Abstract

In this community service activity there is a problem, namely the lack of competent human resources in utilizing qualified natural products. Therefore, the existence of UMKM is a business developed by individuals in Sumber Village which aims to increase people's purchasing power for a product. The product is kopt. Where coffe is a micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) in the Desa Sumber, Parwantoro, Wonogiri. The Gunung Beojo coffee business was pioneered by Deddy Kusuma Endranto, a resident of Galih dem Sumber, which is the hallmark of the Stumber Village kops, namely zobusta, which was later named Kopi Gummg Brojo the method the author chose is to use the ABCD method which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around the service and damlik areas by one of the communities. The community in question is the people in Sumber Village who have micro, small and medium enterprises specifically for the owners of UMKM Guming Brojo Coffee. conduct training for local residents on how to properly map coffee, procedures for making ground coffee and how to properly taste coffee. The aim is not to develop individuals, in terms of increasing the knowledge, skills possessed, and attitudes of these individuals

Abstract

One of the main foundations in maintaining diversity and harmony in Indonesia's multicultural society is pluralism. Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions have an important role in instilling pluralism values in students, especially in the era of modern Islamic boarding schools that are more open to social dynamics. However, the application of the principle of pluralism in Islamic boarding schools still faces various challenges, especially in maintaining a balance between strict religious teachings and acceptance of diverse values. This study examines the dynamics of the application of pluralism in student education in modern Islamic boarding schools, focusing on the perspectives and practices applied. The method used in this study is a literature study, where various literature that discusses pluralism education, student character, and educational models in modern Islamic boarding schools are comprehensively analyzed. The results of the study show that modern Islamic boarding schools have implemented several strategies to integrate pluralism values into the curriculum and educational activities. This is done through an inclusive learning approach, interfaith dialogue, and the formation of an attitude of tolerance among students. However, there are still challenges in the implementation of pluralism, especially related to the resistance of some conservative groups and limited resources. This study concludes that despite facing various obstacles, pluralism education in modern Islamic boarding schools has significant potential in forming the character of students who are tolerant and open to differences.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan di dunia ini pasti tidak akanpernah terlepas dari sebuah aturan, atau istilah lain disebut denganmanajemen. Semua bidang apapun akan berjalan dengan baik apabilaada sebuah sistem yang mengaturnya. Begitu pula semua lembagayang ada di masyarakat baik itu lembaga komersial maupun lembaganirlaba membutuhkan sistem menjamen yang mengatur jalannyaperusahaan tersebut. Salah satu bagian dalam manajemen tersebutterdapat bagian public relations (hubungan masyarakat) yang bertugasuntuk menghubungkan atau menyampaikan sebuah visi atau tujuandari lembaga kepada masyarakat maupun kepada anggota lembaga itusendiri. Dalam pelaksanaannya, public relations itu sendiri mempunyaibeberapa model dan pendekatan.Kata kunci: Model, Public Relations.

Abstract

This study explores how RA Muslimat NU 016 Mayak Ponorogo implements strategic educational marketing to increase new student enrolment amid growing competition, particularly in religious-based early childhood education. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study examines the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies, involving school principals, teachers, staff, and parents. Findings reveal that a combination of community-based outreach and digital promotion—especially through word-of-mouth and social media—has led to a 16% increase in student enrolment over the past two years. These strategies also helped enhance the institution’s public image and parental trust. The study provides practical recommendations for educational institutions seeking to improve enrolment through adaptive, low-cost, and community-integrated marketing approaches.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education curriculum has been less than optimal in public schools. This results in a moral decline in the younger generation. Answering this problem, religious culture sought to be realized through the implementation of the Islamic religious education curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is measured by extension of observation, perseverance of observation, triangulation, and checking. The results of the study show the religious culture in the Integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School and the Maarif Ponorogo Elementary School, namely the Dhuha prayer, Smile, Salaam, Greetings, shaking hands, tolerance, Dhuhr prayer, tadarus Al-Qur'an, istighosah and do'a together. The implementation of the Islamic religious education curriculum in realizing religious culture at the Integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School and the Maarif Ponorogo Elementary School is through the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and second through extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe character education in the digitalization of education. Another objective of this research is to formulate character education activities that are suitable to be integrated into the implementation of blended learning and distance learning. The research method used is library research (Library Research). The data collection technique applied in this discussion is to study books, research journals, literature, and other documents deemed relevant to the research problem. The findings in the data collection process are documented for later analysis and presented descriptively. The results of this study are; 1) a study on character education, 2) a study on the application of digitalization of education, and 3) a description of the implementation of character education in the application of digitalization of education.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of service quality in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty in the education sector. The article highlights the Total Quality Service (TQS) concept, which emphasizes the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. The article also discusses the four characteristics of non-profit service institutions, including intangibility, inseparability, variability, and perishability. The article emphasizes the importance of identifying customer needs and understanding their characteristics to provide satisfactory services. The article also discusses the impact of customer satisfaction and loyalty on the sustainability of educational institutions. The research method used in this article is library research, which involves analyzing and synthesizing existing literature on the topic. The article concludes that providing high-quality services is essential to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn contributes to the reputation, competitiveness, and financial stability of educational institutions.

Abstract

The urgency of conflict management in a multicultural educational environment and the diverse backgrounds of students in Islamic schools is increasing. Islamic values have great potential in offering effective and peaceful conflict management solutions. This study aims to identify relevant Islamic values and analyze their application in conflict management in a multicultural educational environment. This study uses a literature review method by researching various literature related to Islamic values, conflict management, and multicultural education. Data is obtained from various sources such as books, journals, articles, and other related documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify the main themes regarding Islamic values in conflict management and conflict management models or frameworks based on Islamic values. The results of the study are expected to show that values such as justice, patience, tolerance, and peace are important components that can be applied in conflict management in a multicultural educational environment. Challenges in implementing these values include limitations in understanding and training for educators and cultural resistance. These findings are also expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to Islamic education management and provide guidance for education practitioners to manage conflicts more effectively and inclusively.

Abstract

This study aims to reinterpret the epistemology of Hasan Langgulung Islamic education and its application in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a library research, the primary research data are in the form of six writings by Hasan Langgulung. The researcher also presented research data related to learning that had occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic season. The data collection technique is done by documentation. Then the data analysis was done descriptively-analytically. Researchers generalized and critically analyzed the concept of Hasan Langgulung Islamic education from various primary and secondary literatures and then discussed the concept on the actualization of Islamic education during the Covid-19 pandemic season. The results of data analysis, in this case Hasan Langgulung's Islamic educational thought paradigm, were then concluded and became the results of research. The results of the study show that online learning that has occurred during the pandemic so far is still disoriented to the epistemology of Islamic education. Hasan Langgulung offers an epistemological paradigm of Islamic education, namely 1) teachers should formulate online learning aims and goals that are realistic and can be measured through indicators with specified timelines. Aims and learning goals are oriented to three aspects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor; 2) choosing learning strategies to be more precise with guidance, counseling, and providing incidental student assistance; 3) the learning evaluation system must be realistic and measurable, all of which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.
