Abstract

The clinker production process involves much equipment and material flow; thus, an operating system is needed to regulate and manage the production process. XYZ company uses an operating system for clinker production called Cement Management Quality (CMQ). The CMQ operation on clinker production is considered semi-automatic because it requires many interventions from the operator. Furthermore, the program is limited under specific condition. As a result, the quality of the clinker is decreased, and the energy consumption is increased. The failure of clinker production is related to the CMQ system, and it is vital to solving the problem appropriately. Since the CMQ system is connected with many aspects, it is essential to find the root cause. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method is suitable to find the root of the problem for a complex system. After researching using RCA, the main problems on the CMQ system is the data not appropriately integrated, and the process algorithm is insufficient. The new integration of data transfer and new algorithms are developed as an attempt to solve the issues. The new data integration model and algorithm are applied through the simulation method as a test case before taking complete corrective action on the CMQ system. The new model's application shows the standard deviation of the process is decreased under the specified threshold. The method provides good results for improving the quality of the clinker production process. It can be used as an essential reference for applying the automation model in the clinker production process.

Abstract

Technological change is an opportunity to develop yourself and work better. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Servant Leadership and Self Efficacy on Adaptive Performance. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insight for organizations in managing employee adaptation to technology and changes in their work in this ever-evolving era. The sampling method was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires online to 105 respondents and using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The research results prove that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance, Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Adaptive Performance, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Self Efficacy and there is a positive and significant effect between Self Efficacy moderating the relationship between Servant Leadership and Adaptive Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and productivity of Quay Container Crane (QCC) work through the value of OEE (availability, performance, quality) and identify losses affecting the OEE value of QCC. The method used is a explorative and descriptive analysis, which exposes availability, performance and quality of Quay Container Crane based on actual data and information by collecting, compiling, classifying and analysing data and information about the effectiveness and productivity of Quay Container Crane. The results of the OEE are analysed using the six big losses method to find the loss factor, root cause analysis using the Fishbone diagram and make improvement recommendations using the 5 why analysis method. Based on the research results, the OEE value of Quay Container Crane affected by the loss factor which are reduce speed losses, breakdown losses and idling and stoppage losses. The root of the problem comes from various causes, among others, many breakdown on spreaders, the maintenance schedule is still not correct, the operator's competence and knowledge are still lacking, and the technical problems in the Quay Container Cranes.

Abstract

The healthcare sector, while central to public well-being, is paradoxically responsible for 4–5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. This systematic literature review (SLR) critically explores the emerging concept of Green Work Engagement (GWE)—defined as employees’ proactive involvement in sustainable practices—and its transformative potential for healthcare institutions. Guided by the PRISMA framework, this review synthesizes high-quality studies from 2014 to 2024, identifying leadership, organizational support, environmental awareness, and green HRM as pivotal antecedents of GWE. Findings highlight that green servant leadership and green talent management foster innovative behaviors, enhance job satisfaction, and improve both environmental performance and clinical outcomes. Technological integration (e.g., cloud computing) and structured frameworks (e.g., GreenEd, 5R) also emerge as key enablers of systemic change. However, the literature reveals methodological gaps, limited application in developing contexts, and insufficient empirical evaluation of behavioral interventions. This study offers a robust conceptual foundation and practical roadmap for embedding sustainability into healthcare operations, emphasizing the role of leadership, employee engagement, and inclusive organizational culture in advancing environmental stewardship. The review concludes with actionable research directions to strengthen the theoretical and practical relevance of GWE and support the healthcare sector’s alignment with global sustainability goals. Abstract
