Abstract

Abstract: The use of information technology in terms of providing data to support the decision-making process has made information systems an essential resource. Ternate City Transportation Agency as a Transportation Agency whose job is to process public transport data, requires an accurate and accurate information system. This study discusses data processing on route permits that are integrated with an android-based database. This research uses Research and Development research procedures. Abstract

ABSTRAK - Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam hal menyediakan data untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan telah menjadikan sistem informasi sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang sangat urgen.Dinas Perhubungan Kota Ternate (Dishub) sebagai suatu instansi yang salah satu tugasnya adalah mengolah data angkutan umum, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain pengolahan data izin trayek yang terintegrasi dengan database. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur penelitian Research and Development. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi untuk mengolah data izin trayek angkutan darat dan mempermudah dalam proses pelayanan izin trayek pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Ternate sehingga dalam mengajukan syarat untuk izin trayek sudah bisa di akses melalui internet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the teacher certification on teacher’s motivation and performance in State High Schools in Ternate City, Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample used in this study was 193 teachers who were selected by proportionate random sampling. The data was analyzed using path analysis supported by descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicate that the teacher certification has a direct effect on teacher's motivation and performance. Therefore, improving the application of teacher certification, and achievement motivation can improve performance.

Abstract

Abstract: In an agency, document (archive) management is a very crucial aspect in supporting various work activities. The success of this management depends on the ability to organize and store documents efficiently. By carrying out good management and storage, employees can easily find copies of original documents needed to support various work activities. The types of documents that are generally managed in companies or agencies include recordings, writing, and various other media. The scope of the research begins with the aim of exploring and analyzing the impact of using digital media so that it can create a digital-based document repository. The approach applied in this research is the prototype development method, a systematic approach to achieve innovation and development. The current system shows that the process of proposing documents for promotion to staff at UNKHAIR is still done manually, that is, all files are collected in hardcopy to the faculty and then verified and submitted to the personnel department for an assessment process by the personnel department. This proposed system is designed to overcome problems that arise from the current system, which has been created by researchers. a digital storage medium to make existing staff easier so that all files can be uploaded whenever and wherever they are and minimize loss or scattered files. The results of this research utilize Google Drive and QR Code which is the right solution to overcome the problem of storing digital archives that are less organized and difficult. accessed, Google Drive can be used to improve archive management skills.Kata kunci: Google Drive, Tendik, Archive storage, Prototype, QR Code

Abstract: In the journey towards a Smart City, efforts to make it a bridge that connects people's expectations of appropriate, effective, and efficient government services by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is of the essence. The Smart Governance concept is the main key, where the Ternate City Government as executor of government duties is expected to be able to provide quality services following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the principles of law, humanity, justice, democracy, participation, transparency, accountability, and commitment to the welfare of its citizens. Abstract

In an era where technological innovation is increasingly penetrating all aspects of life, education cannot be separated from the positive impacts brought by technological progress. An interesting innovation that enriches the learning process is the use of ChatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence language model that is capable of understanding and producing text with a high level of complexity. This research aims to examine the effect of ChatGPT and classroom learning on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative. The results of this research consist of three hypotheses. 1. ChatGPT implementation has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes. Therefore, the hypothesis that states: "There is connectivity between the application of ChatGPT (X1) and learning outcomes (Y)" can be accepted. 2. Classroom learning has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes. Thus the hypothesis which states: "There is connectivity between learning in the classroom (X2) and learning outcomes (Y)" can be accepted. 3. The combination of implementing ChatGPT (X1) and classroom learning (X2) has a positive relationship to student learning outcomes (Y). Thus the hypothesis which states: "There is connectivity between the use of ChatGPT (X1) with classroom learning (X2) and learning outcomes (Y)" can be accepted.Keywords: ChatGpt, Class Learning, Learning Outcomes, Influence

Abstract

The provided introduction highlights the pressing issue faced by AIKOM Ternate due to the absence of an efficient scheduling system, leading to recurrent student rescheduling challenges at the beginning of each semester. The development approach involves the utilisation of a Use Case Diagram to illustrate the comprehensive course scheduling process, encompassing initial scheduling, learning activities, and examination schedules. Additionally, an Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) featuring four tables is crafted to underpin the creation of a robust database for the application. The scheduling system primarily addresses the coordination of space, time, and classes at AIKOM, emphasising the prevention of conflicts with both lecturers and students. The Android application's user interface is tailored to streamline the scheduling process, delivering a personalised output schedule that details courses explicitly. The efficacy of the application is intricately linked to the performance of the BAAK schedule concierge service, which plays a pivotal role in entering accurate data into the central database. It is crucial to note that the application's ability to furnish timely and precise schedule information hinges on the consistent and reliable execution of data updates by the BAAK; any lapses in this process result in a lack of updates within the application.Keyword: Android, Schedule, Design, Use Case Diagram, AIKOM

Abstract

Text data compression is done to make the file size smaller. Algorithm is a sequence of steps that aims to solve a problem. In this text data compress research using the Run Length Encoding (RLE) data compress method, it can be used to trim data to minimize the use of storage space so that it can be utilized better. As the function of the data compress itself to trim the file, its use is very beneficial for future technology. The programming applied is a python application, applying the concept of structured programming. Structured programming is a programming concept or paradigm that solves problems structurally, without looking at objects or divisions but must be structured, The result of this research is that the phyton application is able to trim text data so as to minimize the use of storage space so that it can be utilized better.
