Halal tourism analyses of the development goals often stress the importance of the locality-asset promotion, in which dynamic changes to support the development of potential asset and enterprises players have become driving factors in producing generous well-being outcomes. Challenging such analyses, this article highlights the importance of understanding how locality-based halal tourism contributes to the wider-ranging of reformulated tourism policies in Bangka Belitung. Using a qualitative method, the article investigates the promotion strategy of the development of halal tourism involved the role of policymakers, where the data obtained interviews and documentation. The informants were selected by purposive sampling to understand how halal tourism developed. As it turns out, significant variables expanded in terms of halal tourism's features and advantages, and it is necessary to involve the religious institution driving forces that issued the halal production legality. It is profitable to provide various facilities to support halal tourism development. The collaboration between the Indonesian Ulama Council and the Ministry of Religious Affairs has been significantly affected to arrange reformulated the development of halal tourism to reference local governments to formulate policies in the local context. As an implication, promoting a new tourist destination needs a readjusting of the term halal friendly that implicated business players in managing the tourism industry.

Social worker as a profession based on help and assistance. One of them has the main task of trying to solve problems for individuals and groups. In handling it, social workers are the same as other professions, namely having a certain code of ethics in providing services to their clients. With regard to violence against women, the values and ethics of social workers can be applied in dealing with this problem. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data obtained from the results of interviews with institutions. For the approach, researchers used a phenomenology approach. The sources come from media references and other supporting books. In this case, the social worker at Rifka Annisa Yogyakarta tries to be wise and neutral towards the client in establishing a good relationship with the client's problems. The series of mentoring received by the client ends when the client / victim has carried out Self-Determination (self-determination) where the final decision is determined by the client / victim so that in handling the social worker experiences a dilemma when the decision is not in line with the process that has been done with the client.

Islam teaches people to consume halal and good food and drinks. The presence of this study aims to determine the strategy of LPPOM MUI Babel in carrying out concerns for halal-labeled products, and to determine the influence of LPPOM MUI on the dynamics of people's lives in Bangka Belitung. Qualitative and comparative descriptive methods are used in field research (Field research). Sources of data used come from primary and secondary data. While the data collection techniques with field observations and dissemination of google form links, unstructured interviews, and documentation. After the data is obtained, it is analyzed in three stages; data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusion). The phenomenological approach has been applied and strengthened by behavioristic theory. Based on the findings in the field, the LPPOM MUI Babel strategy: concern for halal-labeled products in general is appropriate, because it includes; INDHEX (Indonesia International Halal Expo), halal olympiad, halal food goes to school, halal tour (halal tour), seminar/talkshow, free halal certification facilitation, halal socialization to SMEs/big companies, halal socialization through media and social media, merchandise , and MUI administrators apply the principle of "buy and defend Babel halal products". While the influence of LPPOM MUI on the dynamics of people's lives in Bangka Belitung through halal product certification is still not significant in the field of using halal labeled products, this can be seen from the views of the pros and cons of the community when interviewed by researchers. However, based on the exposure of the Director of LPPOM MUI, it is quite significant at the level of "don't know to know", it means that people still don't understand what is halal. Learning is a view of the basic of human development. With study, human life and working according to what has been learned to make changes yourself so that behavior can develop. It is said in the learning theories of humanistic man that can be essentially learned in a natural manner capable of adjusting to all the changes that have or are happening in the surrounding. Therefore, as the educator who is the executor is important in the process of learning to interpret his position as a wise parent who can understand what the needs of the needs of the students in their studies, both methodologically and based on the subject matter that will be given to students. If such a case is well understood by teacher, then it will have a positive impact not only for teachers but for students themselves. To teachers course, students will sympathize to follow the activies of learning from his teacher. And students will easily understand the teaching materials well because the teachers strategies and subject matter in accordance with the call of his soul. Moreover, in the aspect of its application, learning theory humanistic learning in the teacher is directing the students to think induktif attach great importance to experience and foster student engagement scara is active in the learning process. One method that can be used by communicators to give influence and effect to the communicant is to use persuasive communication. In this study, researchers analyzed the educational program "yo ngopi luk" at the TVRI Bangka Belitung Public Broadcasting Institute. It is hoped that this research can contribute ideas for readers and the general public and even TVRI Bangka Belitung. The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The researcher chose to focus on several elements in the “Yo ngopi luk” program by conveying messages in each display of the program, including: (1) Persuader, (2) Persuadee, (3) persuasive Messages, (4) persuasive Channels, (5) Feedback, and (6) Effect. From the results of the analysis of the "yo ngopi luk" educational program, it can be seen that persuasive communication is still considered less successful in influencing the attitudes and mindsets of the people of Bangka Belitung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari peraturan Gubernur Nomor. 81 Tahun 2014 tentang Penanganan pasung di kabupaten Kulonprogo. Latarbelakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada analisis peneliti menemukan bahwa masih banyaknya keluarga yang melakukan pemasungan dan kurangnya koordinasi lintas sektor DIY tingkat Kab/Kota dalam menangkap isu pemasungan yang terjadi. Implementasi peraturan gubernur mengenai penanganan pasung ini jika dilihat dari fakor diatas masih membutuhkan usaha yang lebih keras dan belum berjalan dengan baik. Untuk menganalisis implementasi peraturan gubernur tersebut peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah implementasi, Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa dan penanganan pasung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan gubernur Nomor 81 tahun 2014 ini belum terimplementasikan dengan baik sesuai dengan apa yang diatur di dalam pergub tersebut. Maka diperlukannya upaya yang lebih keras dalam penjalanan fungsi atas peran yang tertera dalam pergub. Untuk faktor penghambat implementasi Pergub ini berupa stigma negatif keluarga dan masyarakat, belum adanya jobdesk yang terperinci, ODGJ yang dipasung tidak memiliki kartu identitas, tidak adanya perencanaan dan anggaran yang jelas, belum adanya Unit atau LSM yang bergeraak di bidang ODGJ, serta fasilitas puskesmas yang belum memiliki rawat inap untuk ODGJ. Untuk faktor pendukungnya adalah kepedulian pemerintah DIY, sosialisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia serta pentingnya keberadaan rumah sakit jiwa dan puskesmas yang memiliki pelayanan terhadap ODGJ.

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication carried out through the Whatsapp Group and the Arabic language skills of Madrasah Aliyah students in Pangkalpinang. This research takes the time setting during the pandemic so that learning is carried out online using the Whatsapp Group. By using stratified random sampling, this study used 132 students as the sample. Correlational research using the product moment formula to analyze the results was carried out by distributing questionnaires about interpersonal communication which contained openness, empathy, support, positive attitudes and equality. Based on calculations performed with SPSS, it is known that the data is normally and linearly distributed. Furthermore, no positive and significant relationship was found between interpersonal communication and the Arabic language skills of Aliyah madrasah students in Pangkalpinang because the calculated p value > critical p is 0.483 > 0.005. Learning was carried out via the Whatsapp Group so that teachers and students were not met face to face especially at that time they were in class X which had never met the teacher face to face which could be the cause of the absence of a relationship between the two variables above.

This article aims to sense the intellectual and social dynamics of alums of Islamic boarding schools or the pesantren from Bangka Island and their role in State Islamic University, PTKIN in Indonesia. These issues are analyzed with Linton's role theory. This qualitative research takes primary data from eight informants, while secondary data is taken from other informants as an addition. The data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The "Snow-ball Sampling" method obtained 57 informants and narrowed them down to eight. In addition, they were analyzed using three stages: orientation, exploration, and focus study. The results of this study explain that there are eight people from Bangka Island as alumni of the pesantren who have been currently taking part in PTKIN throughout Indonesia by occupying strategic positions and having significant influence in them, such as Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, M.A (Deputy Chancellor 1 of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta), Dr. Zayadi, M.Ag (Chancellor of IAIN SAS Babel), Prof. Dr. Hatamar Rasyid (Deputy Chancellor 2 of IAIN SAS Babel), Dr. Misdar, M.Ag (Dean of the Faculty of Sharia IAIN SAS BABEL), Prof. Rohimin, M.Ag (Director of Postgraduate Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu), Dr. Muhamad Fauzi, M.Ag, (Deputy Dean 1 of Tarbiyah Faculty at UIN RAFA Palembang), Dr. Abdurrahmansyah, M.Ag (Head of Islamic Studies Program at UIN RAFA Palembang), Dr. Ahmad Izzan (Senate Secretary of the Ethics Commission of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung). These academics became real examples of intellectual and social dynamics of pesantren graduates from Bangka Island who succeeded in participating in their respective PTKINs. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dinamika sosial intelektual alumni pondok pesantren asal pulau Bangka dan peran mereka di PTKIN. Permasalahan tersebut dianalisis dengan teori peran ala Linton. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualilatif yang mengambil sumber data primer dari delapan informan, sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari informan lain sebagai tambahan. Cara menentukan informan mlalui, “Snow-ball Sampling” didapatkan 57 informan dan mengerucut menjadi delapan. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan, yaitu orientasi, eksplorasi, dan studi terfokus. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat delapan orang asal Pulau Bangka sebagai alumni pondok pesantren yang saat ini berkiprah di PTKIN se-Indonesia dengan menduduki posisi strategis dan memiliki pengaruh penting di dalamnya seperti Prof. Dr.Zulkifli, M.A (Wakil Rektor 1 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta), Dr. Zayadi, M.Ag (Rektor IAIN SAS Babel), Prof.Dr.Hatamar Rasyid (Wakil Rektor 2 IAIN SAS Babel), Dr.Misdar, M.Ag (Dekan Fak.Syariah IAIN SAS BABEL), Prof. Dr. Rohimin, M.Ag (Dir.Pascasrjana UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu), Dr. Muhamad Fauzi, M.Ag, (Wakil Dekan 1 Tarbiyah UIN RAFA Palembang), Dr. Abdurrahmansyah, M.Ag (Kaprodi Studi Islam Pascasarjana UIN RAFA Palembang), Dr. Ahmad Izzan (Sekretaris Senat Komisi Etik UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung). Social media has an important role in strengthening religious moderation, this can be seen so enthusiastic students who skate on social media. So social media has potential in the dissemination of certain issues. This research focuses on strengthening religious moderation towards IAIN SAS Babel Students on social media used. This study presents information to students on thinking patterns and being moderate to issues circulating on social media, especially in terms of religion so that they are able to behave not only textually but are able to be contextually. This type of research, when viewed from the place of research, is classified as field research. Meanwhile, when viewed from data analysis method, this research uses qualitative and comparative descriptive method. The sampling method used by researchers is Non-probability while the sampling technique is Purposive Sampling (Judgment Sampling). The result of this study is that the students showed that they have little understanding of religious moderation, regardless of a deep understanding of certain issues if it is associated in people's lives. Surely this is the basic capital for students especially at IAIN SAS Babel when surfing the social world with issues of religious moderation able to filter and intelligently absorb news or issues that are widely spread through social media.
