Abstract

The existence of tourism development policies that are not supported by integrated communication activities makes tourism problems in Bengkalis Regency increasingly complex. Disparbudpora has made Bengkalis Regency a cultural tourism destination through destination branding. This study aims to determine the destination branding process for Bengkalis Regency by the Board of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports (Disparbudpora) as a cultural tourism destination. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive case study approach. The results of this study indicate that Disparbudpora of Bengkalis Regency introduces cultural tourism destinations by carrying out 5 stages of destination branding. The first stage is market investigation, analysis and strategic recommendation, namely by collecting secondary data, field surveys and data analysis. The two stages of Brand identity development, using the Sembayung logo and the tagline Bengkalis diversity of culture. The three stages of brand launch and introduction are carried out through digital communication and special events which are held annually. The four brand implementations are carried out in accordance with the program set in RIPPARDA 2021-2035. Fifth, Brand monitoring, evaluation and review is carried out directly, through the UPT Tourism and destination managers and Evaluation, a review that discusses the data that has been collected regarding the deficiencies and advantages of destinations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase the participation and learning outcomes of class VII Reflesia students at SMPN 4 Palu through the application of differentiated learning in Civics subjects. This research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of action planning, action implementation, evaluation (observation) and reflection. The research subjects were class VII Reflesia students at SMPN 4 Palu, totaling 32 students consisting of 15 male students and 17 female students. Data sources come from teachers and students obtained through observation, interviews, tests and document review. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) The application of differentiated learning has a significant effect on student participation in PPKn learning in class VII Reflesia in cycle I, student participation had an average of 74.48% (Quite Good) whereas during the implementation of cycle II The average student participation score increased to 93.61% (Very Good), this shows an increase in the average student participation score of 19.13%. (2) There was an increase in student learning outcomes in Civics learning by implementing differentiated learning in class VII Reflesia SMP Negeri 4 Palu, where student learning outcomes in cycle I showed an average value of student learning outcomes of 69.87%, experiencing an increase in implementation. cycle II where the average value of student learning outcomes was 81.12%, this shows an increase of 11.25%.

Abstract

The village of Sembalun Timba Gading is part of the 6 village and sub-districts located in the Sembalun district of East Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara Barat province. This village is situated at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. Timba Gading Villages was previously a part of Sembalun Lawang Village. However, after the regency of East Lombok conducted village expansion in 2011, Timba Gading village became independent as it met the requirements and qualifications as a village based on the population and land area of the village. Timba Gading village has a hilly geographical condition, and field surveys indicate that the village is prone to landslides and floods. This village is identified as a landslide-prone area but lacks evacuation route signs. The Destana program will be implemented to assist the community of Sembalun Timba Gading village in facing disasters. The KKN-PMD UNRAM team will focus on maintaining evacuation route signs at disaster-prone in the village. Additionally, the flagship program includes creating information boards as a precautionary measure against natural disasters. Collaboration with the local Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) wil be conducted to socialize community preparedness for disasters. The team will also conduct socialization on tree maintenance in landslide-prone areas, especially in Sembalun Timba Gading village. Furthermore, there will be a socialization of the mapping results of landslide and flood-prone areas in Sembalun Timba Gading village.
