Abstract

An integrated information system is a need to help solve problems in managing business transactions. SAP application is one application that is able to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of writing this research is to plan running business processes, plan implementation of the current SAP system related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications and provide development suggestions based on the results of planning obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. For the analysis, the IT Balanced Scorecard method is used, while for system development the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology is used. This research produces an analysis of the planning of the company's business processes in implementing the implementation of the SAP financial and controlling ERP.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap gaya hidup anak muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah terkait fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram, dan YouTube memiliki dampak signifikan dalam membentuk ekspresi diri, identitas, serta perilaku konsumtif anak muda, termasuk pengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental. Kesimpulannya, media sosial memberikan dampak ganda, yaitu positif untuk ekspresi diri, namun juga berisiko secara psikologis jika tidak digunakan secara bijak.

Abstract

Research at UD Sumber Muji Mulya has problems, namely the low spirit of cooperation between employees which has an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, non-transparent compensation, and lack of occupational health and safety protection, which risks lowering morale and increasing accidents and occupational diseases. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all UD Sumber Muji Mulya employees. The test results show that OCB has no significant effect partially on employee satisfaction tcount 0.947 < ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.350 > 0.05. In contrast, compensation has a significant effect with tcount 2.218 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05, as well as the work environment has a significant effect with tcount 2.877 > ttable 2.028, and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, OCB, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at UD Sumber Muji Mulya.
