Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI melalui model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media powtoon di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode dekskriptif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang sebanyak 244 siswa dan ditentukan sampel secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media powtoon dapat di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang.

Keterlibatan perempuan dalam politik sebagai individu sangat erat kaitannya dengan kesetaraan gender yang merupakan bagian hak dari warga negara yang diakui berdasarkan Undang-undang no 7 tahun 1984 yang merupakan dasar hukum terkait pemenuhan serta perlindungan hak perempuan merupakan bentuk perwujudan atau ratifikasi dari konvensi penghapusan segala bentuk diskriminasi terhadap perempuan (Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women atau CEDAW), penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penelitian kepustakaan atau library research dengan data-data penelitian berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, buku, artikel jurnal serta internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan terkait keterlibatan perempuan dalam politik diperlukan sebagai syarat dalam pemilihan umum yang sesuai dengan hukum positif Indonesia serta keterlibatan perempuan dalam politik berdasarkan hukum islam masih terbagi menjadi dua pihak yakni pihak yang pro dan kontra.

This study aims to determine the basic assumptions of scientific philosophy in guidance and counseling. The method of this research is qualitative with a library study approach. that library or library study can be defined as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of the study indicate that philosophy is a science whose material object includes and provides an understanding of the nature of man and various problems in it to achieve the welfare of life, in counseling guidance or philosophy of science requires assumptions, namely the basis of science so that it can produce various sources of other sciences through rationalism, empirical, critical and intuition. The basic assumptions of philosophy in the study of counseling guidance belong to ontology, which discusses the nature of what exists. As the basis of guidance and counseling, it means that philosophy provides a foundation for guidance and counseling to stand on.

This research aim is to describe the implementation of art therapy technique in individual conseling to explore the problems of introvert students. The research method was qualitative method with case study approach. the research subject was 1 student at x grade students in Tembilahan. The technique in collecting data used interview, observation and documentation. the research data analyzed triangulation data. Based on the result, it shws that the art therapy technique can explore the problems of introvert students. the students can tell their story, and have confidence in solving their problems after following conseling by art therapy technique. art therapy technique in conseling can apply flexsibley as a tool to open the conversation, or combine the media of art therapy technique with the profesional abilty of conseling teacher as communication media in therapeutic relathionship. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil penggunaan media ludo terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Sekolah Dasar 90 Sipatana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre- experimental design dengan rancangan One-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV, sampel yaitu 27 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling . Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh nilai rata-rata Pre-test sebesar 58,103 sedangkan post-test sebesar 86,111. Jika dibandingkan nilai rata-rata Pre-test dan post-test maka nilai rata-rata post-test lebih tinggidari nilai rata-rata Pre-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis thitung = 15,662> ttabel = 1.706. Dengandemikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Media Ludo terhadap hasil belajar Peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA materi fotosintesis di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 90 Sipatana.

In the context of Indonesia and Malaysia, where cultural diversity is a very rich characteristic, the implementation of cross-cultural counseling utilization can be an effective means to strengthen social harmony and reduce the potential for conflict or tension between cultures. Therefore, research on the role of cross-cultural counseling in bridging the differences in multicultural societies in these two countries is very relevant and important to do. This research is a qualitative research using a field study approach using data collection techniques and a combination of survey analysis, in-depth, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation study analysis. The results of the study indicate that cross-cultural counseling plays an important role in bridging differences in multicultural societies between Indonesia and Malaysia. Through cultural understanding of cross-cultural counseling activities carried out between counselors and clients with different cultures and paying attention to their diversity, cross-cultural guidance and counseling can help these two countries in bridging various differences in multicultural societies to understand, appreciate intercultural interactions

Adolescence is a transitional period characterized by various physical and psychological changes, including menstruation in adolescent girls. Lack of knowledge about menstruation can affect adolescents' behavior in maintaining reproductive health. Menstruation-related reproductive health education can improve adolescents' knowledge. This study aims to determine the influence of reproductive health education on adolescent girls' knowledge about menstruation. This study uses a quantitative design with a pre-experimental, pre-test, and post-test one-group design approach. The sample comprised 58 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that most respondents (56.90%) had a low level of knowledge before the intervention. After being given an intervention, knowledge increased as much as (89.6%) of respondents had good knowledge. The results of Wilcoxon's statistical test showed a significant influence of reproductive health education on menstruation on adolescent girls' knowledge level at SMPN 24 Padang (p-value = 0.000).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implemetasi Mind Mapping Dalam Pembelajaran Ekonomi Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subjek pennelitian siswa kelas X.5. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para siklus I nilai dibawah KKM sebanyak 17 siswa yang belum tuntas dengan persentase ketuntasan sebanyak 28%. Setelah dikenai tindakan pada siklus I dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping maka jumlah siswa yang dibawah KKM mengalami penurunan dari 17 siswa menjadi 6 siswa. Sedangkan ketuntasan sebanyak 67%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dala mata pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru.
