Abstract

This study examines key factors influencing the satisfaction of internship participants in the agricultural sector, specifically at the Agricultural Instrument Testing and Standard Application Installation (IP2SIP) in Mojosari, BSIP East Java. Internships play a crucial role in bridging academic knowledge with practical industry experience, yet systematic evaluations in agriculture remain scarce. This research aims to assess the impact of time management, work environment, and internship mentorship on intern satisfaction. Using a quantitative, descriptive-associative approach, data were collected from 30 participants through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that a conducive work environment and effective mentorship significantly improve internship satisfaction, while time management has a comparatively smaller impact. These results highlight the importance of enhancing workplace conditions and mentorship programs to optimize the benefits of internships in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are a source of plastic waste in Jombang Regency. Efforts to reduce waste generation through reusing plastic waste must be supported by adequate skills from the Islamic boarding school community. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of students in managing plastic waste into pots as a medium for cultivating vegetables in narrow land. This activity was carried out in October 2020 at ma'had al Muhajirin 1 Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, the partiparticipant was about 15 students. The method used socialization and practiced activities. The evaluation of the results of the training showed that 70% of the training participants had good skills when making plastic waste pots, while 30% of the training participants were in the category with fairly good skills. These results indicated that this community service activity could improve the skills of students in processing plastic waste onto pots that were useful for planting vegetables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Regional freedom changes from various angles, replacing the entry of no-outs that challenge local identity. However, political decentralization in Indonesia and the transfer of authority in the field of education and development into the hands. In this context, in 2007 there was controversy in Indonesia about one of the traditional languages originating from Ponorogo Regency. The controversy is based on the perception of the people of Ponorogo and the wider community in Malaysia who claim the Reog Ponorogo art through the inclusion of the art in an advertisement in Malaysia. The purpose of this research is to know the importance of Reog as a Ponorogo identity and understand the cause of the controversy about the reog protection. This research is a qualitative research, data obtained through interviews with informants (Head of the Culture and Tourism Office of Culture Tourism) is the main technique in the process of collecting data in this study. The results showed a misunderstanding caused by lost communication. Understanding the Indonesian people Ponorogo community they think that Reog is really claimed by Malaysia.
