Abstract

The word Al-Madad in the Al-Kutub Al-Sittah is defined as help, that is, help given by Allah in the form of assistance from angels and help from living humans. However, the Habaib created a poem in the Qasidah "Madad Ya Rasulullah" which was understood as asking for help from the Messenger of Allah, and was charged with an element of shirk in it. The main objective in this study is to examine the various meanings and understandings of the word al-Madad and the concept of Al-Madad in the Al-Kutub Al-Sittah. This study also provides answers to the intentions of Al-Madad in the qasidah "Madad Ya Rasulullah" as well as looking at various controversy issues in the practice of Habaib's dhikr. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach methodology with data collection techniques from interviews and observations at the Habaib dhikr activities in Jakarta. The results of this study found that the word Al-Madad can only be addressed to people who are still alive and able to provide help, not to people who have died. This case became one of the issues of controversy in terms of Taw??ul and Istighatsah. Because basically the Habaib believe that the word Al-Madad in question is the meaning of hissy or not the true meaning of asking for help from people who have died. Finally, it can be concluded that caution is needed in understanding the purpose rather than recitation of remembrance and qasidah, because it can lead to things that are contradicted shari'ah.

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the way the teacher teaches speaking using role play technique and investigating the drawback of role play steps implemented by the teacher while teaching speaking. Descriptive qualitative study was undertaken by observing and interviewing an English teacher at Fatih Bilingual School. The result of the observation was analyzed by using role play procedure proposed by Huang (2008). The result of the study revealed that there were two steps of role play that were modified by the teacher and one step that was skipped by the teacher while she implemented role play technique in teaching speaking. In conclusion, there were two steps that not related to the theory.

Abstract

This study discusses the Samadiyah tradition or the practice carried out by the community to pray for the deceased person. The Samadiyah tradition in Aceh is based on an Acehnese understanding that death is a tough journey so it needs to be prepared, assisted and supported by living families. The purpose of this study is to look at the practice of the samadiyah tradition in Aceh, especially Langsa City and to review the hadiths that related to the samadiyah tradition. The type of research used is field research with a phenomenological approach and data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the practice of the samadiyah tradition in Aceh start by reading istighfar, shalawat to Rasulullah Saw, reading Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Nas, Surat al-Fatihah then reading tahlil (reading the sentence Laa ilaha illallah ) and ended with a prayer by asking and hoping that the prayer for the soul can be accepted and provide benefits to the deceased person. Samadiyah activities in Aceh, Langsa City, were led by Teungku who has specialty and who had implemented the samadiyah reading by profession and also had learnt a tarekat from specific tarekat scholars (Mursyid). This living hadith study found out that, this tradition is the result of community practice of the traditions of the Prophet taught by tarekat scholars. The Ulama or Teungku has an important role as a connector between the hadith text and society, which is then executed in the form of practice or practice continuously

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui pendampingan penggunaan digitalisasi hadis berbasis IT bagi siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Langsa. Dalam era digital saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran agama menjadi sangat relevan, terutama dalam upaya memperkenalkan dan mendalami hadis. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap hadis melalui platform digital yang interaktif dan edukatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi hadis, penyediaan materi pembelajaran digital, serta diskusi kelompok untuk membahas penerapan hadis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang diperuntukan kepada 37 siswa MAN Kota Langsa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap studi hadis dengan peningkatan 30% dari nilai awal pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk memperdalam pengetahuan agama mereka. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan program serupa di sekolah-sekolah lain, sehingga digitalisasi pembelajaran hadis dapat lebih luas diimplementasikan. Kata kunci:  digitalisasi; hadis; teknologi informasi.
