Abstract

Kajian ini menghasilkan sistem berasaskan web yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan penepatan temujanji bagi pensyarah Jabatan Komputeran, Fakulti Seni, Komputeran dan Industri Kreatif dan pelajar program Kejuruteraan Perisian (AC10) yang dikenali sebagai AC10 Appointment System. Tujuan utama pembangunan sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan pelajar membuat temujanji dengan pensyarah dengan lebih teratur dan tersusun disamping memudahkan urusan pensyarah menerima termujanji yang akan dibuat oleh pelajar. Sistem ini telah dibangunkan dengan menggunakan metodologi prototaip. Instrumen soal selidik telah digunakan untuk menguji fungsi dan kebolehgunaan AC10 Appointment System. Seramai 20 orang pelajar dari program Kejuruteraan Perisian telah dipilih sebagai respondent untuk kajian ini. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa sistem berasaskan web AC10 Appointment System diterima dengan baik dan berharap sistem ini dapat digunakan bagi memudahkan urusan membut temujanji di antara pensyarah dan pelajar. Web-Based Interactive Appoinment System Abstract: This study produces a web-based system that aims to facilitate appointment planning for lecturers of the Department of Computer, Faculty of Arts, Computers and Creative Industry and students of Software Engineering program (AC10) known as AC10 Appointment System. The main purpose of the development of this system is to facilitate students to make appointments with lecturers in a more organized and organized while facilitating the affairs of lecturers to accept the promises that will be made by students. This system was developed using a prototype methodology. Questionnaire instruments were used to test the functionality and usability of the AC10 Appointment System. A total of 20 students from the Software Engineering program were selected as respondents for this study. The results of this study found that the web-based system AC10 Appointment System was well received and hoped that this system could be used to facilitate the appointment of lecturers and students.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) adalah sebuah teknologi yang semakin berkembang dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk dijalankan adalah untuk membangunkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berasaskan Augmented Reality yang bertajuk “Mari Mengenal Bentuk”. Objektif pembangunan aplikasi pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu murid Tahun Satu dalam mata pelajaran STEM iaitu mata pelajaran Matematik dalam topik Bentuk. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah model ADDIE yang melibatkan lima fasa. Fasa penilaian yang dijalankan untuk mendapatkan maklum balas yang diperoleh daripada 18 orang responden. Hasil dapatan kajian dikumpul dengan menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif melalui pautan Google Form. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan guru-guru memberikan pandangan yang positif terhadap aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran. Guru juga bersetuju bahawa aplikasi ini sesuai digunakan oleh murid Tahun Satu dengan bimbingan daripada guru atau ibu bapa. Integrating Augmented Reality in Learning 2D and 3D Shapes Abstract: Augmented Reality (AR) is a growing technology in the field of education. The purpose of this study is to develop an Augmented Reality-based learning application titled "Mari Mengenal Bentuk". The objective of the development of this learning application is to help Year One students in STEM subjects that is Mathematics subject in the topic of “Bentuk”. The methodology used in the development of this application is the ADDIE model which involves five phases. Evaluation phase conducted to obtain feedback obtained from 18 respondents. The results of the study were collected using quantitative methods through the Google Form link. Findings of the study showed that teachers gave a positive view of this application used as a learning material. Teachers also agreed that this app is suitable for use by Year One pupils with guidance from teachers or parents. Keywords: 2D and 3D Shapes, ADDIE, Augmented Reality, Teaching and Learning Aids.

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengkaji atau menganalisis tahap penguasaan penggunaan Telegram dalam pembelajaran secara atas talian dalam kalangan guru dan pelajar di SMK Sri Kiambang. Responden kajian ini adalah seramai 272 orang yang terdiri dikalangan guru dan pelajar, iaitu seramai 202 orang pelajar dan 70 orang guru. Kajian ini berfokuskan hanya kepada pelajar menengah atas iaitu pelajar tingkatan empat dan lima sahaja. Objektif kajian ini dilaksanakan adalah untuk mengenalpasti tahap kesediaan guru dan pelajar dalam aspek pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan Telegram, dan akhir sekali adalah untuk menganalisis tahap kesediaan guru dan pelajar dalam aspek kemahiran terhadap penggunaan Telegram, tahap kesediaan guru dan pelajar terhadap penggunaan Telegram bagi pembelajaran secara atas talian. Setelah pengkaji melakukan analisis terhadap data yang telah dikutip menunjukkan tahap skor min soalan bagi mengetahui tahap kesediaan pelajar dan guru adalah tinggi iaitu sebanyak 4.12 dalam aspek kemahiran, 4.20 dalam aspek penggunaan dan sebanyak 4.12 dalam aspek kesediaan guru dan pelajar terhadap penggunaan Telegram bagi pembelajaran secara atas talian. Analysis of Telegram Use for Online Learning among Teachers and Students Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study or analyze the level of mastery of the use of Telegram in online learning among teachers and students at SMK Sri Kiambang. The respondents of this study were a total of 272 people consisting of teachers and students, which is a total of 202 students and 70 teachers. This study focuses only on upper secondary students, namely form four and five students only. The objective of this study is to identify the level of readiness of teachers and students in terms of knowledge on the use of Telegram, and finally to analyze the level of readiness of teachers and students in terms of skills on the use of Telegram, the level of readiness of teachers and students on the use of Telegram for online learning. After the researcher analyzed the data collected showed the level of mean score of questions to find out the level of readiness of students and teachers is high, namely 4.12 in terms of skills, 4.20 in terms of use and 4.12 in terms of readiness of teachers and students online. Abstract

Past research has shown the relationship between self-regulated learning (SRL) and academic success. Self-regulated learners will monitor their learning, reflect on what they have learnt, adjust their learning strategies accordingly, and repeat this entire process throughout their learning. The ability to perform SRL will require the individual to have the belief and confidence in his/her capacity to succeed and accomplish the tasks. Therefore, this study aims to devise a mobile learning (m-learning) framework for enhancing the students’ confidence. To achieve this, the Fuzzy Delphi method was used to validate the proposed framework where the survey questionnaire was distributed to 21 experts who are the experts in their respective fields for their consensus to be obtained. Consensus showed that “assessment data” can indicate the students’ confidence when they attempt the assessment. Experts opined that “goal expectation,” and “viewed lessons, chapters, or syllabus” exert the most influence on the students’ confidence when they attempt their assessment. There was strong consensus from experts that “data security” is the most important element in the system infrastructure, and the “text mining technique” element can be used to evaluate the students’ confidence.
