Abstract

Abstract: In an agency, document (archive) management is a very crucial aspect in supporting various work activities. The success of this management depends on the ability to organize and store documents efficiently. By carrying out good management and storage, employees can easily find copies of original documents needed to support various work activities. The types of documents that are generally managed in companies or agencies include recordings, writing, and various other media. The scope of the research begins with the aim of exploring and analyzing the impact of using digital media so that it can create a digital-based document repository. The approach applied in this research is the prototype development method, a systematic approach to achieve innovation and development. The current system shows that the process of proposing documents for promotion to staff at UNKHAIR is still done manually, that is, all files are collected in hardcopy to the faculty and then verified and submitted to the personnel department for an assessment process by the personnel department. This proposed system is designed to overcome problems that arise from the current system, which has been created by researchers. a digital storage medium to make existing staff easier so that all files can be uploaded whenever and wherever they are and minimize loss or scattered files. The results of this research utilize Google Drive and QR Code which is the right solution to overcome the problem of storing digital archives that are less organized and difficult. accessed, Google Drive can be used to improve archive management skills.Kata kunci: Google Drive, Tendik, Archive storage, Prototype, QR Code

Abstract

Abstract: In the journey towards a Smart City, efforts to make it a bridge that connects people's expectations of appropriate, effective, and efficient government services by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is of the essence. The Smart Governance concept is the main key, where the Ternate City Government as executor of government duties is expected to be able to provide quality services following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the principles of law, humanity, justice, democracy, participation, transparency, accountability, and commitment to the welfare of its citizens. To realize the Smart City vision in Ternate, there needs to be a mutual understanding regarding the true Smart City paradigm. Abstract

Inovasi pelayanan pada Kelurahan Tomalou dari segi pelayanan administrasi adalah salah satu nilai minus yang terdapat pada kelurahan Tomalou sesuai penerapan penilaian pada lomba Kelurahan Tingkat Nasional tahun 2019 yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Dalam Negeri. Sehingga kebutuhan akan penyampaian informasi serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi yang cepat adalah salah satu tujuan utama dari kantor Kelurahan. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi, proyek ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan layanan publik di Kelurahan Tomalou. Implementasi Model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) pada Sistem Informasi Administrasi Berbasis Web Kelurahan Tomalou Kota Tidore Kepulauan merupakan salah satu solusi tepat dalam pengembangan dan inovasi pelayanan administrasi pada kelurahan Tomalou atau aplikasi  yang disebut SITOMADATA dengan Tujuan menciptakan sistem yang effisen serta membuat pelayanan publik lebih dimaksimalkan dengan menggunakan Metode Perancangan Sistem Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SITOMADATA memungkinkan warga Tomalou untuk mengakses layanan publik dengan lebih mudah dan transparan, mengurangi birokrasi yang rumit serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan data. Pada penelitian ini bahasa Pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, HTML dan CSS.Kata Kunci: Inovasi pelayanan administrasi, Software Development Life Cycle, Sistem Informasi; Administrasi Online; Pelayanan Online;
