Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Syntronic Indonesia. Subyek penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi di PT. Syntronic Indonesia sebanyak 83 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program lisrel 8.8. Uji penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan kepuasan. Tidak ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Tidak ada pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan dengan kinerja. Kepuasan merupakan variabel mediasi antara pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Nurses contribute to disaster management services at all stages, including the pre-disaster stage, namely in the preparedness phase. In emergency and disaster conditions, hospitals have a vital role in responding to health services. Still, often hospital facilities and health workers are also among the victims, so healthcare services cannot be carried out properly when needed. This study aimed to describe PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Hospital nurses' in earthquake disaster preparedness. A purposive sampling technique was used in this study. There were 122 respondents who participated in this study. This research design is a descriptive study.The results of this study showed that the characteristics of age are between 30 to 34 years (27.9%), female (70.5%), three-year Nursing (83.6%) and the majority of work experience are 1-5 years (30.3%). Nurses had a moderate perception (4.41), where the perception of knowledge is medium (4.39), the perception of skills is moderate (4.27), and the perception of family readiness to face disasters is moderate (4.56). The perception of disaster preparafion among nurses at Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan Hospital was moderate.

Abstract

This study tries to prove empirically the effect of leverage, size, liquidity and operating cash flows on the revaluation of fixed assets. It used a sample of all non-financial companies, which revalued assets in the periode of 2012-2015, at companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with upward revaluation category. The analysis was done using Path analysis (PLS) without requiring classical assumption and normality test. The results show that leverage affects Asset revaluation, it proves that high leverage because the company to do revaluation of fixed assets, large companies tend to want to display earnings reports that are not too large to reduce their political costs, with asset revaluation, the value of depreciation is calculated Repeated and reduce the company's profit. Operating cash flows affect the revaluation of fixed assets on the grounds that the company requires funds to pay its obligations as well as in revaluation assets cost a great deal for the appraisal services, audit fees and final tax payments. Yet, liquidity has no effect on the revaluation of fixed assets, Within the last 4 years, the study found that users of the Asset revaluation model reporting in Other Comprehensive Income continue to grow and are expected to become financial statements that have superiority and good quality by reporting fair value. In the next research to add the number of variables on Asset revaluation, as well as expand the sample by involving the company revaluation and non revaluation. In addition, to examine the development of asset revaluation, especially in ASEAN countries related to the adoption of IFRS in the case of fixed asset revaluation.Keyword: Leverage, Size, Liquidity, Cash Flow from operation, and Revaluations Assets.
