Abstract

Artikel ini mengekplorasi tentang peran antara suami istri mantan buruh migrant yang berada di wilayah ponorogo dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Karena wilayah ponorogo merupakan penyumbang tertinggi buruh migrant dan penyumbang angka tertinggi dalam hal perceraian yang di latar belakangi faktor ekonomi. Kondisi anggota keluarga dapat mempengaruhi peran dalam sebuah keluarga, peran suami istri didasarkan pada kewajiban masing-masing, adapun untuk mengatur tanggung jawab antara suami istri merupakan hal yang lazim dilakukan agar kehidupan berkeluarga menjadi harmonis dan terarah. Secara garis besar, suami istri memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang seimbang. Namun, demikian bentuk konkrit dalam setiap keluarga peran suami istri berbeda, tergantung kesepakatan yang dibuat oleh keduanya. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran buruh migrant dalam mengatur keuangan keluarga. Ketika mantan keluarga buruh migrant menyadari dan menjalankan peran sesuai dengan pola keluarga yang dipilih maka keluarga akan berjalan secara harmonis. Akan tetapi yang membedakan beberapa informan yang terkait penegelolaan keuangan keluarga adalah: Pertama, Planing; keluarga yang harmonis adalah keluarga buruh migrant yang memiliki rencana pemanfaatan hasil kerja sebagai buruh migrant untuk keperluan produktif. Kedua, actuating; keluarga yang harmonis adalah keluarga buruh migrant yang mengalokasikan hasil kerja sesuai dengan planing yang sudah di buat. Ketiga, Controling; Keluarga yang harmonis adalah keluarga buruh migrant yang sama-sama memiliki control dalam mengelola penghasilan kerja sesuai dengan porsi yang ditentukan saat penentuan pola keluarga.

Abstract

The Omnibus Law in Indonesia has generated significant controversy due to its far-reaching effects on legal, economic, and social dimensions, particularly regarding worker rights and the balance of business interests. This study aims to deliver a thorough review of the Omnibus Law through a systematic approach, providing a valuable resource for researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders. Utilizing bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review methods, we analyzed 64 articles from Scopus, employing visualization tools such as VOSviewer and R-Studio to identify publication trends. Our analysis shows a global rise in interest in the Omnibus Law, with a notable increase in publications post-2020 and substantial engagement from international researchers. The results indicated that 40.6% of the articles supported the Omnibus Law, 37.5% opposed it, and 21.9% maintained a neutral stance. While the majority of articles favored the law, the significant number of critical perspectives underscores the necessity for a more in-depth examination, especially regarding worker rights. Key concerns include the law's approach to minimum wage, alignment with Islamic values, institutional integrity, and potential biases favoring businesses. We recommend establishing a wage mechanism that reflects living standards and inflation, as well as engaging Islamic legal experts to protect worker rights. Additionally, the Omnibus Law addresses issues beyond labor, such as climate change, legal protections, forest dynamics, and transparency, highlighting its extensive implications for Indonesia and opening numerous avenues for future research.

Abstract

Pancasila industrial relation is a relationship between the government, employers, and workers based on the Pancasila ideology. It is appropriate that the formation of regulations regarding employment are also based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The Law describes the legal ideals of Indonesian workers, which are in line with the national development Pancasila ideology system so that all elements, both workers and entrepreneurs, feel welfare as aspired by all Indonesian people. Since the workforce is the most critical factor in the national development sector, it is appropriate that the regulations governing Manpower are always discussed and in the spotlight of policymakers, academics, and Indonesian workers. The human resources sector is included in one of the discussions in the work creation law, which President Joko Widodo initiated. However, there is a degradation in the value of welfare for workers in Indonesia. There are several shifts in the content of Manpower, including regarding Foreign Workers (TKA), Time Work Agreements. Certain (PKWT), outsourcing (outsourcing), wages. This study examines the value of Pancasila industrial relations in the Employment Copyright Act with a qualitative descriptive method to understand a Pancasila industrial relations concept in the Work Copyright Act, researchers using material analysis techniques (content analysis) and library research. The purpose of this research is to be used as a reference for policymakers as a material for judicial review to realize the nation's welfare. The results of this study state that the concept of Pancasila industrial relations is not yet fully attached to the Employment Copyright Act. Therefore, there must be a joint effort to rebuild industrial relations based on Pancasila so that industrial relations in Indonesia can run smoothly, relatively, and based on deliberation for consensus to build a better Indonesia in the international community's eyes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the justice toward women in Islamic inheritance system with a historical-sociological approach. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research as an effort to understand the concepts found in a research process, using content analysis techniques and library research. From this research, it is found that according to the sociological-historical approach, the inheritance of women in Islam is not initially regulated and only applies based on customs. In pre-Islamic times, women did not have inheritance rights, even as inheritance for their closest men. that the revelation of the verse regarding Islamic inheritance did not just appear, but as a response to traditions and problems in pre-Islamic Arab society. The provision for the distribution of inheritance 2:1 is not a courtesy and universal provision. This provision cannot justify that the text is clear. The right or wrong of this provision must be measured to what extent it reflects the value of justice and equality as muhkam and universal principle. The inheritance verse makes the Arab community aware that women are not objects of inheritance; but, instead inheritance subjects like men who have the right to inherit and be inherited. So that the verse about inheritance in Q.S. An Nisa (4): 11-12, this is an effort to improve the position of women in society by adjusting the sosial conditions of society according to the era so that the distribution of inheritance 2:1 is not justice, if, it is synchronized with the current sosial phenomena.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of religious moderation policies in IAIN Ponorogo, Indonesia, and their impact on fostering social cohesion and cultivating a moderate identity within the academic community. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, data were collected through comprehensive interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and document reviews. The findings revealed significant progress in integrating religious moderation values into the curriculum, research activities, and community service programs. The establishment of the Religious Moderation House (RMB) has been instrumental in reinforcing these values through seminars, workshops, and outreach. However, challenges persist in achieving a consistent understanding and application of moderation principles among academic stakeholders. The survey results indicate that while a majority of students, faculty, and staff report positive changes in attitudes after participating in moderation programs, some individuals still struggle to fully grasp and internalize these values. Psychological and cultural factors, along with varying levels of commitment across faculties, present additional barriers to comprehensive adoption of a moderate identity. Despite these challenges, this study highlights the positive impact of religious moderation initiatives on promoting tolerance, reducing social tension, and preparing students for engagement with broader societal diversity. The findings emphasize the need for enhanced coordination, practical incentives, and continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of these programmes. By embedding religious moderation into its core strategic plans, IAIN Ponorogo could continue to empower its academic community to embody these values, thereby contributing to a more inclusive and harmonious educational environment.

Abstract

Bulu Lor Village is one of the villages in Jambon Sub-District, in this village there are recent converts of Buddhism to Islam. The proliferation of Buddhism in this region because of its neat preaching management and supported by sufficient funding, and caused by economic and religious understanding weakness of Muslims in that area. There are 510 of 4000 farmers or farm laborers in Bulu Lor Village who rely on their economy from harvest. There are 25 converts to Islam in Bulu Lor Village, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency and included as marginal or disadvantaged groups in terms of economic welfare. This type of research was Participatory Action Research conducted by providing assistance in the form of training in processing banana humps to become high-value economic products as an alternative effort to increase household income, hopefully pre-prosperous converts become prosperous and faithful to Islam.
