Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used multi stage simple random sampling The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of Motivation  on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power on motivation.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Google Form dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran maharah kitabah (keterampilan menulis) bahasa Arab. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan di MA Darul Hikmah Jeruk Manis, Lombok Tengah NTB, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Form dalam evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab, terutama pada aspek maharah kitabah, membawa dampak positif yang signifikan. Salah satu manfaat utama adalah kemudahan bagi guru dalam memberikan penilaian, sekaligus menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Selain itu, penggunaan Google Form juga berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan antusiasme siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas evaluasi. Tidak hanya itu, penggunaan teknologi ini juga sejalan dengan upaya penghematan kertas, yang merupakan wujud kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti kesalahan dalam pengisian formulir, namun hal tersebut justru dilihat sebagai peluang bagi siswa untuk terus mengasah keterampilan menulis mereka

Abstract

Competency in evaluation research methodology remains limited among Indonesian education practitioners, yet its documentation through national webinars has received insufficient attention in the literature. This article aims to report the implementation and evaluate the outcomes of a national webinar titled “Evaluation Research Methodology: Between Paradigms, Approaches, Methods, and Implementation” as a community service activity using a descriptive evaluative approach. Participant data from an electronic registration form were analyzed using descriptive statistics. A total of 898 participants from 35 provinces joined via Zoom and YouTube Live, comprising predominantly students (64.48%), lecturers (16.48%), and teachers (15.26%), mostly from higher education institutions (62.25%) and Education/Teacher Training disciplines (42.87%). The webinar successfully enhanced participants’ conceptual understanding of evaluation research paradigms, quantitative-qualitative-mixed approaches, key evaluation models (CIPP, Kirkpatrick, Goal-Oriented), and systematic research stages, demonstrating the efficacy of webinars in reaching a national audience for professional capacity building. These findings underscore the need for sustainable development programs, communities of practice, and integration of evaluation research methodology into higher education curricula, thereby contributing to SDG 4 on quality education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the implementation of behaviorist and constructivist learning models within the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) framework and their contribution to student learning independence. A descriptive qualitative case study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and analysis of learning documents. The research focused on Indonesian Language subjects applying a behaviorist approach and Chemistry subjects applying a constructivist approach. The findings reveal that in the Indonesian Language subject, the behaviorist model within PjBL effectively instilled discipline and basic skills through stimulus-response-reinforcement, as seen in structured news production projects. However, this approach was less effective in developing deep conceptual understanding. Conversely, in the Chemistry subject, the constructivist model within PjBL successfully fostered critical thinking and creativity through independent experimentation, such as ice cream making based on freezing point depression concepts. Nevertheless, this approach showed weaknesses in reinforcement and continuous evaluation aspects. This study concludes that a complementary integration of behaviorist principles (structure and reinforcement) and constructivist principles (self-discovery) within PjBL can create a more balanced learning environment, effectively support learning independence, and holistically optimize students' cognitive and affective development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi model pembelajaran behavioristik dan konstruktivistik dalam kerangka Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dan kontribusinya terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Studi kasus kualitatif deskriptif dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya dengan melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang menerapkan pendekatan behavioristik dan mata pelajaran Kimia yang menerapkan pendekatan konstruktivistik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, model behavioristik dalam PjBL efektif membentuk disiplin dan keterampilan dasar melalui stimulus-respon-penguatan, seperti dalam proyek pembuatan berita yang terstruktur. Namun, pendekatan ini kurang mengembangkan pemahaman konseptual mendalam. Di sisi lain, pada mata pelajaran Kimia, model konstruktivistik dalam PjBL berhasil mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas melalui eksperimen mandiri seperti pembuatan es krim berdasarkan konsep penurunan titik beku. Kendati demikian, pendekatan ini menunjukkan kelemahan dalam aspek penguatan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi komplementer antara prinsip behavioristik (struktur dan penguatan) dan konstruktivistik (penemuan mandiri) dalam PjBL dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih seimbang, efektif mendukung kemandirian belajar, serta mengoptimalkan perkembangan kognitif dan afektif peserta didik secara holistik.
