Abstract

The study was conducted at Jalan Pondok Cabe 1 no 97, Pamulang Banten. The time allocation in the field was carried out from November to December 2016. The subject of the study was 1 child of B Kindergarten aged 6 years. Action research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This design contains stages starting from planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection uses assessment sheets, observations, field notes and documentation. Analysis of data using observations and tests of action with qualitative descriptive analysis based on the results of observation and reflection. The study was divided into three cycles, one cycle consisting of two weeks, the first cycle in the first week completing S at 36% then continued to increase in the second cycle of 72% and the third cycle reached 90%, from 11 memorization targets 10 memorization had been achieved.

Abstract

Down syndrome is one of the children with special needs, where the child has an intellectual level that is low or below average. This study aims to find out, provide an overview, and explain about the forms of social interaction carried out by a child with special needs with Down syndrome with teachers and friends in regular school. This is done in order to provide a true view and picture of the social behavior that appears from children with Down syndrome, where it has not been widely known by educators and the public. This research is a qualitative research with case study method, this research uses purposive sampling technique. This study uses one subject with certain characteristics. Data collection techniques used are: non-participant observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include: (1) data reduction (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. The results of data collection conducted from January to March 2017, found that there are four forms of behavior that appear classified in social behavior and forms of behavior classified as asocial behavior. The intended social behaviors are friendly behavior, sympathetic behavior, cooperative behavior, and competitive behavior. Existing asocial behaviors consist of resistance behavior and attack behavior.

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang berusia 0-6 tahun yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan yang pesat. Anak-anak sangat identik dengan bermain. Dalam kegiatan sehari-hari anak sering melakukan permainan. Permainan yang dilakukan merupakan sesuatu yang dianggap wajib dilakukan sebagai sarana untuk perkembangan fisik motorik bagi anak usia dini. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, di era digital saat ini anak biasanya melakukan permainan di gadget. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini di era digital. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 anak dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun yang terdiri dari 1 anak laki-laki dan 2 anak perempuan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah anak memperlihatkan perkembangan fisik dan motoriknya.

Abstract

Early childhood is an individual who was starting from 0-6 years was having the process of the rapid development. The children were identical to play. In the child’s daily activities often do thr game. The game is something that must be considered as a means to the development of the physical motor for early childhood. Along with technological progress, in the digital age at this time the child is usually done a game in gadget. This study aims to obtain a pictures of the development of the physcal motor early childhood in the digital age. The subject of this study consist of 3 children aged 5-6 years consisting of 1 boys and 2 girls. The result of derived from this research is the show the development of the physical and motor her.

Abstract

Manajemen dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan harus dimiliki pada tiap masing-masing sekolah.Karena manajemen akan berkaitan dengan proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) disekolah. Sekolah akan menjadi tersusun dan terarah apabila memiliki manajemen yang baikdan mempermudah dalam proses KBM. Dalam hal ini peran kepala sekolah sangat dibutuhkan,karena kepala sekolah memiliki kewajiban dalam mengarahkan sekolah ataupun tenagapendidiknya. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga memiliki peran sebagai pendidik, manajer,administrator, inovator, motivator, supervisor, dan leader. Adapun, fokus penelitian inimembahas tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen PAUD. Penelitianini dilakukan di sekolah TKA Terpadu At-Taqwa Duri Pulo, Jakarta Pusat.Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian kualitatif, lapangan (Field Research). Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepalasekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: hasil wawancara dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah TKAT At-Taqwadalam meningkatkan manajemen PAUD sebagai berikut: (1) Peran kepala sekolah dalammeningkatkan manajemen dibangun melalui kerjasama antara lembaga, sekolah, tenagapendidik, dan hubungan masyarakatnya. (2) Dalam menigkatkan manajemen kepala sekolahmelakukan berbagai cara, diantaranya; mengikuti pembaharuan pada kurikulum yang ada baikpada lembaga maupun diknas, memberikan wadah pada tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkankreativitasnya, melakukan perbandingan pada sekolah yang sudah lebih baik manajemennya,menciptakan kegiatan yang dapat membangun minat dan bakat pada anak, dan melakukanberbagai cara untuk membangun komunikasi pada orang tua peserta didik.
