Abstract

The budget is an estimate of the costs to be incurred for a particular business project. Here it is discussed about the unit price of various kinds of work and materials that will be used in a construction. Because estimates are made prior to the start of construction, the costs obtained are estimated costs, not actual costs for a project later. The study was conducted on the project of SDN Kedung Cowek Baru in Surabaya there was a budget planning made by the contractor. The problem in this research is how the writer to get the value of the comparison and the difference in the budget. So this research focuses on the aim to produce a comparison of the value of the project with a planned budget using the analysis of SNI and HSPK in 2016. Data processing on the RAB calculation uses the SuperRAB software. After getting the results from the SuperRAB software, then comparing the value of the project budget between the contractor, SNI, and HSPK. Based on processing using HSPK 2016 analysis produces a value of Rp 1.788.763.474,49, an analysis of SNI 2016 produces a value of Rp.1.512.242.079,60, and a contractor analysis produces a value of Rp.764.935.498,42, If the three analysis results are compared, produces the percentage of HSPK 2016 43,99%, SNI 2016 18,82%, contractors 37,19%. The difference between the largest analysis of HSPK 2106 and the smallest analysis from the contractor is Rp. 1.023.827.976,07. The large difference in value is influenced by the unit price of materials and wages used.

Abstract

Gedung A, B, C, D, E, dan F adalah Gedung yang digunakan untuk perkuliahan dan kantor bagi aktivitas dosen dan tendik di Universitas Dr Soetomo. Pada saat terjadi hujan dengan intesitas yang lama sering terjadi banjir. Banjir menyebabkan aktivitas terganggu dan rentan untuk merusak dokumen dan peralatan penting yang ada pada Gedung tersebut. Banjir terjadi karena saluran drainase yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik, beda tinggi lahan yang tidak beraturan, beda tinggi dengan saluran pembuangan yang lebih rendah, sehingga mengakibatkan air cenderung tidak berjalan dan menggenang. Studi ini akan mengkaji saluran drainase yang ada untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting saluran dilanjutkan dengan analisa hidrologi untuk mengetahui limpasan debit yang harus ditampung, analisa hidrolika untuk menentukan dimensi saluran, dan analisis kontur tanah untuk menentukan arah aliran air. Berdasarkan temuan analisis, penelitian akan didapatkan rencana drainase terbaru dan rekomendasi sumur resapan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 21 Saluran 17 Saluran memiliki dimesi yag tidak bias menampung air limpasan. Perencanaan ulang desain saluran drainase terbuat dari U-Ditch dengan ukuran 0,3 x 0,3 m – 0,5 x 0,7 m. a. Kebutuhan sumur resapan pada area lapangan Gedung f sampai pintu masuk kampus adalah 40 titik dengan ukuran panjang 1,2 m, lebar 1 m dan tinggi 3 m.

Abstract

Pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan Apartmen Klaska Residence Surabaya kenyataannya pelaksanaan proyek atau para pekerja sering mengabaikan persyaratan dan peraturan – peraturan dalam Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kesadaran bahwa betapa besar resiko yang harus ditanggung oleh tenaga kerja dan perusahannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang terjadi di lapangan, menganalisa penilaian risiko. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sampel responden sebanyak 30 orang berpedoman standar AS/NZS 4360 : 2004 Risk Management. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan, 30 risiko terdapat 5 risiko tinggi, 15 risiko sedang dan 10 risiko tinggi. Dari keseluruhan risiko yang terindentifikasi risiko tertinggi yaitu iritasi mata karena cahaya pengelasan yang terlalu silau dengan nilai indeks risiko 16,27, tangan lecet akibat kontak langsung dengan besi dengan nilai risiko dengan nilai indeks risiko 15,66, kaki tersandung besi yang sudah dipasang dengan nilai indeks risiko 15,33, luka bakar akibat terkena percikan api saat pengelasan dengan nilai indeks risiko 13,67, penglihatan dan pernafasan berkurang akibat gumpalan fumes/asap saat proses pengelasan sambungan tiang pancang dengan nilai indeks risiko 13,16. Pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan di lapangan yaitu penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), pemasangan rambu-rambu K3, melakukan safety induction, dan melakukan traffic management oleh pihak safety officer terhadap pekerja.
