperative members often lose competition and even fail due to poor financial management and the inability of members to adapt to the digital/online era and not being able to read existing business opportunities. On that basis, for the sake of business continuity of members, it is necessary to provide guidance and cooperative contact in business development as well as providing financial and administrative advice. The PKM (Community Service) team conducted PKM at the Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, Dasan Baru Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency to provide information on business development, financial management, and strategies to expand business fields and ultimately be able to increase the income of cooperative members. The benefits of PKM activities received by cooperative administrators and members are education and skills to expand business fields that can be applied so that member income increases. PKM implementation is in the form of material and practice aimed at cooperatives and monitoring. The management and members of the Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, which currently totals 45 people, are the targets of PKM activities. This activity uses material delivery methods, discussion forums, and business development strategies. Knowledge and skills are aspects that will be assessed in this PKM activity.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that provide teaching with the main study being Islamic religious knowledge. Islamic boarding schools are expected to be able to develop their students to be able to live independently and creatively through entrepreneurship. Managing a good business is an effort to train students to respond to the challenges and developments of the times be able to be independent with the supplies they have and be able to create jobs. This activity aims to change the mindset of how to manage business well to develop a creative economy within the Nurul Hikmah Langko Islamic boarding school environment which is a partner in community service activities. The target of this activity is students who are also studying at SMKS Islam Nurul Hikmah grades 11 and 12. The results of this activity show a change in mindset and understanding of business management and innovation towards creative and innovative businesses with the ultimate goal of developing a creative economy in the Pondok environment Nurul Hikmah Islamic boarding school in particular.

Abstract

Small traders are part of an economic life that deserves attention, through the sale of food, drinks to accessories on the beachside it has an impact on increasing individual income related to existing problems, the obstacles faced by small traders are the lack of capital and debts that are always increasing not proportional to the income earned, with this Community Service activity carried out to provide motivation and information about accounting and accounting records to small traders to be able to develop their business. The implementation method is carried out in three stages, namely, the first stage of observation and interviews regarding the problems faced by traders on the beach, the second stage of determining the implementation plan and the division of tasks to the Community Service team, the third stage of implementation with methods, namely, the first lecture and presentation method, the second with the question and answer method, and the last is the method of assistance in making accounting records. The results of this Community Service activity provide new information about accounting and recording for small traders where the traders participate in activities happily and are starting to be interested in recording in developing their business which has never been done, this is also because many small traders sell on the beach without sufficient provisions, not because they don't want to but because they don't want to do it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat perkembangan ekonomi kreatif pada Destinasi Wisata Pantai Senggigi, Lombok Barat. Penurunan daya saing destinasi, lemahnya inovasi pelaku usaha, serta meningkatnya persaingan dengan KEK Mandalika menjadi isu utama yang mendorong penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 28 informan dari berbagai subsektor ekonomi kreatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan root cause analysis melalui Fishbone Diagram dan thematic coding.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama berasal dari faktor internal seperti rendahnya inovasi dan diferensiasi produk, lemahnya pemasaran digital, terbatasnya kompetensi SDM, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi dan jejaring usaha. Faktor eksternal yang dominan meliputi penurunan jumlah wisatawan akibat gempa dan pandemi, persaingan dengan destinasi modern, perubahan preferensi wisatawan, serta dukungan pemerintah yang belum optimal. Interaksi kedua faktor ini menciptakan siklus stagnasi yang menghambat perkembangan ekonomi kreatif di Senggigi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya strategi terpadu yang mencakup penguatan kapasitas pelaku usaha, peningkatan pemasaran digital, kolaborasi pentahelix, serta reposisi Senggigi sebagai destinasi kreatif berbasis budaya lokal.
