Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Workplace spirituality and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance Through Work Engagement Study on the production employees of PT. Busana UtamaTextile Buaran Pekalongan. The type and design of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 237 employees. The samples in studies using probability sampling techniques, obtained the sample size should be used 149 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire that measured with the Likert scale. Data analysis using partial test and path analysis using SPSS version 23. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Results from the study showed that workplace spirituality has a positive effect on employee performance. Results also showed perceived organizational support positive effect on employee performance. As for the influence of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on work engagement has a positive effect. In addition, the work engagement proved to mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality on employee performance and relationships perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

Malnutrition caused by carbohydrate and / or protein deficiency still threatens Indonesian children, including nutritionalanemia due to iron deficiency, Iron deficiency anemia (IDA)which is the most prevalent anemia but neglectedby public attention. The participation of the community in the prevention and treatment of malnutrition in childrenstarts with the active participation of pregnant women in routine checks during pregnancy, supplementary feedingto children under five and monitoring the nutritional status of their children. The role of health cadres in thecommunity is very important because they are the motor of community nutrition development activities in theirarea. Community service is intended to prevent and improve malnutrition in children through improving the qualityof Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Integrated Health Post) activities, monitoring of growth and health of underfive years old children and administration of supplementary feeding for infants and children. This program isdedicated for increasing knowledge and skills of cadres and mothers of infants and under five year hildren inCokrowijayan and Sukunan villages in Banyuraden Village, Gamping Sub-District, Sleman . The activities carriedout in this service were in the form of malnutrition prevention and recovery workshops for children involving healthleaders in Cokrowijayan and Sukunan Villages in Banyuraden Village and village youth leaders, including theoryand practice. Additionally, there was assistance in measuring the anthropometry for growth monitoring. Otherassistance provided was in he form of additional food for infants and under five year children. In this program, Timof FKIK UMY (Medical Faculty Team of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University) also carried out the assessment ofthe knowledge and practice of mothers of infants and under five year children in terms of nutrition care. Themeasurement results are reported descriptively and analytically.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) menjadi salah satu indikator penting dari derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Tahun 2018 rekapitulasi data kabupaten/kota menunjukkan jumlah kasus kematian ibu di kabupaten kolaka sebanyak 7 kasus. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Kolakaasi pada tahun 2018 terjadi kasus Kematian Ibu berjumlah satu orang. Mengingat terjadinya kematian pada ibu hamil maka peningkatan komunikasi antara petugas kesehatan dengan ibu hamil harus lebih efektif.Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan model komunikasi SMCR bidan dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam mencegah kematian ibu di Puskesmas Kolakaasi Tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Juni 2020 di Puskesmas Kolakaasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisa data menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi dengan uji kolerasi chi square.Setelah ditemukannya pengetahuan ibu hamil yang masih kurang alangkah baiknya jika komunikasi SMCR bidan lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar ibu hamil semakin paham dengan konsep pentingnya menjaga kesehatan ibu hamil dalam mencegah kematian ibu tersebut. Diharapkan bidan dapat mengembangkan komunikasi dalam memberikan informasi menggunakan media informasi dan menerapakan keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih efektif, dan mempertahankan sikap ibu hamil yang sudah baik dalam mencegah kematian ibu. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ada hubungan antara model komunikasi SMCR bidan dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam mencegah kematian ibu.

Abstract

Pengobatan herbal, salah satu cara pencegahan dan pengobatan yang berbahan dasar alam, telah dilakukan secara turun-temurun. Bahan Kimia Obat (BKO) ditambahkan pada sediaan obat konvensional untuk mempercepat efek terapeutik, karena produk ini banyak diminati konsumen. Peredaran obat herbal mengandung BKO yang berbahaya bagi masyarakat dilarang berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 007 Tahun 2012. Obat herbal nyeri reumatik dan kekakuan yang dijual di Kota Pekanbaru akan dianalisis kandungan paracetamol BKO pada penelitian ini. Sampel b ditemukan tidak mengandung parasetamol, sebagaimana ditentukan melalui analisis kualitatif menggunakan kromatografi lapis tipis. Untuk analisis kuantitatif dengan Spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan metode ini divalidasi. Persamaan garis regresi linier yang diperoleh untuk parasetamol pada rentang konsentrasi 2-10 ppm adalah y = 0,0745x + 0,0422 yang memenuhi kriteria SNI, AOAC, dan Eurachem. Nilai r sebesar 0,9993. Kisaran persentase pemulihan yang dihasilkan adalah 96,375 hingga 96,822, yang memenuhi spesifikasi AOAC. RSD yang diperoleh sebesar 0,28% memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil perhitungan LOD yang diperoleh sebesar 0,6523 bagian per juta (ppm), sedangkan LOQ sebesar 2,174 ppm. Hasil analisis spektrofotometri UV-Vis menunjukkan sampel a, c, d, e, dan f mengandung parasetamol dengan konsentrasi masing-masing 3,54%, 6,65%, 7,71%, 6,00%, dan 5,84%.

Abstract

This research discusses the management of village funds conducted by the Desa Suci government through the principle of Good Village Governance. The purpose of this study is to describe how Village Fund Management is carried out by the Government of Desa Suci in order to realize optimal village fund management through the application of the principles of Good Village Governance in Desa Suci. The theory used is the theory of Good Village Governance from Haris Fauzi (2023) in theory states the embodiment of Good Village Governance in village financial management through the principles of transparency, participation, and accountability. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was used through interviews with the village government, the village consultative body (BPD), village assistants, and TAPMD of 10 people. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds conducted by the Government of Desa Suci is good but still not optimal. Transparency conducted by the Government of Desa Suci using information media in the form of websites, Billboards, information distributed by each hamlet through RT and RW groups. The embodiment of participation in the form of community aspirations by holding deliberations, and involving the community in the implementation of activities. Accountability carried out by the Government of the sacred village from the planning stage to the accountability stage by conducting village fund management in accordance with procedures, accountable management through reports to the government on it and the village community. Although the management of funds by the Desa Suci government is good, there are still obstacles, namely from the condition of the community, the low capacity of the village apparatus, changing policies and regulations, and limited village funds to realize the needs of the community.
