Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usaha para guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa disekolah melalui pembelajaran PAI dan PKN di SMP islam Riyadlus Sholihin. Penilitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu teknik kuantitatif dan deskripsi kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas VII A SMP islam Riyadlus sholihin terdapat 9 siswa yang bermasalah. Setelah dilakukannya perubahan model dan strategi pembelajaran di mata pelajaran PAI dan PKN, jumlah siswa yang mencapai kriteria kedisiplinan makin meningkat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan 2 siklus, pada siklus pertama, dari 32 siswa terdapat 68.7% - 73.4 % siswa yang sudah disiplin dan pada siklus kedua juga mengalami kenaikan dari siklus pertama yaitu 74.9 % - 89.0% siswa yang disiplin. Guru PAI dan PKN SMP islam Riyadlus sholihin dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dengam memberikan suatu nasihat dan contoh perilaku secara nyata terhadap siswa dan juga memberikan sanksi dengan tujuan untuk menakut nakuti siswa yang bermasalah.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to find solutions to the causes of problems in terms of quality experienced and produce business process SOP for Kaconk flasher services. Design/methodology/approach: The draft SOP comes from operating standards that have been agreed upon through FGD and is revised based on the results of the known improvement plan, so that the draft SOP is more perfect before being frozen into a written SOP. Validation of the draft SOP document was carried out by giving questionnaires to customers with a sample size of 13 respondents, namely kaconk flasher customers who visited one week after the implementation of the draft SOP to be tested. Findings: The results of this research show that: Designing SOPs for the kaconk flasher business process, a number of SOPs can be formed which are grouped into several stages, including KF-SOP-01 regarding customer reception services, KF-SOP-02 regarding gadget repair, KF-SOP-03 regarding unit storage in the warehouse , and KF-SOP-04 regarding unit pick-up services. Research limitations/implications: The limitations in this research are the basis for recommendations for future researchers to further develop improvements to the SOP that has been formed from the problems experienced. The limitations of this research are only to find out the root of the problem and its repairs and form an SOP from the results of repairs that have been carried out at the kaconk flasher counter.. Practical implications: All SOPs were implemented successfully and were able to overcome the root of the problem at the Kaconk flasher service center. Originality/value: The research carried out by the researcher states that this research is the result of his work and is the first time at Konter Kaconk Flasher with the title of the research being researched, except for quotations from several summaries, all of which the researcher has explained the source. Abstract

The purpose of he did study This is For know presentation amount students who have reach success in increase motivation Study mathematics and knowing efforts made by mathematics teachers For increase motivation his students to lesson mathematics with using the Pakemstrategy in Class VIII A of Riyadlus Islamic Middle School sholihin. Research that has been done This is study action class (PTK) and techniques used in the research is technique quantitative and descriptive qualitative research data obtained from results interviews, observations, recording field and documentation. Based on results from study can concluded that study This done with 2 cycles. And the results cycle 1, namely there is presentation student as much as 38.3% of amount students, who are active in activity learning mathematics. while in cycle 2 there is result 89.8% of amount students, who are active in learning mathematics. Happened improvement percentage in cycle 2, meaning amount enthusiastic students​ to lesson mathematics the more many. Can withdrawn conclusion that motivation student the more increasing. Increasing motivation carried out by teachers is results application of Pakemlearning strategies. Teachers' action efforts in implementing Pakem, including : creating pleasant atmosphere, giving rewards, teachers are open, teachers must active and teachers must discipline.
