Abstract

In order to meet the needs of life, humans are required to carry out consumption activities by using and utilizing goods and services. The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth analysis related to the consumption behavior of the Santri Islamic Boarding School Students and Islamic Boarding Schools in Sunan Pandanaran Campus IV Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative, the method of collecting data is by doing some questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the data analysis are continued in the descriptive analysis. The results of this study showed that the consumption behavior of students in both Islamic Boarding in-line with the principles of Islamic teaching.

Abstract

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are differences in retailers' preferences in choosing wholesalers in Paringin, South Kalimantan. This study aims to determine the factors that influence retailers' preferences in choosing wholesalers. This research is a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the data is analyzed by descriptive analysis techniques qualitative. The results of the study found factors that influence the preferences of retailers in choosing wholesalers are: 1) Easily accessible location, 2) complete item, 3) item availability, 4) getting item practically, 5) Long opening time, 6) Price, 7) speed of service, and 8) goods benefits.

Abstract

An entrepreneur must apply the right marketing strategy in running his business. In addition, there are several aspects that also need to be analyzed to determine the feasibility of the business. This study aims to analyze the application of the marketing strategy used and its business feasibility based on several aspects. Taking location at Ohayo Coffe Roastery Martapura, South Kalimantan, this research is a field research type with a qualitative descriptive approach, and uses primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the research, in the marketing strategy, apart from selling coffee variants in the shop, this business also offers coffee beans and coffee powder to other coffee shops, the price offered is based on the taste quality and the number of coffee beans, the chosen location is an area dominated by employees and students, and promotions have been carried out through several social media. In the feasibility study analysis, this business has met the licensing requirements, used the right market and marketing strategy, kept abreast of current technological developments by using modern tools, and regularly upgraded employee capabilities; and profitability is considered good because the store experienced an average increase of 20% from the previous year.Seorang pengusaha harus menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Selain itu ada beberapa aspek yang juga perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui kelayakan bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran yang dipakai dan kelayakan usahanya berdasarkan pada beberapa aspek. Mengambil lokasi di Ohayo Coffe Roastery Martapura, penelitian ini berjenis field research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada strategi pemasaran, selain menjual varian kopi di kedai, usaha ini turut menawarkan biji kopi dan serbuk kopi ke kedai kopi lain, harga yang ditawarkan berdasarkan pada kualitas rasa dan jumlah biji kopi, lokasi yang dipilih yaitu wilayah yang didominasi karyawan dan pelajar, dan promosi telah dilakukan melalui beberapa sosial media. Pada analisis kelayakan studi, usaha ini telah memenuhi persyaratan perizinan, memakai strategi pasar dan pemasaran yang tepat, mengikuti perkembangan teknologi saat ini dengan penggunaan alat-alat yang modern, melakukan peningkatan kemampuan karyawan secara berkala; dan profitabilitas dinilai bagus karena kedai mengalami peningkatan rata-rata 20% dari tahun sebelumnya
