Abstract

Work accidents that occured in Indonesia, 32% are accidents from the construction sector. The construction  sector is a sector with a work environment where there were so many hazard risks. Cable tray installation is one of the jobs in a construction project. The purpose of this research is to get an overview of the steps in the installation of cable tray and the its risk. The process of identifying work accident risk in this study uses Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Falling from height is one of the workplace accidents in the cable tray installation process. Risk control is needed to prevent work accidents that can occur due to cable tray installation.

Abstract

Minat peserta didik adalah keinginan pada diri seseorang dengan adanya rasa senang atau ketertarikan terhadap suatu objek atau kegiatan tertentu. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi minat peserta didik adalah segala sesuatu yang menimbulkan adanya minat untuk melakukan sesuatu. Minat yang timbul dari seseorang dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, yaitu faktor dari dalam seperti rasa senang, perhatian, dan persepsi sedangkan faktor dari luar seperti lingkungan, pengalaman, dan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data tentang minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Tamansiswa kota Mojokerto. Untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab minat siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Tamansiswa Kota Mojokerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian survei minat peserta didik baru dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Tamansiswa kota Mojokerto diperoleh sebanyak 45 siswa (25,28) memiliki minat ekstrakurikuler dengan kategori sangat tinggi, sebanyak 67 siswa (37,64) memiliki minat ekstrakurikuler dengan kategori tinggi, sebanyak 55 siswa (30,90) memiliki minat ekstrakurikuler dengan kategori rendah, sebanyak 11 siswa (6,16) memiliki minat ekstrakurikuler dengan kategori sangat rendah. Dari survei yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap dua faktor terebut faktor minat siswa cenderung mengarah pada faktor ekternal yang diperoleh sebanyak 81 siswa dengan persentase (45,50%).
