Abstract

Aims : The aims of this study was to see the effectiveness of providing pregnancy danger sign videos and education through KIA books on the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy danger signs. Methods : The study conducted in May-June 2023, involved 180 pregnant women, 90 receiving video intervention on pregnancy danger signs and 90 receiving MCH book education, and used a questionnaire for bivariate analysis. Results : Mann-Whitney test in the video group are Sig.2-tailed of 0.000 <0.05, then the provision of educational videos is effective in increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy and statistically significant. Conclusions : The Mann-Whitney test showed that educational videos effectively increase pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs of pregnancy, while MCH book education was found to be insignificant. The results suggest that educational videos are effective in raising awareness.

Abstract

Sebagian besar metodologi yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian konflik menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk menjadi umum dan saat ini tidak memasukkan prinsip-prinsip Islam sebagai aspek dasar dari manajemen konflik. Penelitian ini bercita-cita untuk berkontribusi baik secara teoritis maupun praktis ke domain manajemen pendidikan. Dalam penyelidikan ini, menggunakan metodologi penelitian studi perpustakaan, yang mencakup kerangka teoritis yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang ada yang dibahas dalam penelitian, dilakukan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen konflik yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam, seperti musyawarah, tahkim, dan islah, sangat relevan untuk diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa konflik di dalam institusi pendidikan Islam adalah kejadian yang tak terelakkan. Namun demikian, dengan pendekatan yang tepat, konflik dapat diubah menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kelembagaan. Nilai-nilai Islam akan memberikan kerangka kerja yang kuat untuk manajemen konflik yang konstruktif.

Abstract

Language development is the child's ability to process vocabulary, give opinions, and socialise with others. Language development factors are very important for early childhood because using good and correct language can make it easier for children to communicate with others. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of children's language development through the storytelling method. The problem that occurs is the lack of children's confidence to communicate and interact with the school environment, as well as a lack of understanding related to knowledge in the field of stimulating children. This research uses a qualitative approach where the results are collected through observation, interviews, observations, and documentation. Where the observation step carried out in this study went directly to the field to make direct observations, observing the process of children's language development by telling stories. The results of the research on children's language development at Paud Kumara Cita developed well by using the storytelling method even though there was one child who still could not communicate well.
