Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan lurah dalam pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan Kualitatif  dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawha Peranan  Lurah  dalam  pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini karena pemerintah kelurahan kurang memberikan petunjuk dan arahan berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku antara. Untuk  pembangunan terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini karena lurah kurang koordinasi kegiatan – kegiatan pembangunan sehingga  ada sebagian dapat dikerjakan melalui kerja bakti tetapi ada sebagian proyek yang dikerjakan meIaIui kegiatan perorangan atau melalui buruh bangunan sebenarnya pekerjaan tersebut dapat dikerjakan dengan kerja bakti tanpa mengunakan buruh bangunan. dan Untuk kemasyarakatan belum baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan belum mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi sumber daya pembangunan bersama lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam melakukan pembinaan terutama pembinaan dalam kaitan dengan bidang ketertiban dan keamanan masyarakat melakukan pembinaan dalam bidang kerohaniaan, dan berbagai pembinaan yang berkaitan dengan masalah - masalah seperti mengatasi konflik sosial yang sering terjadi Abstract:  This study aims to determine the role of the village head in government, development and society. The research method in this writing is a Qualitative approach with Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of the village head in carrying out government duties has not been running well, this is because the village government does not provide enough guidance and direction based on applicable provisions between. For development to be carried out well, this is because the village head does not coordinate development activities so that some can be done through community service but there are some projects that are carried out through individual activities or through construction workers, in fact the work can be done through community service without using construction workers. and for society it is not good. This can be proven by not optimizing the entire potential of joint development resources with community institutions in carrying out coaching, especially coaching in relation to the field of public order and security, carrying out coaching in the field of spirituality, and various coaching related to problems such as overcoming social conflicts that often occur

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peranan lembaga Adat Dalam Menunjang Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di Desa Bo’e Kecamatan Pamona Selata Kabupaten Poso dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian adalah Desa Bo’e Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Majelis Adat 3 Orang dan tokoh masyarakat 6 Orang, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas sehingga datanya sudah jenuh yaitu tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Dari paparan hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan lembaga adat dalam menunjang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Desa Bo’e Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso sangatlah penting dalam menopang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Namun, oleh karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan keterbatasan anggaran maka masih belum terlalu maksimal.The purpose of this study was to find out the role of traditional institution in supporting governance in Bo'e Village, Pamona Selatan Sub-District, Poso Regency and to find out the factors that became obstacles. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of the study is Bo'e Village, Pamona Selatan Sub-District, Poso Regency. The informants in this study were the village head, 3 people traditional council and 6 community leaders. Data collection was done through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out interactively and takes place continuously until it is complete so that the data is saturated, namely the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification or drawing conclusions. The finding of the study obtained that the role of traditional institution in supporting the governance in Bo'e Village, South Pamona District, Poso Regency is very important in the implementation of village governance. However, due to limited human resources and budget constraints, it is still not optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengembangan Sumber Daya Aparatur Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Di Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una dan Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Aparatur Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Di Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas kehutanan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Sumber Daya Aparatur yang dilakukan Di Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una belum terlaksana dengan baik dapat dilihat dari dua indikator yaitu pertama Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Tingkat pendidikan masih rendah karena presentase pendidikan tertinggi di Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una di tingkat SLTA dan Pelatihan (diklat), Masih banyak aparatur yang belum mengikuti diklat. Kedua Penempatan aparatur yang tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan diklat yang telah di ikutinya. Abstract: This research aims to determine the development of apparatus resources in improving service quality at the Tojo Una-Una Regency Forestry Service and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of apparatus resource development in improving service quality at the Tojo Una-Una Regency Forestry Service. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation and interviews. This research was carried out at the Tojo Una-Una Regency Forest Service. The results of this research are that the development of apparatus resources carried out in the Tojo Una-Una Regency Forestry Service has not been implemented well, which can be seen from two indicators, namely, firstly, Education and Training. The level of education is still low because the highest percentage of education is in the Tojo Una-Una Regency Forestry Service in high school level and training (training), there are still many officials who have not participated in training. Second, the placement of apparatus that is not in accordance with the educational background and training that they have participated in

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee competence and its influence on service quality at the Central Sulawesi Public Service Mall. The population of this study is the community that uses the services of the Central Sulawesi Province Public Service Mall, while the sample of this study was determined using the accidental sampling technique. This technique is used with the consideration that the sample of this study is all people who come and use services at the Public Service Mall. This means that anyone who comes and is served will be used as a research sample. The data collection technique in this study uses observation and research questionnaires, while the data analysis of this study uses descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employee competence has a significant effect on service quality at the Central Sulawesi Public Service Mall. This is indicated by the results of the regression test which confirms that competence has a real contribution to improving the quality of public services. Meanwhile, the results of descriptive statistics show that the knowledge dimension is the most dominant aspect of competence, while the trait dimension, especially the ability to deal with pressure, is still low. On the other hand, the highest service quality is seen in the assurance aspect, while the reliability dimension still needs to be improved, especially in relation to complaint resolution
