Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction and loyalty of late-late products during the Covid-19 period—this research at the Barokah Tela-tela business in front of the new UHO campus using 30 respondents. Determination of respondents is done by accident (Accidental sampling), assuming that the respondent can be trusted. The variables observed in this study were consumer characteristics, tela-tela, and customer satisfaction and loyalty and satisfaction analysis methods using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis and loyalty analysis using committed buyers, like the brand, satisfied buyers, habitual buyers, and switches. Buyers. The results show that the calculation of customer satisfaction analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index is 0.77 or 77.46%. The CSI value criterion states that the vulnerable value of 0.66-0.80 is a satisfied consumer criterion. Based on this situation, it can be concluded that Barokah consumers have shown a satisfying attitude towards the products they consume. The survey results show that the most consumers who state that they are satisfied are the taste and cleanliness attributes of the Tela Barokah business location. The results of the calculation of consumer loyalty analysis using switcher buyer analysis are 53.33%, chronic is 79.33%, the satisfied buyer is 72.00%, liking the brand is 76.67%, and committed buyer is 62.00%. The analysis results are mainly in the index interval of 61.00-80.00, which means that Barokah consumers have shown a loyal attitude. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic did not hurt the decline in consumer demand for snack products in the business. This is known from the income that remains in the range of ± IDR400.000 - IDR1.500.000 - every day both before and during the Covid-19 outbreak in Kendari City.

Abstract

perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalahsiswa kelas VII.2 SMP Negeri 1 Tellu Limpoe semester genap tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 20 orang.Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat kali pertemuan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes pada setiap akhir siklus dan lembar observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan persentase ketuntasan belajar untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswapada materi matematika.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajarmatematika meningkat melalui penerapan model DELIKANpada siswakelas VII.2 SMP Negeri 1 Tellu Limpoe, yang dapat dilihat dari: (1) meningkatnya skor rata-rata hasil belajarmatematika siswa yaitu 70,60 pada siklus I menjadi 83,38 pada siklus II; (2) meningkatnya rata-rata persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar matematika siswa yaitu 60 % pada siklus I menjadi 95% pada siklus II; (3) meningkatnya rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa yaitu 4,07 % pada siklus I menjadi 4,44% pada siklus II.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan secara deskriptif dalam mengantisipasi fenomena hoaks bagi pendidik. Upaya mengantisipasi tersebut didasarkan pada rasionalisme kritis sebagai sudut pandang yang diambil dari teori falsifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan kajian literatur terdahulu serta berupaya mengkaji mengenai analisis pemikiran Karl Popper terutama tentang teori falsifikasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dapat dideteksi bahwa pendidik merupakan bagian dari kalangan masyarakat yang juga rentan terhadap berita hoaks bahkan tanpa disadari mereka juga dapat turut serta menjadi penyebar hoaks. Selain itu, tidak semua pendidik mampu memfilter informasi yang dengan rasionalisme kritis agar mereka dapat memilih informasi-informasi tertentu yang sesuai kebutuhan. Kemampuan rasionalisme kritis benar-benar dilatih dengan mengkaji secara detail informasi yang datang kepada mereka. Kesulitan dalam menentukan apakah suatu berita tersebut asli atau palsu juga dialami oleh pendidik. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pendidik tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri yang kuat bahwa sebenarnya dirinya mampu memilah dan memilih antara berita asli dan berita palsu.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKS) based on Differentiated Instruction (DI) to improve the understanding of eighth grade students on the material of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV) at SMPN 2 Enrekang. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes five steps: needs analysis, product design and development, implementation, evaluation, and data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the application of DI-based LKS can improve students' understanding of SPLDV material, as evidenced by a significant increase in pre-test and post-test results. DI-based LKS provides questions with a level of difficulty that is adjusted to the student's abilities, so that each student can learn according to their abilities. Thus, this study suggests the use of DI-based LKS for other mathematics materials as an effort to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one of the important indicators that must be considered in nursing services. Patient satisfaction is the result of patient assessment of nursing services by comparing what is expected with the reality of nursing services received in a hospital. The purpose of the study was to analyze the quality of nursing services on the satisfaction of inpatients at RSU. Madani Medan. The type of research used in this study is quantitative using an observational approach. The research design used is cross-sectional. The population in this study includes inpatients at RSU. Madani Medan in January 2025 to February 2025 as many as 300 people. The number of samples to be studied according to Slovin was 175 people. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical tests used were the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed a significant relationship between Direct Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy of nursing services on inpatient satisfaction at RSU. Madani Medan, where the p-value = 0.000. From the results of the multivariate analysis, the most influential variables in this study were the Assurance variable with an OR value of 66.738, and the Empathy variable with an OR value of 22.142. Conclusion of the study; the majority of patients with respondent characteristics aged 27-38 years, female gender, high school education level, housewife occupation. The quality of nursing services Direct Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy can be seen from the attitudes of nurses in providing nursing services carried out for the satisfaction of inpatients at RSU. Madani Medan.
