Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation, promotion, and destinaton image on visitor satisfaction through the decision to visit as an intervening variable at the Saung Angklung Udjo tourist attraction. The methods of analysis of this study used quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are validity test, reliability test, and structural equation model (SEM). The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument that was collected as many as 150 respondents. The sampling method in this study is non probability sampling with purposive ampling technique. Testing tools used SPSS and AMOS. The result of the study indicate that the motivation and destination image variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. The variables of promotion, destination image, and decision to visit have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. While the promotion variable does not have a positive and significant effect on decision to visit and the motivation variable does not have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

In some small and medium companies still use manual labor to separate the results of the production of good and bad goods according to size. And there are still many small companies that calculate the manual to record the amount of production every day. The purpose of this final project is to change the work system to be efficient from conventional to automatic, reducing human labor and work time in the process of sorting goods based on the height and good or bad of the goods. This research method uses research and development methods which include planning, analyzing the needs of design, testing and implementation of tools. The system requirements of the item sorter consist of a series of infrared and photodiode sensors, a DC motor, Programmable Logic Controller and PC monitoring. In the design of infrared sensors and photodiode is used to detect the height of objects. Item sorting system software uses the GX Work 2 and GT Designer 3 software programs as interfaces on a PC Dibeberapa perusahaan kecil dan menegah masih menggunakan tenaga manual untuk memisahkan suatu hasil produksi barang baik dan barang tidak baik nya sesuai ukuran. Dan masih banyak perusahaan kecil yang menghitung manual untuk mendata berapa jumlah produksi setiap hari nya. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir ini untuk mengubah sistem kerja menjadi efisien dari konvensional menjadi otomatis, mengurangi tenaga manusia dan waktu pengerjaan dalam proses sortir barang berdasarkan Ketinggian dan baik atau tidaknya barang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan perancangan, pengujian dan implementasi alat. Kebutuhan sistem dari penyortir barang terdiri dari rangkaian sensor infrared dan photodiode, motor DC, Programmable Logic Controller dan monitoring pada PC. Pada perancangan sensor infrared dan photodiode digunakan untuk mendeteksi ukuran tinggi benda. Software sistem penyortir barang menggunakan program Software GX Work 2 dan GT Designer 3 sebagai interface pada PC.
