Abstract

This research aims to determine the transition of land rights from adat land village (bengkok) and the efforts made to provide legal protection for the people who control the land from the crooked land, this research using empirical juridical approach, using primary data and secondary data later analyzed using qualitative data analysis. This study shows that the transition process bengkok land Mutih Wetan village performed until the discharge stage by way of village meetings by providing replacement land. Soil removal procedure performed by Demak Regent Regulation No. 1 of 2011 On Guidelines For Financial Management And Wealth Village, efforts are being made to the legal protection for the people who control the land from the bengkok land village is recording the village administration to mutation associated land, forming the draft village regulations, as well as performed permit change agricultural land into land non-agricultural land rights petition efforts undertaken by the Government of Mutih Wetan village. It can be concluded that the process of transition crooked land done by the release of land by way of village meetings to provide replacement land, efforts are being made to the legal protection for the people who control the land from the bengkok land is recording the administration of the village on the mutation of land, the establishment of the draft regulation village, and the license permit change agricultural land into non-agricultural land as a condition for the right to land use certificate issuance.

Abstract

In the academic world, mastering a foreign language is very important. Al-Kindy Community is a community to hone Arabic language skills for students majoring in Arabic Language Education. As a community for improving Arabic language skills that exists at universities, researchers are interested in analyzing the activity programs that exist in the Al-Kindy community. This research aims first, to find out the objectives of the Al-Kindy program. Second, knowing the implementation of the al-Kindy program. Third, know for evaluating the al-Kindy program. The method used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative combined method with using likert scale. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation. The research results show first are, the general goals of the al-Kindy program is to improve students' Arabic language skills and take part in every Arabic language competition for student level. Second, the implementation of the al-Kindy program includes activities carried out every weekend on campus which are guided by experienced Al-Kindi lecturers and alumni. Third, the results of the evaluation conducted by researchers on the skills improvement program at Al-Kindy showed a percentage of 84%, which means very good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was descript learning maharah qira'ah and maharah kitabah are taught in the Syarqi markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri class, the research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research instruments in this study were observation and documentation. The results of the study show that first, the target of maharah qira'ah learning in the Syarqi Tsani class is to be able to read texts fluently, that is, in accordance with their qawaid, be able to translate words, and understand the meaning of the text as a whole. When viewed from its level, this qira'ah learning is an advanced level, and the learning method used is the discussion method. Second, the target of Maharah Kitabah learning in the Syarqi Awwal class is to write correctly. When viewed from the level, it is the level of mubtadi'. The method used is the questioning method (question and answer).

Abstract

Vocabulary (mufradat) is considered a fundamental element that supports communication, reading, and writing skills in the Arabic language. Research indicates that a good mastery of vocabulary significantly contributes to language learning success. The Suggestopedia method, which utilizes suggestion, music, and a comfortable learning environment, has proven effective in enhancing students' vocabulary acquisition. This method consists of six key elements in its implementation: (1) authority, (2) infantilization, (3) double-plane communication, (4) intonation, (5) rhythm, and (6) pseudo-passivity. Through these elements, the method creates an enjoyable and supportive learning atmosphere. Therefore, we expect its application to positively contribute to Arabic language teaching at the primary and secondary education levels.  This study aims to describe the Suggestopedia method, the meaning and urgency of vocabulary learning, and the implementation of Suggestopedia in vocabulary instruction. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing various books and journal articles relevant to the Suggestopedia method. The findings indicate that (1) Suggestopedia is a method that emphasizes the use of suggestion to create feelings of enjoyment, confidence, and relaxation, enabling both the right and left hemispheres of the brain to function effectively. (2) Mastery of vocabulary is a crucial factor in Arabic language skills, including communication, reading, writing, and text comprehension. (3) There are six key elements to consider in applying the Suggestopedia method for vocabulary instruction: the teacher’s full role, learners as information receivers similar to young children, double-plane communication sources, the use of vocal intonation, musical rhythm, and a calm and comfortable attitude.

Abstract

Sebagaimana yang disebutkan dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam di Indonesia bahwa pernikahan merupakan akad yang kuat dan mitsaq qalizha yang terjalin dari kedua mempelai sebagai wujud menjalankan perintah Allah dan beribadah kepadaNya. Pernikahan ditujukan pula untuk mewujudkan kehidupan rumah tangga yang dipenuhi dengan sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Dan untuk merealisasikan tujuan tersebut maka hendaknya pernikahan dibangun di atas dasar keridaan dari kedua belah pihak, yaitu pihak calon mempelai pria dan pihak calon mempelai wanita. Dari sini kemudian timbul pertanyaan, apakah perkawinan paksa yang dilakukan oleh para ayah atau wali kepada anak laki-laki maupun perempuan mereka dapat menafikan sisi keridaan sehingga hilanglah tujuan dari pernikahan tersebut. Lalu bagaimana pandangan para ulama, baik dulu maupun sekarang, dalam menyikapi hal ini. Dan bagaimana pula hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia saat ini dalam memandang hal ini. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan penelaahan melalui buku, literatur, serta berbagai macam catatan berkaitan dengan masalah yang ingin dipecahkan. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini bahwa di sana terdapat pendapat-pendapat ulama yang sejalan dengan undang-undang positif di Indonesia dimana dalam pernikahan tidak boleh ada unsur paksaan, dan ini merupakan sanggahan banyak pihak bahwa pernikahan sepenuhnya merupakan hak orang tua, sehingga anak seolah tidak memiliki hak pilih.
