Abstract

Inovasi pelayanan pada Kelurahan Tomalou dari segi pelayanan administrasi adalah salah satu nilai minus yang terdapat pada kelurahan Tomalou sesuai penerapan penilaian pada lomba Kelurahan Tingkat Nasional tahun 2019 yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementrian Dalam Negeri. Sehingga kebutuhan akan penyampaian informasi serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi yang cepat adalah salah satu tujuan utama dari kantor Kelurahan. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas informasi, proyek ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan layanan publik di Kelurahan Tomalou. Implementasi Model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) pada Sistem Informasi Administrasi Berbasis Web Kelurahan Tomalou Kota Tidore Kepulauan merupakan salah satu solusi tepat dalam pengembangan dan inovasi pelayanan administrasi pada kelurahan Tomalou atau aplikasi  yang disebut SITOMADATA dengan Tujuan menciptakan sistem yang effisen serta membuat pelayanan publik lebih dimaksimalkan dengan menggunakan Metode Perancangan Sistem Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SITOMADATA memungkinkan warga Tomalou untuk mengakses layanan publik dengan lebih mudah dan transparan, mengurangi birokrasi yang rumit serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan data. Pada penelitian ini bahasa Pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, HTML dan CSS.Kata Kunci: Inovasi pelayanan administrasi, Software Development Life Cycle, Sistem Informasi; Administrasi Online; Pelayanan Online;

Abstract

North Maluku has an archipelago so that community activities are mostly related to the sea, such as fishermen and people who use sea routes as a mode of transportation. Uncertain weather conditions resulting in heavy rainfall and high sea waves can threaten the safety of the community, especially the fishing community and people who use sea transportation modes. As happened some time ago, namely the sinking of KM Cahaya Arafa. KM Cahaya Arafa sank because it was hit by high sea waves so that it had an accident, namely drowning in the waters of Tokaka Village, South Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province which resulted in the death of dozens of people. The purpose of this research is to apply IoT Technology and Various Sensors to design a Sea Wave Monitoring System as an Early Warning on Marine Transportation Modes which if bad weather occurs can threaten safety when doing activities at sea. The monitoring system prototype was developed to provide early information on the high danger of sea waves both through sound, sirens, and widely accessed using mobile phones and the internet. The test results of the IoT-based sea wave notification system show that this technology is effective in detecting certain wave heights, ranging from half a meter to two meters, and providing early warning quickly and accurately. The sensors integrated in the system are capable of measuring changes in wave height with high precision, and IoT technology enables stable data transmission to various communication platforms, including mobile apps and instant messaging systems. With the ability to detect various wave heights, this system can be a reliable and efficient disaster mitigation tool, and can be further developed to support better preparedness for coastal communities against the potential threat of high waves and tsunamis.

Abstract

Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is a systematic process carried out by companies to measure and monitor supplier performance in supplying the necessary raw materials. Through continuous evaluation, companies can improve the effectiveness of supplier management strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Performance evaluation of raw material suppliers is the main instrument in maintaining supply chain integrity and ensuring the sustainability of company operations. This process involves assessing various aspects, including the quality of raw materials, timeliness of delivery, compliance with ethical and environmental standards, and efficiency in logistics processes. The problem that occurs in performance evaluation is that there is no application of a decision support system model that can evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers, the process so far carried out in evaluating the performance of raw material suppliers only assesses the criteria in the assessment of supplier performance evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the performance of raw material suppliers by applying the Multi-Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA) method and Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA). The final value of supplier performance evaluation is the overall result of the appraisal process carried out by a company on its suppliers. In this process, various aspects of supplier performance are evaluated using predetermined methods, the PIPRECIA method for weighting criteria and MAIRCA for supplier performance evaluation calculations. The results of the evaluation of the performance of raw material suppliers show the results for the best 1 with a final value of 0.352 obtained by Tanjung Raja suppliers, the best 2 with a final value of 0.333 obtained by CV Tri Sakti suppliers, the best 3 with a final value of 0.315 obtained by Abadi Makmur suppliers.
