Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To improve the ability of teachers in compiling lesson plans on the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith on the subject of Surat At-Takatsur using the Complete Sentence model in class III MI Cikupa, Werasari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency; (2) To improve the teacher's ability in the process of implementing learning on the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith, the subject of the At-Takatsur letter by using the Complete Sentence model in class III MI Cikupa, Werasari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency; (3) To improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith, the subject of the At-Takatsur letter using the Complete Sentence model in class III MI Cikupa, Werasari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the John Elliot model. This research was conducted in three cycles by carrying out several steps starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, interviews and descriptive analysis. The data collection instrument used was the instrument of observation of the lesson plan, the teacher's research instrument of the learning process and the instrument of student learning outcomes. After analyzing the data, the researchers obtained the following conclusions: (1) The ability of the teacher in compiling lesson plans in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject using the Complete Sentence model increased, it was proven that in cycle I got an average score of 86.09, including the good category, in cycle II 88.13 is in the good category, and in cycle III 90.02 is in the very good category. (2) The ability of the teacher in the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith using the Complete Sentence model increases, it is proven that in the first cycle it gets an average score of 85.32 which is in the good category, in the second cycle 87.54 is in the good category, and in the third cycle 90 is in the good category. (3) The student learning outcomes in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject using the Complete Sentence model increased, from the first cycle it got an average score of 70.71 including the enough category, in the second cycle 78.33 was in the good category, and in the cycle III 87.14 is in the good category

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) To find out the preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) using the Buzz Games method in the Indonesian subjects of objects, animals and plants around me in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam. (2) To find out the implementation of learning by using the Buzz Games method in Indonesian subjects of objects, animals and plants around me in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam. (3) To find out the improvement of speaking skills from using the Buzz Games method in Indonesian subjects of objects, animals and plants around me in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam. The method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method of the Kemmis and MC Taggart models which are commonly used with 4 stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation (3) observation and (4) reflection. After doing research, the results show that: (1) Teachers have increased their ability to prepare lesson plans. The average value in cycle I reached 8.7, cycle II reached 8.9 and cycle III reached 9.2. (2) The teacher experienced an increase in implementing learning with an average cycle I reaching 8.6, cycle II reaching 8.7 and cycle III reaching 9.1. (3) The assessment of students' speaking skills in class 1 / B MIS Al-Fadliliyah Darussalam Cijeunjing District Ciamis District has increased with an average value in cycle I reaching 6.87, cycle II reaching 7.08 and cycle III reaching 7.4. After using the buzz games method it can improve students' speaking skills.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian especially in the ability to write simple essays in class II SDN 2 Sukasenang Sindangkasih Subdistrict, Ciamis District with environmental teaching materials around the school provides opportunities for students to be active, creative, and critical. In general, the results of appropriate studies can significantly meet the needs of teachers and students in which standard learning procedures. The ability of students to write simple essays using direct objects in the first cycle of meeting 1 was 73.51; the second cycle of meeting 1 amounted to 82.5; the second cycle of meeting 2 was 82.96; the third cycle of meeting 1 was 87.6; the second cycle of the second meeting was 91.35. 2) The skills of teachers in teaching in the first cycle of meeting 1 amounted to 79.8; the second cycle of meeting 1 was 80.4; the second cycle of meeting 2 was 81.7; the third cycle of meeting 1 was 85.1; the second cycle of meeting 2 was 89.82. 3) Student learning outcomes in the first cycle of meeting 1 amounted to 64.17; the second cycle of meeting 1 was 67.69; the second cycle of meeting 2 was 71.13; the third cycle of meeting 1 was 78.4; the third cycle of meeting 2 was 81.8. The ability of students to write an essay description using a direct object seems to have an increase even though it is not maximal. Increasing the ability of students to write essays using direct objects can be seen from changes in the average value of each aspect of writing essays in a better direction. This proves that media objects can directly improve student learning outcomes on the theme of safety at home and on the journey Indonesian language is the subject of essay writing at SD Negeri 2 Sukasenang. The results of the analysis indicate that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable

Abstract

This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students in the ability to calculate class II MIS Pasirlingga on learning Mathematics subject of Operation Mixed Count. One attempt to improve students' numeracy skills, researchers used Concrete Coins Color Media. The method used is Classroom Action Research Method (PTK) model Kurt Lewin. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview techniques, test and description analysis techniques. Based on research data and data analysis results, obtained conclusions, namely 1) the ability of teachers in designing the implementation planning of learning mathematics reached 90.17; 2) teachers' skills in the implementation of Mathematics learning reached 90.78; and 3) student learning outcomes reach an average value of 80. This proves that the concrete media of color coins affect the improvement of students 'counting ability and students' counting ability will influence student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of completeness of the learning outcomes of class III students of MI Rijalul Hikam Jatinagara, Jatinagara District, Ciamis Regency, which is still low in the SKI subject. The average student learning outcomes in the SKI subject obtained by students are still below the minimum completeness criteria of 75. However, the reality shows that 30% of 17 students have not reached the KKM while 70% of 17 students have reached the KKM. This is because the learning process is more teacher-centered and monotonous. Learning activities are mostly used to take notes so that students become bored. This situation makes students less understanding of the material being taught and easy to forget so that it affects the low student learning outcomes. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kurt Lewin's model. The sequence of activities in Kurt Lewin's model is planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The data collection techniques used in this research were test, observation, interview and descriptive analysis techniques. Data analysis data selection, data correction and data weighting. After conducting the research, the following data can be obtained: 1) the ability of the teacher in preparing RPP SKI in the first cycle reaches an average of 82.61 (Good); in cycle II reached 86.5 (Good); and in the third cycle reached an average of 93.14 (Very good), 2) the ability of teachers to carry out the learning process of the IEC learning process in the first cycle reached an average of 79.02 (good); in cycle II reached an average value of 86.5 (good); and in cycle III reached an average value of 93.33 (very good). 3) student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 83.05 (good) with 70.5% completeness in the calculation of 12 students completed, 5 students have not completed. In cycle II it reaches an average of 88.23 (good) with completeness 88.23% on the calculation of 15 students complete, 2 students have not completed and in cycle III reaches an average value of 92.88 (good) with 100% completeness in the calculation all students (22 students) completed. This proves that the Inferencing strategy (concluding) can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Reading comprehension ability is something that students need to master, but students' interest and ability in reading comprehension in Indonesia is still very low. This is partly caused by the less than optimal use of methods or media used by teachers. This research aims to determine the effect of video-assisted guided reading methods on elementary school students' reading comprehension abilities. The method used in this research is a Quasi Experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design research design. The research sample consisted of 250 elementary school students who met the researchers' criteria. Data collection techniques in this research are tests, observation sheets and documentation studies. The instrument used is a text that has 2 topics, namely natural disasters and social inequality. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is the t test and regression test. The t-test was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the guided reading method. Apart from that, standard regression test data analysis was also carried out to see which type of understanding was superior, textual or inferential based on the type of text. The research results showed that the reading comprehension ability of students who received guided reading method intervention experienced a significant increase. Improved comprehension skills were seen in textual and inferential comprehension. Apart from that, readers with good inferential abilities also have a good level of comprehension. In contrast to readers whose understanding is textual, they have a good level of understanding only in the textual aspect.

Abstract

Teaching children in the art of reading the Koran is a challenging endeavour. In addition to possessing knowledge, an educator must also be familiar with the methodologies employed in the process of learning. The objective of this paper is to assess the implementation of the iqra technique as a fundamental approach to reading the Al-Qur'an at the At-Taqwa Mosque, located in Cibungur Hamlet, Kertajaya Village. This paper employs qualitative research methodology. The data collecting methods include of interview guides, observation, and documentation. These methods are used to gather and analyse data on the use of the iqra' technique, which aims to develop fundamental reading skills of the Al-Qur'an at the At-Taqwa Mosque, located in Cibungur Hamlet, Kertajaya Village. The research findings indicate a notable improvement in the proficiency of reading the Al-Qur'an using the iqra' technique at the At-Taqwa Mosque, located in Cibungur Hamlet, Kertajaya Village. This demonstrates that a significant proportion of children derive pleasure from acquiring knowledge of the Al-Quran through the iqra' approach, thereby enabling them to achieve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an and proficiency in recitation.

Abstract

The reading ability of students in the field is still very worrying. This is reinforced by the low ability of students to understand material or questions that require higher-order thinking skills. The low reading comprehension ability can be seen from the low literacy ability of students based on PISA rankings. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the reciprocal teaching model on students' reading comprehension skills in terms of students' self-concept levels. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method. The participants of this study were 100 elementary school students who were divided into two groups of 50 students each in the experimental and control groups. Data was collected through reading comprehension tests and observations. Data analysis was performed by two-way ANOVA. The results showed that the Reciprocal Teaching model gave a more significant contribution to students' reading comprehension skills compared to conventional methods, especially for students who had low self-concept. Based on the findings above, it is concluded that the Reciprocal Teaching learning model has an effect on students' reading comprehension skills. Both reciprocal and conventional learning models have the same effect on students who have high self-concept. The implication of this research is that teachers must choose a learning model that can accommodate all students, not only students with high academic abilities, but also students with low academic abilities.
