Abstract

Keluarga kawin campur etnik Batak–Sunda di Kelurahan Cijerah yang berbeda etnik dan kebudayaan menyatu dalam satu keluarga melalui perkawinan, menjadi suami-isteri pada awalnya ada gejala tidak harmonis, namun karena ikatan rasa cinta dan kasih sayang keduanya akhirnya perbedaan etnik dan budaya tidak menjadi masalah dalam kehidupan rumah tangga mereka. Faktor-faktor yang penting dalam menanamkan adaptasi orang tua keluarga kawin campur Batak-Sunda kepada anaknya, bermacam-macam bentuk penerapan di antaranya perimbangan perhatian, keutuhan keluarga, penerapan ganjaran, hukuman dan faktor eksternal. Hal itupun mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap adaptasi anak.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat mengenai pemberdayaan organisasi sosial kepemudaan karang taruna melalui program kegiatan keagamaan sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan, organisasi sosial kepemudaan Karang Taruna memiliki sebuah keunikan, yaitu solidaritas dan kepedulian terhadap masyarakatnya sangat tinggi, dimana jika ada sebuah permasalahan sosial, maka semua anggota dan pengurus Karang Taruna ini biasanya langsung turun, untuk bersama-sama menyelesaikan masalah tersebut hingga tuntas dengan jalan  mediasi ataupun arbitrasi. Di samping itu diharapkan melalui program kegiatan keagamaan dapat membantu meningkatkan perilaku keagamaan remaja di organisasi sosial kepemudaan Karang Taruna Desa Panyadap. Secara khusus tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa: Pengajian Al-Quran remaja dan pembelajaran tajwid, Pemutaran film dokumenter, diskusi keagamaan dan pembagian takjil gratis, Ceramah Keagamaan, Bakti sosial, festival “sasauran” dan bazar Ramadhan.

Abstract

Selain “ekosistem” dengan unsur-unsurnya yang dinamis, konsep penting lain dalam ekologi manusia ialah adaptasi. Adaptasi merujuk pada suatu proses penyesuain diri manusia terhadap lingkungannya. Konsep adaptif digunakan untuk menunjukkan kecocokan organisme dengan sifat dan ciri lingkungannya sebagai tempat melangsungkan hidup. Manusia adalah organisme yang mempunyai kemampuan adaptasi yang besar. Pertanyaannya, mengapa manusia memiliki kemampuan adaptasi ekologis terhadap hampir semua jenis habitat? Organisme selain manusia mengadaptasikan dirinya melalui perubahan biologis, mereka terikat pada suatu habitat karena kelengkapan fisiologis dan perubahan perilaku yang mengandalkan mutasi genetika. Manusia mengandalkan sesuatu yang ekstraorganik sebagai sarana adaptasi, atau biasa disebut antropolog sebagai “kebudayaan”.AbstractBesides the "ecosystem" with its dynamic elements, another important concept in human ecology is adaptation. Adaptation refers to a process of human self-adjustment to their environment. The concept of adaptive is used to show the compatibility of an organism with the nature and characteristics of its environment as a place to live. Humans are organisms that have great adaptability. The question is, why do humans have the ability to adapt ecologically to almost all types of habitats? Non-human organisms adapt themselves through biological changes, they are bound to a habitat due to physiological completeness and behavioral changes that rely on genetic mutations. Humans rely on something extraorganic as a means of adaptation, or commonly referred to as anthropologists as "culture"

Abstract

Indonesia has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum, a new curricular framework designed to recover learning loss resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and raise educational standards. The curriculum is created with a more flexible structure that places emphasis on character development and required subjects. Three categories of learning activities are included in the Independent Curriculum: extracurricular learning, intracurricular learning, and community service. Qualitative research design, a type of library research used in this research. The qualitative research design of this type of library research is research carried out using library research, which includes scientific research journals, books, notes and reports of research results that have been carried out by previous researchers. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has caused significant changes in several sectors, the education sector being the most affected. Seeing the current situation, the Ministry of Education and Culture is willing to continue the education program. One of the steps taken to overcome this problem is to change the name of the curriculum to "Independent Curriculum". The Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that includes various kinds of intracurricular learning activities. Regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum. In the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, of course it is not immediately implemented directly. The initial launch of the Merdeka curriculum was in accordance with the policy issued by Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Education Standards for Higher Education. The independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that gives teachers the freedom to determine open tools that suit students' learning needs and demands. The implementation of the independent curriculum is inseparable from various challenges, including the obvious ones, namely, challenges to the readiness of teaching staff or teacher resources and also challenges to the readiness of teaching institutions, challenges in strengthening communication networks, and also challenges in carrying out the learning assessment function.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the social conditions of students in the world of education in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative research method through descriptive literature study with research techniques analyzing various journals and articles related to the social conditions of students as well as interviews. The research results reveal that understanding the condition of students aims to ensure that teachers and educators truly understand how students are doing, both in terms of their learning interests and talents and in terms of students' skills or abilities as they develop.

Abstract

One factor that significantly influences the quality of education is the organization or institution providing the education. This problem has an impact on the training management process being inefficient and ineffective. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where library materials are collected, reading materials and notes are taken, and research materials are processed. Education is a lifelong process of practice and event that involves spontaneous and systematic reflection. The essence of education is to bring out human intelligence (humanization).

Abstract

Two important dimensions of education in Indonesia which have often been a problem so far are the problem of widespread access to education and equality of education in Indonesia. These two problems are still a polemic in educational development in Indonesia. Many factors influence the implementation and distribution of education. Expansion is characterized by the ease with which society (citizens) can obtain education, while educational equality is a situation that is the same between the implementation of education carried out in both cities and villages. Through the literature, researchers looked at the implementation of educational equality in Indonesia, so it was found that the government was trying to provide rights based on UU No. 20 of 2003 through the educational equality program in the 3T area, so it was known that the initial explanation regarding this implementation was presented in the discourse on the importance of educational equality, then the basis The basis of the education equality policy was to look at the problems and also the quality of education itself. Afterwards, it was found that policies related to education equality had been implemented by the government through the 3T teaching undergraduate program and the realization of other programs which were considered to have an influence on the progress of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Papua adalah salah satu provinsi yang terletak paling ujung di bagian timur wilayah Indonesia. Wilayah Papua memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam, iklim yang baik, dan keanekaragaman hayati. Kondisi kekayaan alam Papua ini seolah berbanding terbalik, bila kita berbicara tentang kondisi sosial di wilayah itu pada beberapa dekade terakhir. Sejak tahun 1963 ketika Indonesia mengambil alih Papua menjadi bagian dari wilayah negara Indonesia, banyak sejumlah konflik terjadi yang kemudian berdampak pada kehidupan sosial dan politik di Papua. Konflik tersebut terkait isu kemerdekaan, diskriminasi, dan pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Masalah sosial lainnya yang ditemukan di Papua yakni kesenjangan sosial, dimana mencakup ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, wilayah, dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana objek penelitian ini adalah provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab konflik dan masalah sosial yang terjadi di Papua. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komitmen dan kerjasama yang kuat antara pemerintah, masyarakat Papua, kelompok etnis non Papua dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan holistik yang berkelanjutan. Keterbukaan dialog untuk mendengar aspirasi masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan konflik dan permasalahan sosial adalah bentuk keadilan dan perhatian. Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah dengan memperhatikan prinsip HAM secara inklusi sosial akan menjaga keutuhan integrasi dan persatuan masyarakat.
