Abstract

Cahaya Bintang Manise telah melakukan perencanaan persediaan bahan baku. Perencanaan ini dilakukan oleh bagian Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC). Akan tetapi, perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku yang dilakukan belum optimal, karena bahan baku yang diterima perusahaan tidak sesuai dengan waktu pemesanan bahan baku dan standard yang diharapkan, sehingga produksi menjadi terganggu dan menumpuknya bahan baku. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui total biaya persediaan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quality (EOQ). Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbandingan total biaya persediaan terhadap delapan bahan baku didapatkan hasil delapan jenis bahan baku yang mendapatkan hasil yang efisien dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) yaitu per, kawat, busa roll, kain woven, benang quilting, cotton cheet 165, pipa foam, dan benang extra jeans.

Abstract

The company's main goal is to achieve maximum profits. To achieve this goal, the company carries out its business operations. Operational processes are carried out by paying attention to productivity levels. Productivity plays an important role for companies in facing intense business competition, so every company is required to improve its performance in order to compete with other competitors. UD. XY is an industry that focuses on the furniture sector and produces household furniture. The problem faced by the company was UD's inability. To evaluate the level of productivity that has been achieved in previous years. This research aims to identify productivity UD. XY and analyze changes in the input used by the company, so that it can determine the input aspects that require improvement to increase productivity. The approach used to analyze productivity levels is through the American Productivity Center (APC) method, which allows comparisons between the value of input issued and the output obtained. The research results show a decline in productivity, where the productivity index was recorded to have fallen by -1.7% in 2022, -3.2% in 2023, and -2.1% in 2023. This decline was caused by the company's internal problems, namely inefficiency in the use of resources which ends in increased production costs. In 2023, even though the output value reached IDR 3,219,000,000, productivity still decreased by -2.0%, so the company experienced a loss in resource utilization which reached IDR 64,380,000 in 2023.

Abstract

A shipyard is an industry engaged in the construction or repair of ships. A shipyard's ability to complete its production depends on the supply chain. Its suppliers supply all the equipment and materials needed for shipbuilding and maintenance. The shipbuilding sector's supply chain's performance level must be measured to determine how well the existing process flow works. The research was conducted at the PT Dock and a shipyard company in Maluku, Indonesia. The measurement integrates the SCOR and AHP models to determine the existing supply chain performance. The data are collected through questionnaires and from the company archives. The study's findings demonstrate how simple it is to integrate the SCOR model with AHP to assess the shipbuilding sector's supply chain performance. The research proposes 21 KPIs. Those KPIs are constructed from literature studies and interviews with shipyard management. One of the AHP findings in this study states that the most important phase in the shipbuilding industry's supply chain is planning.

Abstract

CV Abadi Tiga Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi air minum dalam kemasan. Perusahaan ini memproduksi air mineral dalam kemasan 220 ml, 330 ml, 600 ml dan 19.000 ml. Produksi air minum yang tertinggi dalam perusahaan yakni sebanyak 863.564 cup untuk kemasan 220 ml jika dibandingkan dengan produk lain (2021). Dengan permintaan konsumen yang semakin meningkat, sedangkan proses pengemasan yang masih manual dan kinerja tenaga kerja yang belum maksimal, sehingga mengakibatkan dapat mengurangi kepuasan pelanggan. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif berdasarkan metode Cambell Dudek Smith (CDS). Untuk menempatkan pekerjaan mana yang harus dikerjakan terlebih dahulu, digunakan Aturan Johnson. Dari urutan-urutan pengerjaan yang diperoleh, akan dihitung nilai makespan masing-masing urutan. Urutan dipilih berdasarkan nilai makespan yang paling kecil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh 6 tahapan iterasi, dan urutan penjadwalan yang optimal, dengan urutan job berturut-turut yaitu P1-P3-P2-P4.
