Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze attitudes, learning interests, learning motivation, attitudes towards learning motivation, the influence of interest in learning to learn motivation, and influence attitude and interest to learn motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires and documentation of the ex-post facto research type, and its analytical techniques are double linear regression techniques. The population in this study is a student of education equality package C SKB Jepara. Sampling in this study uses probability proportionate random sampling. The results showed the level of attitude, interest, and motivation to learn students Package C SKB Jepara is said to be "good enough". The results of the analysis of known score F count = 39.403 is greater than F table = 3.06 so that inference learning attitudes and interests affect the motivation of learning. The magnitude of learning attitude and interest in learning motivation reaches 74.50%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sikap, minat belajar, motivasi belajar, sikap terhadap motivasi belajar, pengaruh minat belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, dan pengaruh sikap dan minat belajar terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner penelitian dan dokumentasi Jenis penelitian expost facto, dan teknik analisisnya adalah teknik regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik pendidikan kesetaraan paket c SKB Jepara. Sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan propability proportionate random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat sikap, minat dan motivasi belajar peserta didik paket c SKB Jepara dikatakan “Cukup Baik” . Hasil analisis diketahui skor F hitung = 39,403 lebih besar dari F tabel = 3,06 sehingga disimpulkan sikap dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. Besaran pengaruh sikap dan minat belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mencapai 74,50%.
