Abstract

Berkembangnya industri dan segala kompleksitas yang menyertainya, menuntut organisasi untuk terus bertindak adaptif dengan semua perubahan yang ada. Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan menjadi faktor yang dikaitkan erat dengan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Servant leader memberikan stimulus kepada employee engagement untuk memberikan job performance terbaik mereka.  Untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap job performance melalui employee engagement merupakan tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Sebanyak 44 karyawan dengan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT) dan perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu (PKWTT) terhitung November 2022 yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian yang dilakukan.  Structural Equation Model berbasis PLS adalah metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dikarenakan penelitian yang dilakukan mengambil jumlah sampel yang kecil dengan ukuran sampel minimal ada pada rentang 30-100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien servant leadership pada model job performance dengan mediasi employee engagement memperoleh nilai 0.0003 dimana nilai α sebesar 5% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung servant leadership terhadap employee engagement tetapi tidak untuk job performance. Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung employee engagement terhadap job performance, serta terdapat pengaruh antara servant leadership terhadap job performance melalui employee engagement.Kata kunci: Interkultural Edukasi Partner, Keterikatan Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Melayani, Kinerja Karyawan, Pendidikan Non-Formal

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena masih kurangnya kemampuan anak mengenal huruf – huruf hijaiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf – huruf hijaiyah, pada indikator sebagai berikut, kemampuan mengetahui huruf hijaiyah, membedakan huruf hijaiyah, menulis huruf hijaiyah. Subyek dari penelitian ini yaitu 15 anak kelompok A PAUD Hidayatusibyan Rawamerta dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya proses perkembangan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah melalui media bigbook. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari kegiatan praobservasi sampai siklus II, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak dengan penggunaan media Big Book, dapat dibuktikan dengan rata – rata tingkat capaian perkembangan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak pada pra tindakan memperoleh persentase sebesar 31,1%, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21,1% sehingga pada siklus I persentase yang diperoleh 52,2%, dan pada siklus II memperoleh persentase sebesar 77,7%, sehingga peningkatannya sebesar 25,5%

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECED) in Indonesia is regulated by Law No. 20/2003. This law emphasizes the importance of the education stage for children aged birth to six years. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of Busy Book media impacts the receptive language skills of four- to five- year-old children at KB Kasih Ibu. Sixteen children from group A were given a pretest-posttest design to measure changes in their language ability after eight learning sessions using Busy Book. The pretest results, with a total score of 593 and an average of 60.43, showed that the receptive language skills of the children in group A had improved. In the hypothesis test using paired samples T-test, the tcount value (19.554) was greater than the ttable value (1.746), and the significance value (0.001) was smaller than 0.05. The results show that Busy Book books have a significant positive effect on the receptive language skills of children aged 4-5 years at KB Kasih Ibu Bekasi. This study concludes that Busy Book books are effective in improving children's receptive language skills at the PAUD stage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kegiatan membatik terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus pada usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Jihad Tanjung Priok. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis Pretest-Posttest. Dengan sampel lengkap sebanyak sembilan belas anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik anak pada kegiatan membatik posttest setelah diberikan treatment, dengan rata-rata sebesar 62,8 menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan jika dibandingkan dengan tes pretest awal sebelum diberikan treatment yang memiliki rata-rata 42,2. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kegiatan membatik terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini 5-4 tahun di RA Al-Jihad Tanjung Priok.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the literacy skills of early childhood 5-6 years old differ before and after being given treatment with the alphabet smart board media. The research method used is an experimental quantitative research method with a One Group Pretest – Posttest design. The population in this study was group B at PAUD SPS Dahlia Serang Baru. Sampling in this research used random sampling techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 14 children who were taken by random sampling. The data collection technique used in this research was an initial test (pretest), then implementation of the treatment (treatment), which in this study was carried out 8 times, and a final test (posttest). The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing, namely using the paired sample t test. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that children's literacy abilities before and after being given treatment using the alphabet smart board media have significant changes in the literacy abilities of early childhood 5-6 years. This is proven by the results of the paired sample t test, namely Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05, then the rule decided is that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the use of alphabet smart board media has a significant influence on the literacy abilities of early childhood children 5-6 years old at PAUD SPS Dahlia Serang Baru.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of Media Tree Letter series on Early reading skills of Early childhood 5-6 Years old at TKQ Baitul Amal Karawang. Media Tree Letter series is an educational media, particularly visual media made of a board that has a painted tree shape and is implemented with green flannel material the use of used bottle caps, there are letter carvings on the tree, prepared with coloured letter shapes, picture cards and dimension cards with real doll shapes. This media tree letter series has numerous series, the media designed objectives to increase early reading talents which includes recognizing letter symbols, recognizing prefixes, distinguishing the relationship between sounds and letters, composing syllables, being able to make simple writing, composing words into sentences and media tree letter series can also compose letter puzzles. The research method used is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental one group pretest posttest layout studies type. The populace in this study became group B at TKQ Baitul Amal Karawang. The sample in this look at was 16 children. data series performed in this study was first with an preliminary test (pretest), then treatment was done which in this study was achieved 8 times treatment, and a very last test (posttest). The statistics analysis method used become descriptive statistical analysis, Shapirio Wilk normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis check the use of paired same sample t test. based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the early studying ability of early childhood aged five-6 years. that is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t test, namely the t count value of 28,920 and t desk 1,753 this means that that the t count price ≥ t desk. the rule that was decided was Ha accepted and H0 rejected. And sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05, then the guideline that was decided was then H0 rejected and Ha normal which means that the use of the berseries letter tree media has a significant influence at the early reading ability of early childhood aged five-6 years at TKQ Baitul Amal Karawang. in this way, the use of this media can help children develop their initial reading skills. Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the numeracy game snakes and ladders on the ability to recognize number symbols in early childhood 4 - 5 years old at the Palazzo Jaya Bekasi Kindergarten. The media for the numeracy snakes and ladders game is included in the learning media in the form of visual media made from large banner material, dice made from flannel and dacron and equipped with other media. The aim of designing this media is to develop the ability to recognize number symbols in children aged 4 - 5 years. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research type, one group pretest – posttest design. The population in this study consisted of 15 children. Data collection used in the research was carrying out a pretest as an initial test, then carrying out treatment activities which were carried out in 8 meetings and carrying out posttest activities as a final test. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the ability to recognize number symbols starts from the age of 4 -5 years. This can be proven by the results of the paired sample t-test, namely the t count obtained a value of 45.121 and the t table of 1.761 so it can be concluded that t count ≥ t table with these rules then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and Sig. (2-Tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, then the rule states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the use of the numeracy snakes and ladders game media has a significant influence on the ability to recognize number symbols in children aged 4 - 5 years at the Palazzo Jaya Bekasi Kindergarten. . Thus, the use of game media can help children develop their ability to recognize number symbols.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to explain the rationale behind the "Back to Surau" research, particularly the importance of the surau-based approach in early childhood character education. The study is motivated by concerns over the degradation of children's moral values and the belief that re-establishing the surau as a center for character education can strengthen moral and noble values in early childhood.Design/methods/approach – This study employed a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the experiences of Quran teachers, parents, and community leaders in integrating surau values into early childhood character education. A total of 23 purposively selected participants were involved, including 5 Quran teachers, 6 parents, 2 traditional or religious leaders, and 10 early childhood children (through observation). Data were collected via semi-structured interviews, participatory observation at four selected suraus (two in regency areas and two in urban settings), and document analysis. Thematic analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s (1994) framework—data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing—while van Manen’s phenomenological principles guided the interpretation. Research ethics were maintained through informed consent, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.Findings – Six major themes emerged. First, the surau functions as a center of moral and spiritual learning for young children. Second, community involvement and local culture in the surau enrich character education. Third, integrating religious values and local wisdom into daily activities is effective in shaping positive character. Fourth, meaningful learning experiences in the surau foster empathy, discipline, and responsibility. Fifth, support from families and surau management is a key success factor for this approach. Sixth, challenges such as time constraints and modern lifestyles must be addressed when adapting surau values to the formal education context.Research implications/limitations – This study is limited to a specific cultural community (Minangkabau), limiting the generalizability of the results. However, the findings provide insights into the potential of local wisdom as a character education strategy.Practical implications – This study encourages early childhood educators and policymakers to integrate surau-based approaches into curricula and school activities. This approach can serve as a model for character building through collaboration among schools, families, and communities.Originality/value – This research is original in reviving the role of the surau and Minangkabau local wisdom in early childhood education. Its novelty lies in integrating a local traditional institution with modern educational practices to strengthen the character of the young generation.Paper type Research paper
