Abstract

Human resources have a crucial role. The existence of human resources has great potential in conducting company activities and their abilities can be maximised. Human resource management at PT Laut Timur Utama, Aru Islands always strives to improve employee performance in order to create efficient company productivity in the production process so as to reduce production costs and produce products at a low cost and affordable in the market. Many factors can affect the employee performance in the company, such as compensation, job satisfaction and motivation factors. Therefore, this research is conducted to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and motivation on the employee performance at PT Laut Timur Utama, Aru Islands whether partial or simultaneous. The approach used in this research is quantitative with 40 respondents. In addition, the analysis model used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the research, it indicates that compensation, job satisfaction and motivation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance of PT Laut Timur Utama, Aru Islands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine depreciation values of fixed assets and to compare two depreciation methods, namely straight-line and declining balance methods. The findings show that depreciation expenses calculated using the straight-line method are higher than those calculated using the declining balance method during the 2023–2025 period. Differences in depreciation expenses between the two methods amounted to IDR 3,314,291 in 2023, IDR 9,449,260 in 2024, and IDR 19,768,402 in 2025.Keywords: Depreciation, Straight-Line Method, Declining Balance Method

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kondisi perkembangan pariwisata yang dilaksanakan di Desa Oma Kecamatan Pulau Haruku Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan adalah untuk menemukan dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat, terutama dampaknya terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Oma. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh secara langsung dari responden. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui dampak pengembangan pariwisata terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Oma Kecamatan Pulau Haruku Kabupaten Maluku Tengah.
