Abstract

Edible film merupakan suatu kemasan primer yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat dimakan. Salah satu bahan baku edible film tersebut adalah pati ubi jalar putih. Plasticizer gliserol digunakan untuk meningkatkan elastisitas edible film. Sedangkan penambahan ekstrak ampas kulit apel bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan edible film serta memanfaatkan limbah dari proses pembuatan minuman sari apel. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi gliserol dan ekstrak ampas kulit apel terhadap karakteristik edible film. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi gliserol (10, 20 dan 30 % (v/b pati)), sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak ampas kulit apel (2, 4 dan 6 % (v/v total)). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut BNT atau DMRT dengan selang kepercayaan 5%. Pemilihan perlakuan terbaik dilakukan dengan metode Multiple Attribut. Perlakuan terbaik adalah edible film dengan konsentrasi gliserol 10 % dan ekstrak ampas kulit apel 6 %. Kata kunci: Edible Film, Ekstrak Ampas Kulit Apel, Pati Ubi Jalar Putih, Gliserol

Abstract

This research is motivated by the findings that Karawang has several languages because it is caused by the number of urban, this is triggered by the change of Karawang regency into industrial area. Karawang northern part of the district that has a variation of colored languages because it has a history of language transition. Qualitative descriptive method and dialiektologi method is the method used in this study. The purpose of this study is to obtain the language variations contained in the northern part of Karawang. From the results of research found four languages namely Sundanese, Cirebon, Betawi Malay, and Bekasi Malay language spread with varied in eight districts, in the northern part of Karawang. Keyword: Geography, language variation

Abstract

Total quality managent is a proces of continuously improvement done by a school in getting shool quality. Manager has important role in cloing, implementry TMQ in the school. The head master need to understand TMQ as a philosophy, method, techniqve and strategy of managent to improve school quality because the way of school organization work is always assessed by communites howdays TMQ in education aspect plees the students as cliens so that students idea must be included in every strategy dieision making school organization. Besides,the head master is not the main mass in improving the quality, but every one given responsibility is a manager and having a right to take a decision in every their responsibility Key word : Total Quality Managenent, Pendidikan,Manajer.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) merupakan kompotensi yang dibutuhkan pada abad ke-21. HOTS peserta didik dapat dilatih dengan kegiatan penilaian seperti pada soal tes tertulis Asesmen Sumatif Tengah Semester (ASTS) dan Asesmen Sumatif Akhir Semester (ASAS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis tingkat berpikir HOTS (2) menganalisis tingkat berpikir LOTS dalam soal Asesmen Sumatif Tengah Semester (ASTS) dan Asesmen Sumatif Akhir Semester (ASAS) Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Dramaga tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dan 2023/2024 berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom revisi Anderson dan Krathwohl disesuaikan dengan level kognitif Puspendik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah soal ASTS dan ASAS Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Dramaga yang berjumlah 275, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah soal dengan tingkat berpikir HOTS dan LOTS. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, dan simak catat. Dari 275 pertanyaan, hasil analisis tipe HOTS atau level 3 penalaran, berjumlah 25 soal atau dengan persentase 9,09%, sedangkan tipe LOTS atau level 1 dan 2 berjumlah 250 pertanyaan atau dengan persentase 90,91%. Dari hasil analisis tersebut menjadikan penyusunan soal banyak menggunakan tingkat berpikir rendah atau LOTS, dibanding HOTS karena kurangnya pemahaman pendidik mengenai pembuatan soal HOTS dan menyesuaikan kondisi kognitif peserta didik yang masih lemah dalam berpikir tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations by researchers at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sarang Class VIII-B, where information was obtained that during the Covid19 pandemic students studied online which made students bored and did not understand learning material, especially mathematics. Therefore, making this media is very suitable for learning during a pandemic like this. With media that uses smartphone applications, it is hoped that students will be interested in understanding the concept of learning mathematics, especially in this number pattern material even better. The product produced in this research is an Android-based media for realistic mathematics learning, namely software (software) with the extension *apk which can only be run on the Android operating system. This study uses an R&D model which has 4 stages, namely the define stage, the design stage, the develop stage and the disseminate stage. Research and development is understood as a research activity that begins with research (research) then continues with development (development). Media developed using the construct 2 application. The media that was developed was then tested for validity until it was declared valid and then implemented to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di lapangan kurangnya minat membaca siswa terhadap teks resensi. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran yang unik dan menarik sehingga dapat mempermudah siswa dalam kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen desain penelitian nonequivalent control group desain. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Telagasari dengan sampel penelitian kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan masing-masing total 36 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 29 for mac. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen yaitu 56 pretest sedangkan 78 posttest. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil nilai pada kelas eksperimen yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition. Uji normalitas sebagai prasayarat uji parametrik selanjutnya diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,71 pretest kelas kontrol, 0,112 kelas kontrol, 0,000 pretest kelas ekperimen, 0,113 untuk data posttest kelas eksperimen data dinyatakan normal. Lalu, uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai 0,418 kelas kontrol dan 0,996 kelas eksperimen data dinyatakan homogen. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima H0 ditolak. Uji N-Gain diperoleh nilai 0,49 dengan kategori sedang. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran membandingkan isi teks resensi.

Abstract

This research describes the application of Make a Match model assisted with website in enhancing writing skills of news text class VII students in SMPN 1 Klari. This research was implemented using a quantitative approach, namely quasi-experiment with pretest posttest nonequivalent control group design. Sample of this research constituted to 82 students. Research data acquire by test techniques that are divided into initial tests and final tests. Data analyzed through descriptive statistics and several tests, including normality, homogeneity, t test, and n-gain score used SPSS version 26. The results proved that there was a fairly high increase for news text writing skills in the experimental class after being given treatment. The increase was proven through the acquisition of an average value from 61,89 to 85,36. Based on this research, the Make a Match model and website have the advantage of increasing activeness and writing skills in learning news texts.

Abstract

The largest increase in unemployment occurred in the young group aged 20-29 years. Currently, the number of youth (aged 16-30 years) is 64.50 million. Of that amount, 17.66% of youth aged 20-24 years and 9.27% ​​youth aged 25-29 years are unemployed. Since 2010, the government has launched the National Entrepreneurship Movement, which aims to create new entrepreneurs. The movement is a cross-ministerial program in the form of entrepreneurship campaigns, public education, training, funding, and coaching. In addition, the Indonesian government has also required entrepreneurship learning in every university. The purpose of this service is to foster entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and creativity and to equip students with the right knowledge in making business plans, while the results of entrepreneurship mentoring activities generally go well, this can be seen from the growth of students' thinking, motivation and creativity. Then the students after participating in the mentoring can prepare a new business plan that will be developed by the students at the Sirojut Tholibin Islamic Boarding School. This assistance will foster the spirit of the importance of the entrepreneurial spirit that needs to be fostered for intellectual youth at this time, to reduce the large gap between the number of the workforce and the number of jobs

Abstract

Visualization in various aspects requires students to understand the meaning clearly, particularly through the skill of visual perception. This article examines how students' visual perception skills are applied in interpreting advertisements. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach with multimodal analysis (linguistics, visual, audio, gestural, and spatial) to uncover the meanings behind advertisements. The respondents involved in this study are students from two universities in Indonesia. The results indicate that students tend to engage more with digital-based advertisements than non-digital ones, with a clear preference for video ads over static images. Additionally, Indonesian students successfully applied multimodal analyses to various types of advertisements. These findings have practical implications for educational practices, especially in enhancing visual literacy and developing critical skills for understanding and creating media. The significance of visual literacy in global educational contexts is highlighted, providing insight into its potential applications in curriculum development and advertising literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Spotify podcast-assisted chain writing method in improving fantasy story text writing skills among seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Klari. The research used an experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class, which was treated with the chain writing method assisted by Spotify podcast, and the control class, which used conventional learning methods. The data were tested through normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing (independent sample t-test), and N-Gain Score. The results showed that the experimental class experienced a higher improvement in writing skills with an average N-Gain Score of 62.12%, compared to the control class with 34.70%. This finding is supported by the T-test with a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which shows the application of the chain method assisted by Spotify playlist media is able to captivate students' writing appeal.
