Abstract

Decision-making by decision makers today is getting easier. Various instruments supporting data can be served quickly and appropriately to the leaders the organization as a supporting material in decision making. And in support of decision making in setting a course supervisor and examiner final project will require the support of accurate data as a reference for the study program managers in determining the appropriate supervisor and examiner. So that the target to maintain the quality of student research can be optimized. Method of decision-support system is very diverse, but in this study the authors using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Some of the reasons for the author to use such methods include: 1). Its hierarchical structure, as a result of the selected criteria, sub-criteria until the very end; 2) .Calculate validity up to the limit of tolerance inconsistency of various criteria and alternatives selected by the decision makers; 3) .calculate sensitivity analysis of decision-making. The results of this research is the design of decision support systems in the determination of the supervisor and examiner Student final project using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Process flow that occurs does not change from the previous flow that has been running, and the determination of criteria can be done dynamically, which is adjusted to the needs of the determination of the supervisor and examiner final project at that time. Abstract

Proses of recording repairs and maintenance support facilities at the UPTMaintenance and Repair is done manually.Effects of manual recording results in less neat registration activities as well as repair and maintenance activities are not well documented. To answer of the above problems, it would require a means of support in creating a good administrative process and be able to document every incidence of repair and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at the Polytechnic of Samarinda. Besides the optimization of service improvement it would require the presentation of reports online based,thus the distribution of reports can be quickly performed and consumed by those who need. Results of this research is the design of Repair and Maintenance Information Systems Support Facilities in Samarinda State Polytechnic. The planning process is done by observing the workflows that have been documented in the SOP combined with improvement ideas based on the analysis results. Abstract

The performance of an algorithm can be improved by using a parallel computing programming approach. In this study, the performance of bubble sort algorithm on various computer specifications has been applied. Experimental results have shown that parallel computing programming can save significant time performance by 61%-65% compared to serial computing programming.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan aset penting baik itu bagi pemerintah, organisasi swasta, universitas, LSM, atau perorangan. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menjadikan informasi semakin penting lagi. Karenanya informasi perlu mendapat pengamanan. Bukan hanya isinya, tetapi saluran atau media yang digunakan untuk penyebaran informasi. Pada penelitian ini pendekaran bitstream digunakan pengaman data teks menggunakan kunci simetris sederhana. Penggunaan operasi XOR dalam penggabungan datastream dan keystream menghasilkan konfusi yang tinggi pada ciphertext. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya perubahan yang signifikan pada hasil enkripsi yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai Avalanche effect yang tinggi dan nilai koefesien korelasi yang rendah. Nilai Avalanche effect tertinggi adalah 53.91% dan koefesien korelasi terbaik adalah -0.0094. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa enkripsi dengan pendekaran bitstream dapat menghasilkan ciphertext yang baik, dimana hasil enkripsi tidak dipengaruhi oleh teks aslinya

Abstract

Data is an important commodity in today’s digital era. Therefore, data needs to get adequate security to prevent misuse. A common data security practice in the transmission of information is cryptography. Another approach is steganography, which hides secret messages in other media that are not confidential and can be accessed by the public. In this study, the spiral pattern is used for data placement using the least significant bit (LSB) method. Modifications were made to the 2-bits LSB to increase the data capacity that can be hidden. In order to increase security, the data is first converted into a datastream using random numbers as one time pad (OTP). exclusive-OR (XOR) operation is performed on datastream and OTP to get encrypted data to be hidden. The results showed that the image quality of the steganography results at a capacity close to 100% was still fairly good, as indicated by a peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) value greater than 46 dB. Visually, the steganographic image does not look different from the original one. Likewise, the use of random numbers as OTP succeeded in changing the hidden data significantly, as indicated by the avalanche effect value above 50%.

Abstract

Meluasnya penggunaan internet semakin memudahkan seseorang untuk mendapatkan informasi. Kemudahan akses ini membuka peluang perilaku illegal dalam memperoleh dan atau penyebaran informasi. Karenanya pengamanan informasi menjadi faktor krusial saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini operasi XOR menggunakan bilangan acak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil enkripsi teks menggunakan rotasi multi kubus. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Nilai korelasi meningkat sebesar 82%, Nilai MAE meningkat sebesar 77% dan nilai AE meningkat sebesar 44%. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan penggunaan XOR pada rotasi multi kubus mampu memenuhi kriteria difusi dan konfusi sebagai karakteristik kriptografi yang baik.
