Abstract

Background: Quality public health services must have sufficient quantities and varieties of medicines when needed. The availability of these medicines can be ensured through good pharmaceutical standards and regulations. Optimal availability of medicines is the availability of medicines that can meet patient needs. One important step in medication management is the purchase of medicines. If the purchase of medicines is not managed carefully and responsibly, for example buying more medicines than needed, it will result in wasteful budget, increased purchasing and storage costs, and medicines or goods cannot be distributed. or expired. Objectives: To find out what factors influence the availability of drugs in the health insurance era (JKN) at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2024.Research method: This type of research is quantitative and is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional time approach. Results: There is a relationship between the length of service of pharmacists. The length of service of doctors and the length of treatment of patients with the availability of drugs in the era of JKN at the Grandmed Hospital in Lubuk Pakam in 2024. Conclusion: The availability of medicine for the community is one of the government's commitments in implementing public health services. The efforts made by the government are certainly aimed at maintaining public health.

Abstract

Purpose: The research aims to determine the factors that encourage users to upgrade service packages, provide actual recommendations for application developers to improve service quality, and provide insights for the development of similar applications in the future. Future Link is an application that offers efficient online fingerprint analysis with the support of artificial intelligence (AI). Despite these advantages, user acceptance and satisfaction remain challenges that hinder service package upgrades. Methods: This study combines the TAM and EUCS models to identify the variables that influence users' intentions to upgrade their service packages in a fingerprint analysis application. TAM includes key constructs such as perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, while EUCS encompasses dimensions like content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use, which collectively represent users’ satisfaction with the quality of information provided by the application. Additionally, two external variables curiosity and buying intention were added. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected from 151 respondents who are active users of the application. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through Smart-PLS 3.29. The analysis process included instrument development based on validated indicators, testing for construct reliability and validity, followed by evaluation of the structural model to assess the significance and explanatory power of the hypothesized relationships among variables. Result: The findings show that eight out of nine hypotheses were accepted. Significant variables influencing attitude toward use include curiosity, content, format, accuracy, perceived usefulness, and ease of use. User attitude significantly influences satisfaction, which in turn impacts service package upgrade intentions. Novelty: The combination of two theoretical models the TAM and EUCS model is used to analyze user behavior in the context of service package upgrades in fingerprint analysis applications. While previous studies have applied TAM and EUCS separately to evaluate general technology adoption or information satisfaction, this study integrates both models to provide a more comprehensive framework that considers both perceptual and experiential factors influencing user decisions. Furthermore, this study introduces two additional variables curiosity and purchase intention to reflect emerging user motivations in the use of digital services. The results are expected to support the development and improvement of applications in the future.

Abstract

Cleaning service personnel play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and sanitation within hospitals as an integral component of healthcare services. Excessive and prolonged workloads can lead to work-related fatigue, which may decrease productivity and elevate the likelihood of occupational accidents. This study aims to examine the relationship between workload and work fatigue among cleaning service staff at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2025. A quantitative research approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. The study involved all 65 cleaning service workers selected through a total sampling technique. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test. The findings revealed that 29 respondents (44.6%) had low workloads, 20 respondents (30.8%) had moderate workloads, and 16 respondents (24.6%) experienced high workloads. Regarding fatigue levels, 23 respondents (35.4%) reported low fatigue, 24 respondents (36.9%) moderate fatigue, and 18 respondents (27.7%) high fatigue. The statistical analysis produced a p-value of 0.030, indicating a significant association between workload and work fatigue. It can be inferred that as workload intensity increases, the likelihood of experiencing fatigue also rises. Hence, effective and ergonomically oriented workload management strategies are essential to minimize fatigue and enhance the overall well-being and performance of cleaning service personnel within the hospital environment.
