Abstract

Educational institutions, especially tertiary education, are designed to spearhead the development of the quality of human resources. The strategic role needed by tertiary institutions makes intensive attention to improving its quality. This article discusses how to analyze Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) to transform institutions from national to international scale. This article is carried out by discussing case studies from PTM. Data collection was carried out through several meetings gathering desk research, interviews, and document studies. Analyzes were performed by pattern matching, cross-case synthesis, and explanation building. The results show several aspects of PTM internationalization. Good governance in achieving the objectives of internationalization must be carried out in the form of a vision, mission, goals, quality policy and strategic plan. An internationalization process that demands specialized institutions that require international cooperation and activities. To support internationalization, the development of HR and decision-making systems that are fast and not rigid are important to consider.

Abstract

The previous study explores the relationship of consumer environmental knowledge and purchasing intention on the organic product however conducted without specifying the product. The present study aims to analyze the relationship of environmental knowledge, subjective and objective, on organic product purchasing among university students in Pekanbaru. To this, this study utilizes a positivism paradigma based on survey and literature review. The article used a qualitative data collection method through questionnaires from 124 respondents. Bay using a regression approach, the study confirmed that both subjective and objective knowledge positively related to organic purchasing intention.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have become a cornerstone of Indonesia's economic growth, yet employee engagement remains a significant challenge that often hampers their performance. Enhancing employee engagement is crucial for driving business success and achieving optimal results. Employee work engagement is very important in enhancing a company's success. This research constructs the relationship model that shows how employee engagement, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support relate to employees. The study was carried out at SMEs and employees as respondents. The research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through online questionnaires, and the data was collected from 141 respondents. Sample selection was carried out using the snowball sampling method. The data that has been successfully collected were processed by using SEM Smart PLS. The results of this study show an influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Employee work engagement is positively influenced by job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support positively impacts employee work engagement. In addition, studies have demonstrated the critical role that job satisfaction plays as a mediating factor in the relationship between employees' perceived organizational support and worker engagement. This research has implications for improving organizational support, such as appreciation, respecting employee ideas and opinions, and paying attention to employee job satisfaction to increase employee engagement.
