Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Penelitian dilakukan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli, metode Pengumpulan data yaitu, Observasi, Wawancara, dan tekhnik angket (Koesioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan yang berprofesi sebagi Mekanik Motor pada Yamaha Bima Motor yang berjumlah  10 Orang, tekhnik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh (Sensus) artinya keseluruhan dari populasi yang ada. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Koefisien Korelasi.             Dari Penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli dengan Nilai koefesien korelasi (r) = 0,9754 atau 97,54% adalah angka positif Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan adalah positif, sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli sebesar 97,54 %, maka hipotesis menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Yamaha Bima Motor Tolitoli.

This research is based on the phenomenon that shows that employees have not been able to work optimally in a company. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Effects of Leadership, Competence and Career Development on Improving Employee Performance in the Finance and Accounting Department of PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations Buol Regency Branch. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample size of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is to take the entire population from employees. The instrument testing uses validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. While the method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test. The results of the independent leadership variable research (X1) obtainedarithmetic(1.645) <Ttable(1.706), competency variable (X2) tarithmetic (0.335) <Ttable (1.706) and career development variables (X3) tarithmetic (2.606)> Ttable (1,706). Then the leadership variable (X1) does not partially influence employee performance variables (Y), competence (X2) does not partially influence employee performance variables (Y) and career development (X3) partially influences employee performance (Y). F test results show that Farithmetic (11,007)> Ftable (2.96), and the significance level is smaller than the 5% confidence level (0,000 <0.05) then the hypothesis is accepted which means thevariables independent (leadership, competence and career development ) together or simultaneously affect thevariable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. And from the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Correlation Counsel (Multiple R) value of 0.748 or 75%. This shows that the correlation between the independent variable (leadership, competence and career development) to the dependent variable (employee performance) is equal to 0.748 or 75%.

This research is a descriptive causal type of research with the aim of simultaneously and partially knowing the effect of transparency, participation and accountability on the performance of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) and Village Funds (DD) in Salumpaga Village, Tolitoli Utara District, Tolitoli Regency. The instrument used as a tool in making the conclusions of this study is a questionnaire consisting of several statements which are research indicators that have previously been tested for the validity and reliability of the instrument. The data analysis technique used is through multiple linear regression equations which emphasize the research hypothesis test. The results showed that there was no simultaneous and significant influence between transparency, participation, and accountability on the performance of village fund management. Likewise, the test of the spatial( partly ) , there is no significant influence between transparency , participation and accountability on the performance of the management of village fund allocations and village funds.

This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to determine the economic value of waste through the concept of recycling to support the SDGs program for sustainable economic improvement. The results showed that the total composition of waste in TPA Kabinuang Tolitoli consisted of 35% inorganic waste and 65% organic waste. The types of waste that can be recycled include kitchen waste, leaves and plants, plastic, paper, cloth, rubber, glass, wood, and iron. If accumulated, as much as 100 kg of solid waste based on its type generates an economic value of IDR 270,400. This economic value becomes the basis, reference and encouragement for the community to be able to sort waste in order to improve the community's economy in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Dako Pemean sub-district office, Tolitoli Regency. This type of causality research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at the Dako Pemean sub-district office, Tolitoli Regency, amounting to 30 people. The technique of determining the sample uses the census method in which the entire population is used as a respondent. The analysis tool is simple linear regression. The results of this study obtained R Square with a positive and significant value which indicates a unidirectional effect, which means emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance at the Dako Pemean District Office, Tolitoli Regency, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa peningkatan produktivitas Masyarakat dari aspek pengelolaan dana desa di desa Mangubi Kecamatan Momunu Kabupaten Buol. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia produktif desa Mangubi. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan metode Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25. Berdasarkan nilai R2 diperoleh besaran pengaruh variabel pengelolaan alokasi dana desa terhadap peningkatan produktivitas adalah sebesar 0,067 atau 6,7%. hasil uji t diperoleh kesimpulan sesuai hipotesis dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat di desa Mangubi Kecamatan Momunu Kabupaten Buol. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pemerintah desa Mangubi agar senantiasa menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat melalui transparan dalam pengelolaan dan penggunaan anggaran alokasi dana desa serta senantiasa menyelenggarakan program-program kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan demikian produktivitas masyarakat akan meningkat

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan seminar pemberdayaan masyarakat desa pada kegiatan daur ulang sampah plastik di Desa Kalangkangan Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Tolitoli. Kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan Bank Sampah Tolitoli Mandiri dan bertujuan mengakselerasi ekonomi berkelanjutan melalui pemanfaatan dan pemilahan limbah plastik untuk dikonversi menjadi rupiah dan bernilai ekonomi bagi peningkatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 18 orang peserta merupakan kalangan ibu rumah tangga sehingga berkontribusi nyata pada penambahan pendapatan keluarga. Hasilnya, selama 30 hari rata-rata nilai konversi yang dihasilkan adalah Rp 219,861,- (87,94 Kg) dengan peningkatan level pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap materi terkait akselerasi ekonomi berkelanjutan melalui pamanfaatan limbah plastik untuk bahan daur ulang. Guna memfasilitasi layanan BSTM, dibuat grup WA “Nasabah BSTM” sehingga mempermudah dan menjamin layanan informasi dan operasional terhadap nasabah.

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan Program Kolaborasi Sosial Membangun Masyarakat (Kosabangsa) di Desa Kapas Kecamatan Dakopamean Kabupaten Tolitoli. Kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan mitra sasaran BUMDes Usaha Bersama dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) yang bertujuan untuk pengetahuan dan pemberdayaan mitra terkait pengelolaan ekowisata berbasis Sistem Infomasi Manajemen (SIM). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 35 peserta dari kedua mitra sasaran. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan level pemberdayaan mitra terkait penerapan dan pengaplikasian digitalisasi system informasi manajemen pada setiap pencatatan dan transaksi keuangan BUMDes. Dari aspek manajemen kegiatan ini didukung dengaan adanya MOU Bersama Pemerintah Daerah melalui Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Tolitoli. Sementara dari aspek pemasaran, terbentuknya pemandu wisata yang berkompeten sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan. Selanjutnya dari sisi investasi mitra bisa membuat produk unggulan berupa bakso dan abon ikan khas hasil kekayaan laut Desa Kapas.

This research aims to determine the effect of the carrying capacity of corn plantations on the income of corn farmers in Mopu Village, Bukal District, Buol Regency. This research uses a quantitative associative method. The data source is primary data obtained through questionnaires and documentation related to this research. The data analysis technique uses statistical calculations using the SPSB 16 application. The results of the research show that the carrying capacity of land has a significant influence on the income of corn farmers in Mopu Village, Bukal District, Buol Regency.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Financial Information Recording Application Information System (SIAPIK) in supporting environmentally friendly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi. The objective is to evaluate SIAPIK’s role in improving financial records, operational efficiency, and business decision-making, as well as its impact on marketing, access to capital, and business growth. The research employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative in-depth interviews with 24 MSMEs actively using SIAPIK (out of 106 surveyed). The results indicate that 83% of respondents reported improved recording efficiency, 79% found financial statements easier to understand, 71% experienced sales growth of up to 15%, and 67% successfully accessed cooperative or banking financing using SIAPIK reports. Nevertheless, 58% still faced challenges such as limited internet access and low digital literacy. Overall, SIAPIK has made a positive contribution to the digital transformation of MSMEs in affirmation areas, particularly in the culinary sector, while emphasizing the need for infrastructure development, continuous training, and cross-sector collaboration. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on environmentally friendly MSMEs in rural 3T regions, which are still underrepresented in the literature on MSME digitization in Indonesia.
