Abstract

Smartphones are information technology devices that are no longer an option, but have become a necessity in order to improve the learning process. Smartphone devices are also equipped with an operating system like a computer, smartphones can implement various forms of multimedia such as computers, except that they have high mobility and can be operated more effectively. Humans as technology developers who are carried out continuously from time to time have always increased, in the field of education. One of the uses of smartphone technology in educational activities is that it is used as a learning medium such as in geography subjects, materials of various kinds of rocks. However, in senior high school (SMA) class X, for geography subjects. The learning media used is very lacking, the teacher only uses conventional learning, with the lecture method so that it makes it difficult for students to understand the material. The existence of these problems, the researcher wants to make mobile learning media that will be used by students by using smartphones as a device to access information in the form of a mobile web.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply a contextual approach to geography learning in schools. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique with literature study. This literature study aims to determine how contextual learning is applied in learning geography in schools. The author collects data and information related to the contextual approach in geography learning, sourced from research journals, both national and international, supporting books, newspapers, and magazines. Based on the results of the discussion in this literature study, it can be concluded that the contextual approach is very suitable to be applied in geography learning because geography learning is possible to be designed with contextual learning. After all, it deals with various physical and social phenomena around the student's environment. In its application, the contextual approach includes seven components such as constructivism, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modelling, reflection, and authentic assessment. There are several benefits of applying a contextual approach in geography learning. It can increase learning motivation, student understanding, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengetahuan lingkungan mempunyai peran penting dalam kaitannya dengan pengelolaan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Pemberian pengetahuan lingkungan sangat penting diberikan sejak dini yaitu dari mulai sekolah dasar sampai tingkat perguruan tinggi. Karena pada siswa sekolah dasar sudah dibekali dengan pengetahuan lingkungan, diharapkan siswa memiliki sikap untuk meningkatkan peduli lingkungan termasuk hidup bersih dan sehat dilingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sikap lingkungan hidup terhadap perilaku siswa mengenai kebersihan lingkungan di SD Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan korelasional (correlational approach) yaitu mencari hubungan di antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ternyata sikap lingkungan hidup mempunyai hubungan dengan perilaku siswa terhadap kebersihan lingkungan sekolah di SD Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa sikap lingkungan hidup mendukung perilaku siswa terhadap kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Pembentukan persepsi dan sikap yang positif dapat diperoleh dari keteladanan warga seklah terutama pendidik atau guru yang dalam kegiatan sehari-hari memberikan contoh kepada siswa untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan adanya keterpaduan antara persepsi dan sikap lingkungan hidup diharapkan tercipta perilaku siswa dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah yang semakin berkualitas

Abstract

Along with the growing of information and communication technology today, encouraging human activities to be more forward thinking in the use of technology. information technology plays an important role in supporting all human activities such as providing information services, especially in the field of education. One way to provide optimal information in the field of education is to build an official website that can be used the school and community to give each other and receive information quickly, accurately, and accurately. But the use of the website in the field of education has not been so equitable, as in SDN 2 Pagelaran where the state of his information service system is still manual, where the data processing students, teachers, and employees are still conventional, still using paper sheets and also Microsoft Exel so that data- data is easily lost or damaged. So there needs to be a system development of web-based information system to solve the problem. There are several stages in the development of this information system, namely the stage of analysis, system design, testing and implementation. This system is built using PHP and MySQL. With the information system is expected to be easy in the data processing of students, teachers and employees on SDN 2 Pagelaran and fix any shortcomings in the old system.Â
