Abstract

Industri radio melakukan berbagai strategi penyiaran dimassa covid 19, pada awal pandemi pendengar radio mengalami peningkatan jumlah pendengar terutama di Jakarta. Peningkatan jumlah pendengar tersebut ditemui pada platform streaming atau radio melalui siaran online jumlah pendengar di beberapa stasiun radio di massa pandemi covid 19 menurut beberapa hasil penelitian tetap stabil karena kebijkan pemerintah yang mengharus orang untuk beraktifitas di rumah. Memasuki era normal atau pasca pandemi covid 19 dibutuhkan beberapa strategi agar era baru pasca covid ketertarikan pendengar radio terus meningkat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi program siaran OZ radio pada masa pasca pandemic covid 19. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk menemukan pengetahuan atau teori terhadap penelitian pada waktu tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi OZ radio menerapkan beberapa strategi penyiaran untuk mempertahan pendengarnya dimasa pasca covid 19 antara lain dengan menerapkan strategi dayparting yakni dengan melakukan pengaturan penjadwalan program siaran. counterprogramming sebagai strategi untuk mencapai pasar yang di inginkan dengan melakukan pemilihan target audiensi yang di tuju. Strategi berikutnya adalah Bridging, OZ Radio Pasca pandemi Covid- 19 menetapkan beberapa kebijakan baru yang diterapkan bagi seluruh crew dan kebijakan tersebut disusun oleh manager station

Abstract

The level of welfare of the people in Indonesia is still low which results in the number of poverty is high. In an effort to reduce poverty in Indonesia, the government provide social assistance to provide capital or meet needs community food. There is a lot of help to make the shortage of help not right on target. In this effort, this research builds a support system decision by referring to the Integrated Community Welfare Data (DTKS) as the criteria. The DTKS data only contains BPS data for 2019 and not yet there periodically. Therefore, DTKS is needed to verify the poor restrictions on covid 19. This system aims to make it easier for Bebengan village officials in deciding the provision of social assistance to the community. methods that can be used The method used in this system is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating) method Technique). The SMART method is a fast multi-criteria retrieval technique and easy to use. To determine potential recipients of social assistance based on 10 criteria, namely: house conditions, water sources, income, electricity voltage, Education, employment, air resources, cooking fuel, age, dependents. Based on these 10 criteria, a decision support system is drawn up with: using intelligent methods, Decision Support System is a system computers that process data into information and decisions. From the criteria that given that the mother of the wife gets the top ranking as the top alternative with value 93.

Abstract

Clothing or apparel is a fundamental human need. Clothes or clothing can show the identity of a product or image of a convection business. Convection business is a fashion business that produces a variety of men's clothes or student uniforms in public and private universities. At certain times, Konveksi's business can obtain abundant orders from consumers. This will make the reason for the making of T-shirts and apparel to increase. This study aims to analyze the special requests and costs associated with making decisions in accepting special orders. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with object research on Djogja Latansa. Data collection techniques used in this study were the Observation, Interview, and Literature Review (Library Research) and the data analysis technique used differential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the convection business has carried out an analysis of demand and differential costs and received special orders. Business actors ask for differential cost analysis on decision making, to be more careful in sorting incoming order requests
