The Giving Punishment of School Rules Violation in Enforcing Discipline Characters on MTs. Raudlatussa'adah Pontianak Rianawati, Rianawati; Nurhamid, Nurhamid

Abstract

This research is motivated by the recent most cases of rule  violations conducted by a number of students in MTs. Raudlatussa'adah Pontianak. From the results of observations and initial documentation of the research, the forms of violations that are often done by students are late, wearing needless uniforms, long hair, inappropriate hair cut for students, fighting and other forms of violations.  Even though MTs. Raudlatussa'adah Pontianak has made written rules including the threat of sanctions / penalties for the perpetrators. Based on the background of the problem, the researcher then conducted further research in order to explore and analyze information about how the act of giving penalties in cases of school rules violations in order to uphold the character of students. The approach and method used in research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, that this study seeks to describe the phenomenon in accordance with the facts occurred in the field. Furthermore, the subjects in this study include: Principal of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah for Student Affairs, Teachers of Islamic Character and students. For data collection researchers used in-depth interview techniques, non-participant observation and study documentation. The data processing and analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. Based on the explanation and analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that the preparatory step for the punishment of school rules violations in an effort to uphold the character of student discipline is done by verbalizing the punishment in the Student Orientation Period (MOS) activities, flag ceremonies and through classroom wall magazines and billboards. . As for the implementation of the punishment given by the teacher, but it is not consistent with the existing rules and the implementation also does not contain educational elements.

Abstract

The existence of technology has streamlined human life today, even in carrying out transactions can also be done easily. Such as borrowing funds quickly and easily through online loan services. However, the unsecured credit business carried out online actually causes many problems, both through mechanisms such as the absence of guarantees and letters of agreement to billing by terrorizing customers. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach which aims to find out how the law applies to unsecured loans. The result is that in Articles 1131 and 1132 of the Criminal Code, unsecured credit can be made when both people know each other and it is poured into an agreement to binding each other. Meanwhile, credit without a letter of agreement will cause problems in the billing mechanism that will not be following applicable legal procedures regulated in the Act and POJK.

Abstract

Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-J semester 2 SMPN 1 Tulungaung. Sedangkan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Salain sebagai peneliti, peneliti juga merupakan pengajar di sekolah ini, dan guru kelas sebagai mitra peneliti sekaligus observer dalam pemelajaran bola basket. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Ketrampilan Proses untuk meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa pada materi Bola Basket siswa Kelas IX-J SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung memperoleh hasil yang baik. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai post test per siklus dengan nilai di atas KKM yang mana pada siklus I 68,8% dan pada siklus II 87,5%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di Kelas IX-G pada waktu pembelajaran Penjaskes diperoleh hasil bahwa Hasil belajar siswa kurang memuaskan, yaitu dari 31 siswa hanya 7 siswa yang nilainya dapat mencapai KKM atau ≥ 75, sedangkan 24 siswa lainnya masih belum dapat mencapai KKM atau ≤ 69. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru kurang memberikan penekanan materi yang jelas tentang Lompat Jauh tersebut, setelah memberikan tugas kepada siswa, guru meninggalkan ruangan, guru tidak menggunakan strategi, maupun metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kreatif siswa, serta masih banyak siswa yang bermain sendiri pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Untuk itu agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal tentang Lompat Jauh serta untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran perlu diadakan perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan Metode Drill. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini: (a) Bagaimana penerapan Metode Drill untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Penjaskes yang memuat Lompat Jauh pada Siswa Kelas IX-G SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung? (b) Apakah penerapan Metode Drill dapat meningkatkan pemahaman Siswa pada Penjaskes yang memuat Lompat Jauh Kelas IX-G SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung? (c) Apakah penerapan Metode Drill dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Penjaskes yang memuat Lompat Jauh pada Siswa Kelas IX-G SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung? Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas IX-G. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti sebagai guru (pengajar), guru kelas (mitra peneliti) sebagai observer proses pembelajaran Lompat Jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode Drill untuk meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa pada materi Lompat Jauh siswa Kelas IX-G SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung mempunyai kriteria keberhasilan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan Hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai post test per siklus dengan nilai di atas KKM yaitu persentase pada siklus I 45,2% dan pada siklus II 87,1%. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Lompat Jauh melalui Metode Drill dapat meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa Kelas IX-G SMP Negeri 1 Tulungagung dan dapat mempermudah siswa dalam menyelesaikan persoalan Lompat Jauh. Oleh karena itu guru menggunakan Metode Drill dalam pembelajaran Penjaskes pada materi Lompat Jauh agar Hasil belajar siswa meningkat.
