Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe teacher performance, teacher welfare and find the effectiveness of welfare in improving teacher performance at SMP Informatika and Tahfidz Adzikra Sawangan, Depok, West Java.The conclusions of this research are first, regarding teacher performance, overall a teacher's performance can be said to be good, this can be seen based on several indicators such as indicators for making Learning Implementation Plans, indicators for Preparing Teaching Materials, Indicators for Innovation in Effective Learning Activities, Indicators Selection of Learning Media and Discipline Indicators. Second, so far teacher welfare to improve teacher performance at Informatics and Tahfidz Adzikra Middle Schools has been implemented as closely as possible, this can be seen in accordance with welfare indicators which include: Salary, Providing Rewards, Providing opportunities to improve teaching abilities, Comfortable working environment conditions, welfare The honorary teacher at SMP Informatika and Tahfidz Adzikra Sawangan, Depok, from a financial perspective, is not very large when compared to superior schools out there, because this school is still relatively new, and there are still very few students at the school. Honorary teachers who feel appreciated, supported and have good working conditions will tend to be more motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated in providing the best education for students.Third, the provision of welfare to teachers makes a big contribution to improving the performance of teachers at SMP Informatika and Tahfidz Adzikra Sawangan, Depok City. This can be seen when teachers' salaries are increased, teachers look enthusiastic, this means that welfare has a big influence on the performance of teachers. , because welfare can provide encouragement to employees to produce maximum performance

Abstract

The conclusion of this research is that The implementation of the independent curriculum at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta is actually at a good stage in its implementation, but it is not yet fully in accordance with the concept of the actual independent curriculum. SDIT Said Na'um is still adapting in implementing this independent curriculum so that the results of the students' understanding at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta has decreased slightly due to the lack of professional teachers in applying or applying this independent learning curriculum in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. However, with the evaluation of last year's learning, SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta teachers and the school principal and deputy head of curriculum will always try to improve the professionalism of the educators

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan model supervisi klinis terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket. Sementara analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat sebaran sampel, dan tingkat perkembangan variabel penelitian, uji prasyarat analisis statistik, dan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linear berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah guru TKIT, SDIT dan SMPIT Riyadh El Jannah Islamic School Bekasi sebanyak 67 orang guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan model supervisi klinis terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru di Sekolah Riyadh El Jannah Islamic School baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze conflict management at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Pandeglang, focusing on improving teacher performance and the leadership style of the pesantren. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and pesantren leaders. Data analysis was conducted descriptively using a triangulation approach to ensure the validity and reliability of the data. The results show that teacher performance at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan is significantly influenced by internal factors such as competence, responsibility, and work ethic, as well as external factors such as interpersonal relationships, communication, and reward systems. Most conflicts within the pesantren environment stem from differences in perspectives, lack of coordination, and unclear task distribution. To address these issues, a leadership style based on deliberation and a collaborative approach has proven effective in resolving conflicts. This research provides significant implications for pesantren management, particularly in strengthening conflict management systems through improving teacher performance and developing an inclusive and solution-oriented leadership style. By implementing appropriate strategies, Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan can create a harmonious, productive learning environment that supports the character development of students.
