Abstract

The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is very large. Criticism and suggestions from customers are a must for researchers because they can measure customer satisfaction. The higher the positive response and rating, the ideally it is a sign that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Quantitative research methods are defined as part of a series of systematic investigations of phenomena by collecting data to then be measured using mathematical or computational statistical techniques. Meanwhile, quantitative relies on questionnaires as a technique for obtaining research data. The questionnaire will be distributed by the researcher to a group of people who are considered capable of representing the problem and can answer the research questions. 1. With the large number of patients undergoing examinations at the Ngaliyan Community Health Center, it is necessary to add more seating to the waiting room so that patients can be more comfortable. 2. Arrange the registration waiting room and medicine collection waiting room so that they can be separated. In the long term, additional space is needed. 3. It is necessary to improve the service process for patients so that the process is faster and more timely.

Abstract

This study focuses on the design and implementation of interactive multimedia in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects by applying the Exploratory Tutorial method. Along with technological advances and the need for more interesting learning methods, interactive multimedia is considered to be able to improve the understanding of ICT concepts more efficiently. The Exploratory Tutorial method was chosen because of its ability to provide an in-depth learning experience through an exploration approach and structured tutorials. This study includes design stages that include needs analysis, content design, and development of interactive multimedia applications, followed by an implementation stage that includes testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the application in improving student understanding. The findings of this study indicate that interactive multimedia built using the Exploratory Tutorial method can improve student engagement and understanding of ICT subjects, as well as provide useful feedback for the development of teaching materials in the future.

Abstract

Inclusive education is critical to ensuring equitable learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds. This study aims to analyze the optimization of inclusive education by implementing artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on identifying the opportunities and challenges that arise. A systematic literature review was conducted as the research method, referencing five journals related to the application of AI in education and other relevant sectors. The findings reveal that AI has significant potential to enhance the quality of inclusive education by enabling personalized learning materials, real-time student data analysis, and improved teacher-student interactions. These advancements can help address diverse learning needs and promote a more inclusive learning environment. However, several challenges must be addressed, including technological disparities, limited infrastructure, and ethical concerns related to AI usage, such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. The study concludes that the successful implementation of AI in inclusive education requires collaborative efforts among governments, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure accessibility, equity, and sustainability. Key recommendations include the development of supportive policies, enhancement of digital literacy among educators and students, and investment in technological infrastructure to bridge the digital divide. This research contributes to the growing discourse on the integration of AI in education, providing insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to harness AI's potential for inclusive education.

Abstract

Data's exponential growth and cloud computing advancements have significantly impacted artificial intelligence (AI) model development. This study investigates how big data techniques integrated with cloud computing enhance the scalability and accuracy of AI models across sectors such as healthcare, business, and cybersecurity. Adopting a qualitative methodology, the research examines secondary data from 2020–2024, including case studies and literature. Key findings reveal that cloud computing enables large-scale data processing with significant efficiency, achieving average speeds of 20–45 seconds for datasets ranging from 50–120 TB/day. AI model accuracy also improved across sectors, increasing by 20% on average—reaching 92% in cybersecurity, 90% in healthcare, and 85% in business applications. The study identifies deep learning algorithms as pivotal for leveraging cloud computing's flexibility, allowing for advanced data analysis and real-time insights. However, challenges in data security and privacy remain critical concerns. This research contributes by highlighting the transformative role of cloud computing in big data management and AI optimization, offering practical insights into enhancing predictive capabilities while addressing operational cost efficiency through scalable infrastructure. The findings emphasize the necessity of robust security protocols to mitigate risks and ensure sustainable AI applications. Future research should explore sector-specific implementations to refine and expand the practical utility of these integrated technologies.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into education management systems, focusing on decision-support mechanisms for inclusive education. Through a systematic literature review of publications from 2019 to 2024, this research analyzes how AI technologies transform educational management practices and inform strategic decision-making. The findings reveal that AI-driven management systems significantly enhance resource allocation, personalized learning path creation, and inclusive education monitoring through advanced data analytics and predictive modeling. However, implementation challenges include data integration complexities, staff training requirements, and ethical considerations in algorithmic decision-making. The study identifies critical success factors for AI adoption in educational management, including leadership commitment, technological infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement. This research contributes to management science by providing a framework for AI implementation in educational institutions. It offers practical insights for education managers, policymakers, and technology developers seeking to leverage AI for inclusive education management.
