Abstract

Setiap usaha ada kalanya mengalami pasang surut. Begitupula yang dialami oleh koperasi pondok pesantren (Koppontren) Al-Mutmainnah. Kendatipun sudah berjalan lebih dari sepuluh tahun yang lalu tidak membuat Koperasi ini terbebas dari masalah. Sama seperti koperasi pada umumnya, Koppontren ini juga mengalami beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan partisipasi anggota yang lemah. Padahal anggota memiliki peranan yang begitu penting untuk kemajuan sebuah koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran anggota dalam berkoperasi melalui sosialisasi pendidikan dasar-dasar koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah diskusi dan dibagi kedalam tiga tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasilnya, kegiatan ini berjalan lancar dan perserta antusias mengikuti acara sampai selesai. Kemudian berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, terlihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, wawasan dan pemahan pada anggota yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran berkoperasi yang baik sebagai langkah awal untuk mewujudkan loyalitas anggota kedepannya.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a reliable driver of the economy and their existence is highly regarded. MSMEs contribute quite a lot to the Indonesia economy, especially in Kuta Beach which is located in Central Lombok Regency, Lombok Island, they can absorb labor thereby reducing labor problems in Central Lombok Regency, plus there is the largest tourist destination on Lombok Island which is located on Kuta Beach. If we look further into each organ of the MSME body, there are still many problems and shortcomings. They are many problems faced by MSMEs in the continuity of their business, especially from understanding MSME development strategies. This community service aims to find whether out whether MSMEs carry out strategic management well, especially in developing MSMEs to run their businesses and whether MSMEs understand development methods and strategies well. The aim of implementing this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to help socialize branding strategies as an effort to increase sales for MSMEs. This PKM activity was carried out in the Kuta Beach area, Central Lombok. The implementation method for this activity is to provide material related to branding strategies through the use of digital technology. The conclusion obtained from the results of this PKM activity is that the assistance activities for business actors regarding brand identity have been carried out well. Mentoring activities are carried out by introducing, strengthening and increasing the understanding of PKM participants through branding strategies using brand identity.

Abstract

Sembalun Village, East Lombok District is a strawberry producing village. Strawberries are a typical souvenir of this area. Excessive and poorly distributed harvest result in wasted strawberries which are ultimately only used as animal feed and fertilizer. So there is a need for product development starting from various types of processed strawberry products to quality packaging so that they can be marketed more widely. The method for implementing this activity begins with observing and identifying problems, and providing an initial solution, namely in the form of outreach regarding the development of processed strawberry products for SMEs in Sembalun Village, East Lombok Regency. The socialization regarding the development of processed strawberry products that we carry out includes providing examples such as processed strawberry jam, strawberry chips, strawberry nuggets, and several other types of processed strawberry products, good packaging and we also socialize about digital marketing to SMEs in Sembalun Village, East Lombok. The outreach given to SMEs and farmers in Sembalun Village is expected to products with packaging according to standards and an understanding of digital business. This socialization provides new understanding to SMEs and farmers in Sembalun Village in developing product innovation and business management so as not to reply on conventional methods, so that in terms of management, marketing, finance and other fields they can increase development more quickly.

Abstract

The aim of service is to grow and develop an entrepreneurial spirit and provide understanding in carrying out entrepreneurship by conducting entrepreneurial outreach. This Community Service target is students who are in the third grade, and they will soon graduate from school. Namely at Islahil Athfal High School and the service team involved in this activity were 5 lecturers and 5 students. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method which is supported by effective presentation techniques. Apart from that, the socialization activity for each material will be followed by a question-and-answer session and discussion which can take the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and also involve interactive educational games or games. In this socialization, the output target to be achieved is for partners to have understanding and knowledge about entrepreneurship and how to use digital technology in entrepreneurship. This is due to the fact that Generation Z at Islahil Athfal High School, most of whom are technologically literate, but their use is still limited to entertainment, online games and social media. In fact, if they can make maximum use of this technology, it can become a source of income. The results of this service activity show that participants gained understanding knowledge about digital marketing. This is proven by the high enthusiasm of the participants in taking part in this Community Service, which is reflected in the questions asked by the participants and their understanding of the actions that need to be taken after this counseling.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of blue accounting as an instrument of environmental accountability to support sustainable blue economy development in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Blue accounting is defined as a system for recording and reporting economic activities that integrates social, ecological, and economic impacts. This research addresses the limited empirical studies connecting community-based blue economy practices with environmental accounting in Indonesia’s coastal tourism sector. Using a qualitative grounded theory approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Analysis was conducted through three stages, open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, to develop a substantive theory of blue accounting implementation at the community level. Findings reveal that blue economy practices in Mandalika have emerged through strong ecological awareness among local communities and business actors, although formal blue accounting remains limited. Through thematic analysis, three indicator groups were identified: economic (cleaning costs and conservation investment), social (community participation and environmental education), and ecological (waste management and coastal rehabilitation). These findings extend the concept of blue accounting as community-based socio-ecological accountability distinct from conventional environmental accounting.Policy recommendations derived directly from the findings include enhancing environmental accounting literacy for small enterprises, developing activity-based reporting guidelines, strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration (pentahelix), and initiating community-based pilot projects. The study contributes theoretically by expanding the understanding of blue accounting within sustainable tourism, and practically by offering indicator frameworks and strategies for its implementation in other coastal areas of Indonesia.

Abstract

The service carried out is the socialization of simple financial management in improving the business performance of students at the Nurul Hikmah Orphan and Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School in Village, Lingsar District. Therefore, this community service focuses on improving simple financial management. The target of this community service is students in Islamic Boarding Schools in order to improve the business performance of the students. In running a good business, financial reports must be prepared. This is to look at financial performance so that it can provide information on various financial positions, performance and cash flows, so that it can be used as a benchmark in making economic decisions. The aim of this socialization is to understand the importance of financial reports and design simple financial reports for students at the Nurul Hikmah orphan and Dhuafa Islamic boarding school in Langko Village, Lingsar District. The impact of socializing the preparation of financial reports provides an understanding of how to record finances in order to manage finances in business better and more effectively. The results of this socialization had a positive impact on participants so that they could understand and have skills in simple financial recording.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing di era ekonomi digital. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan UMKM dalam transformasi digital melalui marketplace lokal, sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan digital, akses pasar, dan kinerja usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan digital UMKM, pelatihan teori dan praktik, pendampingan langsung, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei, wawancara, observasi praktik, serta kombinasi analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM memiliki potensi tinggi namun terbatas dalam kemampuan teknis digital, sehingga pendampingan intensif terbukti meningkatkan pengelolaan toko online, strategi pemasaran digital, dan interaksi dengan konsumen. Pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung memungkinkan UMKM memahami penggunaan marketplace lokal secara efektif, mengoptimalkan promosi, mengelola inventori, serta meningkatkan jumlah transaksi. Kegiatan ini juga menekankan konteks lokal, sehingga metode pelatihan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik UMKM, jenis produk, dan kondisi pasar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dan pemanfaatan marketplace lokal dapat menjadi model efektif untuk transformasi digital UMKM, memperkuat daya saing, serta membangun ekosistem ekonomi digital yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan rekomendasi OECD (2021), APEC (2023), dan T20 Indonesia (2022), serta memberikan panduan praktis yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
