Abstract

The problem in this study is how much influence the motivation has on employee performance at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency? The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence motivation on employee performance at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency, amounting to 35 people. The sampling technique in this study uses "Saturated Samples". Associative data types, data sources from primary data and secondary data, data analysis methods used are moment product correlation, coefficient of determination and likert scale. Correlation coefficient (r) = 0.61 or 61% is a positive number. This shows the relationship between motivation (X) and employee performance (Y). While the coefficient of determination (r)2 = 0.3721 or 37.21% which means motivation affects employee performance, while the remaining 62.79% is influenced by other factors not examined in the research conducted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Dako Pemean sub-district office, Tolitoli Regency. This type of causality research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at the Dako Pemean sub-district office, Tolitoli Regency, amounting to 30 people. The technique of determining the sample uses the census method in which the entire population is used as a respondent. The analysis tool is simple linear regression. The results of this study obtained R Square with a positive and significant value which indicates a unidirectional effect, which means emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance at the Dako Pemean District Office, Tolitoli Regency, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The central government's policy on regional finance aims to improve the ability of local governments to finance government affairs and development. The main source of funds is the Regional Own Revenue (PAD) and taxes and local levies are sources of revenue that can be developed. Local governments must be aware of the potential for taxes and levies and use the proper collection systems and procedures. Hotel and restaurant taxes play an important role in Regional Own Revenue and are used to finance government expenditures such as administration, infrastructure, education and health facilities, and local government activities. This phenomenon shows that local taxes are crucial in financing regional development.
