Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of calligraphy on learning Arabic (Maharah Al-Kitabah) at the Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the research show that there is an influence of learning calligraphy on writing skills in Arabic subjects. Thus, it can be concluded that learning calligraphy has a significant effect on the ability to write in Arabic. The results of this research can be an important reference in efforts to improve Arabic language learning, especially in the maharah al-kitabah aspect. Apart from that, this conclusion can also be a basis for developing more effective learning methods in educational institutions that focus on teaching Arabic, especially related to Maharah al-Kitabah.Keyword: Calligraphy, Arabic, Mahārah Al-Kitābah

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is seen from the notification letter reported by the taxpayer. The tax assessment letter can be seen from the number of tax assessment letters issued. This study uses secondary data obtained from the West Makassar Primary Tax Office for 2016 to 2018 by using data collection documentation and data analysis techniques. The results of the study prove that taxpayer compliance and tax assessment letters affect the income tax on personal income in West Makassar Primary Tax Office. Based on the level of the ratio of tax revenue to income tax assessments each year from 0.5% to 23.8%. The benefit gained from this research is to provide answers to the problems studied and can be used as input for those who experience and are directly involved with this title.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja (juvenile delinquency) merupakan masalah kompleks yang memerlukan perhatian serius untuk mencegah dampak negatifnya pada perkembangan remaja. Penelitian ini membahas kontribusi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja. Guru bimbingan dan konseling memegang peran kunci sebagai agen perubahan dalam membimbing remaja menghadapi tantangan perkembangan mereka. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada upaya preventif, represif, dan kuratif yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling.Pendekatan preventif melibatkan penyediaan informasi, bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan mediasi untuk membantu remaja memahami konsekuensi dari perilaku negatif. Pendekatan represif melibatkan tindakan tegas, seperti kunjungan ke rumah dan konseling individu, untuk menanggulangi kenakalan yang sudah terjadi. Sementara itu, pendekatan kuratif mencakup konferensi kasus dan alih tangan kasus untuk memberikan bantuan kepada remaja yang mengalami masalah.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang peran penting guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung pertumbuhan positif remaja, sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat kenakalan remaja secara efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the personality of Arabic language teachers and students’ interest in learning Arabic. The research employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population consists of all students at MTs Ira Medan, with a sample of 28 students selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The results indicate a statistically significant relationship between teacher personality and students’ learning interest, with a significance value of 0.00 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.669, which falls into the strong category (0.61–0.80). This value exceeds the r table (0.374), leading to the conclusion that there is a strong positive relationship between teacher personality (X) and students’ interest in learning (Y), with a contribution of 44.7%. These findings highlight the importance of teacher personality development as a key factor in enhancing students' interest in learning Arabic.
