Abstract

Abstract Chronic renal failure or late stage renal disease (GGK) is a progressive and irreversible renal dysfunction in which the body's ability fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, which can lead to uremia (Smeltzer & Bare, 2002). One of the measures given to CKG patients is dialysis or hemodialysis. During hemodialysis therapy many of the problems experienced by patients, both biological and spiritual psychosocial problems such as worry about the condition of illness that can not be foreseen and disturbance in life. Patients also face financial problems, difficulty keeping jobs, disappearing sexual urges and impotence, depression resulting from chronic pain and fear of death. The condition of such CKG patients, desperately needs social support. The purpose of this study is to explore with FGD and develop psychoeducation programs to improve the quality of life of patients with CRF. The research type is descriptive. Research location in space hemodialisa RSUD Jombang. The sample of the study was GGK patients undergoing hemodialysis. The independent variable is the family psychoeducation program. The dependent variable is an improvement in the quality of life of patients with CRF. Research design with exploration of first and second FGD results with expert to prepare psychoeducation program including Preparing book (module) for patient and family Chronic renal failure, Conducting home visite, Forming peer group to strengthen support for patients with CRF.  Keywords: Family psychosis, quality of life, CRC

Abstract

Social skills for a child are important factors to start and have a positive social relationship. Lack of social skills in a child can cause difficulties in adjusting to the surrounding environment, so that children become inferior, isolated from society, tend to behave less normatively, even more extreme such as mental disorders, juvenile delinquency, crime and violence. The purpose of this study to investigate the social skills of adolescents who experience behavioral disorders. This type of research uses descriptive. The study population was children who experienced behavioral disorders in MAN 5 Jombang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Research variables are social skills of adolescents who experience behavioral disorders. Data collection from respondents using a question sheet. The social skills questionnaire was prepared based on the Skill and Problem Scales of Preschool and Kindergarten behaviors scale, which was modified according to the needs of researchers. Data analysis is carried out using frequency distribution, percentage and average values for each variable. The results of the study found that the social skills of adolescents who experienced behavioral disorders were low. This is influenced by several factors including gender, parent's work, family's socioeconomic status, parent's education, number of siblings and family form. School can work together with the Ministry of Religion and parents to improve children's social skills so they realize how to instill good education for the future of children.Keywords: social skills, behavioral disorders, adolescents

Abstract

Abstract               Nursing services have an important role in the implementation of health services in hospitals. Services are all efforts made by employees to fulfill customer desires with services to be provided. The research objective was to describe the quality of nursing services in the Emergency Room. The design in this study used a descriptive description of the quality of service in the Emergency Room. The population is all families of patients in the Emergency Room . The variable in this study is the quality of nursing services. The sample in this study were part of the patient's family in the Emergency Room. The sample of this study is 67 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data collection using instruments in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. Before the questionnaire is used in the study, a trial is conducted to meet the valitidas and instrument reliability. The results showed that the assessment of the quality of nursing services that had been given to the respondents including reliability, responsiveness, emphathy, assurance, and tangible were mostly in good categories.Keywords: Quality of nursing services, Emergency Room, Nursing
