Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan metode deskritif analisis yang datanya diperoleh melalui penelitian literer. Penelitian literer sumber datanya adalah materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, serta buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Di samping itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan silang (cross-sectional). Untuk mengolah data penulis menggunakan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan diambil dari analisis data berupa temuan karakteristik nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, terkandung nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural, yaitu Nilai Demokrasi, Nilai Humanisme atau Kemanusiaan (humanisme), Nilai Pluralisme, Nilai Keadilan (al-‘Adalah), Nilai Kesamaan (as-Sawiyah), Nilai Kebebasan atau kemerdekaan (al-Hurriyah), Nilai Toleransi (Tasaamuh), Nilai Silaturrahim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Analisis Motivasi Konsumen Dan Impulsive Buying Dalam Berbelanja Online E-commerce Indonesia. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden yaitu masyarakat Kecamatan Kampung rakyat yang berbelanja dengan menggunakan aplikasi shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan olah data yaitu smart pls versi 4.0 dengan melakukan pengujian outer model, test inner modal dan bootstrapping (Uji hipotesis). Pada pengujian outer model pengujian dilakukan dengan melihat bagaimana outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), cross loading nilai reliability dan cronbach alpha yang seluruh hasil penelitian dikatakan baik, pada test inner model terdapat 2 persamaan yang dihasilkan oleh r square dengan nilai r square tertinggi terdapat pada persamaan kedua yaitu impulsive buying, Pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa hasil penelitian seluruh hipotesis penelitian diterima dengan hasil variabel kualitas website berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96), kebijakan periklanan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96), motivasi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap impulsive buying (2,723>1,96), dan penetrasi smartphone berpengaruh terhadap motivasi konsumen (2,723>1,96).

Abstract

Dropping out of school is not one of the never-ending educational problems. This problem has taken root and is difficult to solve the cause, not only because of economic conditions, but also because of chaos in the family, and others. This is also experienced by several children in South Labuhanbatu Regency. Therefore, the author wants to know and research further about the causes of children dropping out of school. This discussion is entitled "Children Dropping Out of School and How to Foster Them in South Labuhanbatu Regency". The problem in this study is what causes children to drop out of school in South Labuhanbatu Regency. How do parents and the community deal with the occurrence of children dropping out of school and how to foster them. The purpose of this discussion is to find answers to the problems above, namely to find out how many children drop out of school in South Labuhanbatu Regency, what factors cause children to drop out of school, parental attitudes, and how to foster children who drop out of school. The methods used in this study are field and library methods. The field method is carried out with three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study showed that there were several factors causing children to drop out of school in South Labuhanbatu Regency. In general, the main problem is the family's economic condition that is not supportive. Another part is family factors that cause children in South Labuhanbatu Regency to drop out of school. There are two ways for parents and the community to deal with children who drop out of school, namely prevention efforts and coaching efforts. Prevention efforts are carried out before dropping out of school by observing, paying attention to children's problems and by making parents aware of the importance of education in order to guarantee the child's future and providing motivation to learn to the child. The coaching efforts carried out are by teaching religious and social values ​​to children, and providing work that is in accordance with their abilities so that children are busy and can avoid deviant thoughts.

Abstract

The community service activity conducted in Afdeling 1 Village, Rantau Prapat, aimed to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through training in three important aspects: digital marketing, packaging design, and product innovation. The main problems faced by local UMKM included marketing limited to the local market, unattractive product packaging, and a lack of product innovation. The methods used in this activity included training on the use of social media and e-commerce platforms for digital marketing, training on attractive and professional packaging design, and the development of new product variations to increase competitiveness. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, with 90% of UMKM actors now utilizing digital marketing, 80% of products experiencing improved packaging design, and 75% of UMKM actors successfully developing new products. The positive impacts of this activity included increased UMKM income, expanded market reach, and increased consumer confidence in the products offered. Overall, this activity successfully empowered UMKM to compete better in a wider market and contributed to local economic empowerment in Afdeling 1 Village, Rantau Prapat. The sustainability of this program requires further mentoring and support from various parties so that UMKM can continue to grow and be competitive
