Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine “The Effectiveness of the Subsidized Housing Programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB Products (Case Study: Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia BranchOffice)”, this research includes field research (field research) with qualitative methods and supportedby library research (library research). ) relating to the effectiveness of the subsidized housing programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB products. Data collection techniques for this study consisted of observation,interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques for this thesis research usingtechniques: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Measurement of effectiveness,seen from three factors, namely: first, convenience, second, target accuracy, and third, affordability.Based on the results of the research, it shows the effectiveness of the subsidized KPR program, namelythe convenience factor because the requirements, processes, forms of service, and administrative costshave been effective and affordable because it is easy for the public to obtain information about KPRBTN Sejahtera IB at Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia Branch Office, monthly installments. ,details and total costs during the contract that are not burdensome, payment facilities have helpedcustomers, and there are no sanctions or fines if they experience arrears in payments every month,while the ineffectiveness is seen in the factor of the accuracy of targeting because many customerswho take the subsidized housing program are not occupied but only for investment. Therefore, it mustbe improved in all its aspects in order to produce optimal effectiveness for the subsidized housingprogram on the KPR BTN Sejahtera IB product at the Bekasi Sharia Branch Office State Savings Bank.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepercayaan diri dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP IT Putri Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar, serta pengaruh  kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Ex post facto, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa. (1) Gambaran kepercayaan diri peserta didik tergolong dalam kategori sedang karena dari 88 responden (61,36%) berada pada interval skor (86-102); (2) Gambaran hasil belajar matematika peserta didik tergolong dalam kategori sedang karena dari 88 responden (70,45%) berada pada interval skor (44-66); (3) Terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VIII SMP IT Putri Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar dengan nilai sebesar 67,3%.AbstractThis research aims to determine the confidence and learning outcomes of grade VIII students SMP IT Putri Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar, and knowing the effect of self-confidence on the mathematics learning outcomes. This study used theresearch method ex post facto, with a total sample of 88 students. The data collection techniques used were tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used a simple linear regression test. In this study, the results obtained. (1) An overview of the students' confidence is in the moderate category because 88 respondents (61.36%) are in the score interval (86-102); (2) The description of the mathematics learning outcomes is in the moderate category because 88 respondents (70.45%) are in the score interval (44-66); (3) There is an effect of self-confidence on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP IT Putri Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar with a value of 67.3%.

Abstract

Media sosial yang pada awalnya sebagai sarana komunikasi mulai masuk ke dalam dunia bisnis. Pelaku bisnis harus mengikuti strategi pemasaran terkini agar meningkatkan bisnisnya. Salah satu strategi promosi yaitu berupa endorsement, menggunakan jasa seseorang yang memiliki pengikut atau pengaruh lebih di media sosial yang disebut sebagai influencer. Penghasilan yang diterima dari pelaku kegiatan endorsement dapat dikategorikan sebagai objek pajak penghasilan. Sistem self assessment memberikan dampak kurangnya kesadaran dan kepatuhan influencer dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya. Penerapan Pajak Penghasilan akan kegiatan endorsement oleh influencer di social media terutama Instagram dan TikTok mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021, tidak ada pembeda dengan penghasilan lainnya yang dikenakan pajak. Para influencer belum memahami akan kewajiban perpajakan dari kegiatan endorsement. Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sendiri masih terus meningkatkan pengawasan terkait penerimaan yang diterima atas kegiatan endorsement. Peran aktif dari influencer ataupun aparatur pajak sangat diperlukan demi optimalnya penerimaan negara dari sektor pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pajak penghasilan endorsement oleh influencer di media sosial.

Abstract

One of the companies engaged in the food industry (bakery) which is well known to many people in Indonesia is PT. Mustika Citra Rasa or better known as Holland Bakery. The results of the GMP audit show that the average GMP value for the Holland Bakery counter in the Central Jakarta area is below 75% which is the standard for the Holland Bakery company. Therefore, research is needed to determine customer satisfaction and improvements that need to be made for customer satisfaction. This study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to identify customer satisfaction, the Servqual method identifies attribute gaps that cause dissatisfaction with service implementation, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the variables that need improvement by dividing them on a Cartesian diagram. This study shows that customer satisfaction is in the satisfied category with an index value of 80.64%, obtained 14 attributes have a negative gap, 9 attributes are in quadrant I and 1 attribute is in quadrant III, the order of priority in improving service quality for 10 attributes that are in the priority quadrant, and SOPs that can be carried out to overcome the causes of problems or improve service quality.

Abstract

Civics Education (PKn) plays a strategic role in shaping students' character, particularly in terms of discipline and responsibility, which are currently key requirements for students' social development in the digital age. However, PKn teaching in elementary schools tends to be informative in nature, meaning that students lack direct experience in applying these values. This study aims to describe the implementation of project-based PKn learning as an effort to foster discipline and responsibility among students at SDIT AL Azhar Pekanbaru. The research approach uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through learning observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of project activities carried out in the PKn learning process. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that project-based civic education learning was able to improve student discipline through time management, commitment to work schedules, and completion of tasks according to deadlines, while responsibility grew through the division of group tasks, completion of individual parts, and active involvement until the final product of the project. In addition, project-based learning fosters motivation, cooperation, and active participation. Thus, this model is effective when applied in civic education learning to strengthen character building among students in elementary school.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development and testing of the use of the Gimkit platform as an interactive evaluation medium in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning to increase learning interest and learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with stages of needs analysis, product design, development, validation, testing, revision, and product refinement. The research subjects included fifth-grade students at Al Azhar 54 Islamic Elementary School in Pekanbaru and their IPAS teachers. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, learning interest questionnaires, and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test), supplemented by feasibility assessments by experts. The data were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively, and their effectiveness was reviewed by comparing the results before and after using the product. The results showed that Gimkit can be used as a more interesting alternative for evaluation, encouraging active student involvement and helping teachers carry out more varied assessments. In general, Gimkit-based evaluation media are considered feasible, practical, and effective for application in IPAS learning evaluation in elementary schools, and have the potential to support digital learning innovation in the era of educational transformation.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools, especially in the subject of flat shapes, still faces various problems, including low student understanding of concepts due to abstract presentation of material and lack of use of concrete learning media. This condition causes students to tend to memorize formulas without deeply understanding the meaning of the concept of area. Therefore, learning innovations are needed that can bridge abstract mathematical concepts to make them more concrete and easier to understand, one of which is through the use of Geoboard media. This study aims to determine the effect of using Geoboard media in strengthening the understanding of the concept of flat shapes in fourth-grade elementary school students. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design of the nonequivalent control group type. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class, which received learning using Geoboard media, and the control class, which received conventional learning. The research instrument was a test of understanding of the concept of flat shape area that had undergone validity and reliability tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential tests in the form of an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the average score for understanding of the concept among students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. These findings indicate that the use of Geoboard is effective in improving understanding of the concept of flat shape area. Thus, Geoboard is recommended as an alternative mathematics learning medium in elementary schools to support meaningful and student-centered learning.
