Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the role of principal as a motivator in improving the professionalism of teachers' performance in SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Data collection is done by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used was qualitative descriptive analysis. The technique of checking the validity of the data used in this study is to use triangulation of sources, that is by comparing the data of observations with the data of interviews and comparing the results of interviews with the contents of a related document. The results of the study show: The role of Headmaster as a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo Includes: the principal is able to create harmonious working relationships among teachers, able to create harmonious relationships among employees able to apply reward principles, Punishment), able to apply / develop internal and external motivation for school residents. The Role of School Principal As a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo has been running well, although in the implementation there are still many obstacles and obstacles in each component of madrasa management field. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan tentang peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme kinerja guru di SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa kualitatif deksriptif. Adapun teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber, yaitu dengan cara membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan data hasil wawancara dan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan isi suatu dokumen yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo Meliputi : kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmonis sesama guru, mampu menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis sesama karyawan mampu menerapkan prinsip penghargaan (reward), mampu menerapkan prinsip hukuman (punishment), mampu menerapkan/mengembangkan motivasi internal dan eksternal bagi warga sekolah. Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator dalam Meningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SDN 2 Kalirejo sudah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun dalam pelaksanaan masih banyak kendala maupun hambatan pada masing-masing komponen bidang manajemen madrasah. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Motivator, Profesionalisme Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Abstrak Foto prawedding sebelum akad nikah dapat dikategorikan termasuk ke dalam unsur-unsur ikhtilaṭh, hal tersebut dikarenakan pose dalam foto prewedding yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat Islam seperti berpelukan, bergandengan tangan, dan merangkul pasangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analisis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian bahwa, Para pelaku kegiatan foto prawedding tidak memahami apa sebenarnya yang dikatakan dengan ikhtilath, mereka beranggapan bahwa adengan pegangan tangan bukan perbuatan ikhtilath dan hal tersebut masih dalam batasan syari’at Islam, yang mereka pahami yang tidak diperbolehkan dalam syari’at Islam adalah berciuman, pelukan dan lainnya, mereka menganggap bahwa perbuatan yang tidak dibolehkan itu adalah sesuatu yang secara langsung dapat menimbulkan syahwat seperti adanya kontak fisik pada bagian-bagian yang dianggap sensitife dan dapat membangkitkan nafsu. Pasal 25 Ayat (1) dapat dipahami bahwa subyek hukum yang dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban atas perbuatan ikhtilath adalah setiap orang yang dengan sengaja atau sukarela melakukan perbuatan ikhtilath. Jika dikorelasikan dengan praktik foto prawedding sebelum akad nikah diketahui bahwa pengambilan foto prawedding dilakukan atas dasar suka sama suka oleh calon pengantin. Selain pihak calon pengantin fotografer prawedding juga dapat dikenakan sanksi (uqubat berdasarkan penjelasan Pasal 25 Ayat (2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik foto prawedding merupakan perbuatan ikhtilath karena dilakukan sebelum akad nikah dan gaya pose yang tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam. Kata Kunci: Prawedding, Ikhtilath, Sebelum Akad Nikah, Qanun, Hukum Jinayat   Abstract Pre-wedding photos before the wedding ceremony can be categorized as including ikhtilaṭh elements, this is because the poses in pre-wedding photos are not in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, such as hugging, holding hands, and embracing the partner. This research uses qualitative research methods and a descriptive analysis approach, with data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the research are that, the perpetrators of pre-wedding photo activities do not understand what is actually said by ikhtilath, they think that holding hands is not an act of ikhtilath and this is still within the limits of Islamic law, what they understand is that what is not permitted in Islamic law is kissing, hugging and so on, they consider that the prohibited actions are things that can directly cause lust, such as physical contact on parts that are considered sensitive and can arouse lust. Article 25 Paragraph (1) can be understood to mean that the legal subject who can be held responsible for acts of ikhtilath is every person who intentionally or voluntarily commits acts of ikhtilath. If it is correlated with the practice of taking pre-wedding photos before the wedding ceremony, it is known that pre-wedding photos are taken on the basis of mutual consent by the prospective bride and groom. Apart from the prospective bride and groom, pre-wedding photographers can also be subject to sanctions (uqubat based on the explanation of Article 25 Paragraph (2). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the practice of pre-wedding photos is an act of ikhtilath because it is carried out before the marriage ceremony and the posing style does not conflict with Islamic law. Abstract

Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) is one of Indonesia’s important agricultural commodities with strong economic potential. However, optimizing its productivity depends heavily on proper cultivation practices, particularly pruning, which significantly affects plant health and fruit yield. This study focused on the Women's Farmer Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) in PTPN 1 Regional V Kebun Bangelan, East Java, which faced challenges due to limited skills and knowledge in coffee pruning. A community-based agricultural extension program was implemented to enhance their technical capabilities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) for effective pruning. The objectives were to identify key issues in pruning practices, deliver targeted training, and evaluate the outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach—comprising participatory observation, structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and a pre-test/post-test comparison—the study assessed knowledge gains and training impact. A Likert-scale survey further measured participant satisfaction. Findings revealed four main issues: low SOP adherence, lack of training, poor tool maintenance, and plant morphological constraints. Post-intervention, participant knowledge rose from 49% to 97%, a 48% improvement. Additionally, 71.88% of respondents rated the training positively. This indicates that structured, practical training significantly improved pruning skills, contributing to better agricultural practices and productivity in smallholder communities.
